Possibly reducing to 3% so as not to be reported in the annual accounts.. (Major Shareholders are individuals or institutions that own more than 3% of the companys shares and have been reported in the annual account)
Jonathan Hicking At a glance it looks like he reduced his holding by 1.7%
Despite what has happened it could be a good sign? Whatever agreement prox had with ph is no longer needed. This is a fresh start for prox. Buying opportunity here.
Sees Kennedy out and about, please dont smack him in the face. That would be an awful thing to do despite the situation we find ourselves in due to his mismanagement
When you hold shedloads of shares and need / want to sell ,you end up destroying the sp
Whatever the case we know they have no compassion, BUT will always protect their own interest.
market market they could be selling on somebody's behalf and not their own holding
lucky its in a portevolio gla dyor
Just when no one expects it Peel 'our mm' starts selling and hits a few stops. It's a shame for those that set limits that really didn't expect it to go this low, but this is AIM,....and even more so if it goes back up today!! I feel for the faithful LTH's and all those (including me) that supported the company in the Placing and 0.03 Open Offer. Wouldn't be a prudent move for Peel to sink us. Some support now, for our support would be nice
some form of manipulate I believe.
I am not sure who the hell will sell at this price. What was the lowest prices anyone could have got these for? I cannot understand why would someone sell at loss since there was a glimmer of hope after recent RNS.. Unless someone has the insider info that this is going to be busted, personally I dont think that is the case following 2017 result announcement.
How low can a sp go?
This share is so low now I would have to pay to sell it :(
I think New Horizon is quite apt given our current status 'as we understand it'. Shame Peel are dumping atm -4.00% Expect Holding(s) RNS
Ok, hands up if you know what that means? Proxama have remodelled their business, and we're now a mobile location data collection company with proprietary machine learning analytics, which we hope will create new value and insights from location information, which we can use to generate income. Information is power Power is valuable We have that power, its what we do with it and what we can provide which will ultimately release its value. As a company under Mark Slade, we are for the first time debt free. We have moneynin the bank, albeit it not massive amounts but enough to fund us through a long enough period to prove this is a viable company. We can, and hopefully will be able to provide retailers with previously unknown, un-quantifiable statistical analysis. For those of you who wish to understand how this information can be used and the value that it can create to a retailer searching for a competitive edge, then read this as it explains the concept very well https://www.predictiveanalyticstoday.com/what-is-predictive-analytics/ We are at the early stage of something which should and could be a revolution on statistical data about customers habits, crossed over from the real world to the online world. Proxama are leading the charge. Watch this share rocket on the next financials For the first time in a long time with this company, I can not only see the light at the end of the tunnel but a whole new horizon which we are heading for before anyone else has even realised theres an horizon there. Buckle up, its gets interesting now
Everyone has an opinion, some will be right and some will be wrong and the mms march on!
Sometimes the dream ends -and some people believe the dream can never end. Some think that the Titanic was not a real event but just a film!! You bet and you win but more often you lose - why because Will Hill is on the high street. And so to AIM - few real winners but hard to see a that this special . As I have said before I put money into these shares my grandchildrens trusts but I cannot see a huge turnaround. There are too many other big players sadly.
aerial I agree, I watch the company closely. I averaged down to .2p When it hit 1.5p I was £10,000 up If I would have sold. I did not I have added and added. We will see. Only share I have now, I am in crypto currency now.
Wheeler They say everything comes to those who wait,....hopefully if the indicators are correct the tide has already begun to turn.
aerial thanks for your response. I have been a long term holder here. Huge loss sitting on Millions of shares. Hopefully things will get better
Wheeler Yes, the ticker will eventually change automatically, but possibly not immediately. Its purely an administrative process that your broker follows.
If we get a ticket change do our PROX shares automatically change over to new ticker. If this happens
AGM on 21st of March will bring the final end to Proxama. Location sciences should commence to trade under new ticker the day after. I don't see the point to prop up old Prox and be associated with previous failure. Price sensitive announcements should take place after that date.
The AGM is 3 or 4 minutes walk from Moorgate or Barbican, or 10 or 15 minutes from Liverpool St
