Indeed ever hopeful LOL.
Interesting trades going through...........
Can we expect the half year report this week I wonder.......SP now in full retreat I see so obviously no positive leaks and hoping for a positive report to get us back into the teens.....ever hopeful Mr B.....
Yes well spotted! I joined sellers and took some profit. Hopefully chance to buy back in later ?
Ah yes thanks cabpussy. Second time tipped in the last few months. Maybe people will catch on eventually.
Tipped in todays Telegraph.
Hi Mr B.......yeh found it on ii but wonder why LSE don't have it........looks good and half year statement due out in September so we should learn more then.......seems there was an overhang due to someone selling, good buying volume today so hopefully seller has finished now.....hope the rise continues as like you I am still under water lol....
iii. If you google iii pty rns you should find it. iii seem to be the only company, that I can find, that have uptodate rns´s. On lse i can´t see the information half the time. I thought you´d left us Nimrod. This share seems to be taking off today?
Went to sleep on this one Mr B.....where did you see the trading report?
I wonder if it´s been tipped somewhere or if some investment club has highlighted it as a buy. The trades are quite small. If it´s a tekover then I suspect the man, who already has his own recuitment firm in the Midlands, and who looks to have been building a stake for a couple of years now may have something to do with it. However, as you say, the metrics are all looking good so maybe it´s more a case of people starting to realise that this company is .... finally .... good value. My in is over 20p but as far as I can see 20p would not be overvalued for this company atm.
I cannot find any specific reason for today's encouraging rise. In my opinion there does seem to be value in a PE of 11.8 falling to 7.8 next year, and a forecast PEG of 0.2. Figures from Digital Look. The SRI is ok at about 50, although it has been much lower. Is the chance of a takeover bid too much to expect ? ??
Could it be that people are finally seeing some value here? Gla
Finally, after 5 yrs .... let's hope this further good trading report is indicative of solid foundations and growth now that the fancy, expensive ventures have been rliminated from the bottom line. Maybe the debt can be more or less paid off by year end. D'you think a dividend might be on the cards by the end of 2018? Ok still need a doubling of the share price but all the metrics are looking good. Always better when you stick to what you know BOD.
The Telegraph seems to agree.
Triad released upbeat news yesterday. Does anyone have an opinion on whether there is any read across from that to Parity?
Well. Thanks for that. I bought far too many of these shares nearly 5 years ago. I´ve bought and bought again and again. Timing is rvrtything but my timing was nothing lol.
Mr Bond, If I had my Private Equity goggles on I would buy the company as it would return my capital in a matter of 3.4 years! £3.4m cash yield equates to a return of 29.5% pa on a mkt cap of £11.5m. On a clean basis I cannot see why this company can't do anywhere between 1.5p to 2p eps which on a conservative 10X would easily give you a reasonable 15 to 20p share price. The sale of Inition should further help in partly paying off the £4m odd of net debt. If they could add a bolt-on to their consulting side then that would really help in lifting the margins as well. AIMHO.
So what would you expect as a more appropriate Mkt Cap for the £3.4 plus cash generation?
From a poster at another place: The cashflow yield on this company is just too silly for words. The company generated £3.4m in cash from operations during the year. At a market cap of circa £11.5m the company is trading at a miserly 3.4X cashflow. That on its own should be enough to whet the appetite but there is more. The yearly figure hides the true strength of the turnaround in progress: of the £3.4m cash generated in the year a substantial £2.3m was generated in H2 alone! (H1: £1.1m) - a 100% more cash generated in H2 than H1! On an annualised basis the extrapolation from the H2 figures would imply that could generate circa £4m in cash for the year. That would make a sizeable dent in the £4.4m net debt at the year end (excluding whatever can be achieved from the sale of Inition). "We are confident that the business provides further enhanced growth opportunities, positive cash flows and shareholder value." I look forward to bolt-on acquisitions in the consulting space with the internally generated cashflow in due course.
Yep figures look ok. Guess a few people will be giving up now that Inition´s for sale and we are moving back to pure recuitment. That´s what I reckon any sells are at the moment. Finally feels as though this is on a secure footing for now and going forward although if this is a fair price then I am way way down on my ïn´. Any chance of a takeover ?
Happy with the figures, not so much the market reaction though. Suspect this one isn't on many radars though, hence lack of activity.
Due out 16th March ???
Fairly slow but steady rise from 10p since beginning of March. Anticipating positive results tomorrow.
Oh yes you´re right what was I thinking! You certainly picked the right time to buy Kromek.
Haven't got a clue MrB.....why do you think Tuesday? ....last year was 17th unless you think they might bury bad news on Budget week?...if the results are as the TU....ie as expected....what would the SP do, in my opinion unless the profits are more than buttons this time then not a lot....I had a small invest in Kromek when they did the raise of 21m....bought at 22p and they have motored since, got a good product with lots of patents tied in and could grow quite quickly....
