Justdandy. “ I’m looking for 20p plus by year end.”
That’s a 376% increase on the current SP. I’ll have that ! I hope your right!
A £21k buy from yesterday just printed, on top of the three £10k trades. Someone is positive!
Thanks RKB always nice to see you read your posts
Good morning Beekeepers- I agree with your post entirely. We have a 28% stake in a company that’s about to list next few weeks. The profits from bushveld is tidy put together with all the other assets. I’m looking for 20p plus by year end.
Penny Finally Dropping
It appears that the “Penny” is finally dropping, or should I say 8p?
If you had monitored the AIM Rule 26 shareholdings since, say about 2 years before the current BoD took over and over the past 18 months since our new BoD aligned their renumeration and reward to shareholders, you may have come to the same conclusion that I have.
Our previous BoD took (in my opinion) excessive fees and expenses and were a little “miffed” that they had lost their golden tickets. They no longer could “visit” Australia several times a year on the pretext of visiting our Australian Investments and also visit their “Friends & Family”
So, what would you do if you lost your Golden Ticket? Would you try to unload your shares to frustrate the New BoD? What happens when you all exit? (Previous BoD and “friends”)
Does the Market then begin to realign to the current assets which are at in my opinion in excess of £12 million (conservative) probably £14 million with what Rupert and BoD have done and are doing?
When you look at our shares in issue of 139,830,968 and you can see that our BoD & family control 22.23% and disclosed under AIM Rule 26 you can see 91.25% accounted for, then you will see that there are almost no shares available.
The herd will soon arrive and find that there are not too many shares available and when they arrive then at £12 million Market Capt we will be a little over 8P and at £14 million Market Capt we will be a little over 10p.
The previous BoD have had their day and now it is our turn.
RKB
PS Note to previous BoD thanks for the little seeds that you left us that are about to flower.
PPS Good morning Justdandy maybe double or treble!
Looking superb here. First £250,000 cash will be in our account next week. ALTE expected to list next few weeks and Prim owns 28%. Won’t be 4p for too long
Looks like a nice wedge formation on the chart - for those that "believe".
Looks like we are about to get a bit of movement here, about time too as this is one undervalued share
BMN Conversion
Primorus Investments Plc holds £1,208,988 in a Convertible Loan Note in Bushveld Minerals Ltd and we have the option to convert to BMN shares at £0.098987.
We can convert over two-month periods.
The first conversion was exercised, and we were issued with 2,069,063 shares for £204,810.
Currently at the time of this post BMN are 12.2p – 13p so our shares are currently worth about £252,425. Excellent investment by our BoD.
RKB
PS Our AIM Rule 26 was recently updated. If you study it closely you will see (if you have been paying attention over the past 18 months) that Previous BoD have totally divested, so no overhang to hold us back.
*Primorus
Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM: BMN), the AIM-listed, integrated primary vanadium producer which owns high-grade vanadium assets in South Africa, announces that it has received notice from Primorus Investments Plc ("Primorus") to exercise an amount of £204,810, being one-sixth of the principal amount of the BMN CLN (the issuance of which was announced on 29 March 2022) plus accrued interest, into fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Bushveld Shares").
Following this exercise, Primorus will be issued a total of 2,069,063 Bushveld Shares.
Application will be made for the admission of these Bushveld Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"), and it is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 12 April 2022.
Following Admission, there will be a total of 1,264,038,240 Bushveld ordinary shares in issue, 670,000 of which are held in treasury. Shareholders should use the figure of 1,263,368,240 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
So now it's shifted to 4 May. Every deadline is greeted with further delays and extensions
Primorus has signed a deed of amendment which extends the time for ALTE to complete its prospectus and obtain its listing on the Standard Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
The date has been extended to 4 April 2022.
Primorus has been informed that there are a few minor points of clarification remaining and the board of ALTE are optimistic that the process is nearing its conclusion. Following this, and assuming no material issues are raised, ALTE is expecting to obtain its listing without any further amendments to the timeframe.
Has Alteration Earth listed? Was meant to be today right?
Thanks RKB - and we've got Alteration Earth coming soon too. Future looks good
Quite agree
Very positive outlook and a very special board who for once treat their shareholders the way one would hope for.
All Positive
We have had our Directors recently cancelling their Share Options so this prevents dilution.
We have a spouse of a Director buying this week at an average of 4.15p.
We invested £1 million in Clean Power Hydrogen (CPH2) only 6 weeks ago of and today @ 68p we are up over £500,000. (£1.5 million)
We have made another good investment in Rambler Metal & Mining (RMM) where we now own about 1.7 million shares (1.1% of RMM) and currently up about 12% from our purchases of 2 & 8 weeks ago.
All our other Investments you can find in my previous posts from about 5 or 6 weeks ago.
Our Directors only take £30,000 unlike most other AIM Companies.
We have about £500,000 cash in the Bank.
RKB
PS Spoke this morning to Rupert, always a pleasure to talk to Directors that have a clear vision of where they would like to be.
A good sp rise for RMM, currently up ~6% today at 0.315 where Prim bought in at 0.268
Expecting this to go higher.
Yes always nice to see additional director connected purchases. I'm sure she wouldn't have invested an additional nearly 20k at 4.15p if she didn't see a decent profit to be gained but thdn she does have people around her to gain info off. Mind you doesn't take much to see that Primorus is heading much higher.
Interesting that Mrs Clarke has invested around £16,000 in PRIM at prices a little over 4p. The purchase was made as soon as decently possible (one hour) after the RNS detailing the terms of the BMN investment.
She made an investment of £20,000 in PRIM on 15-2-2021 at a price of 4.14p - so there could be an indication of a regular annual investment here.
The demise of the SPAC companies has been advertised today, and Confirmation Statement for PRIM filed yesterday, nothing new disclosed.
Maybe a little housekeeping going on after the resolution of the BMN situation?
They do appear to have made some pretty neat investments recently, not that this has had any marked impact on the share price.
All eyes on ALTE next, presumably, listing on 4-4-22 as scheduled?
We shall see!
Good to see more inside purchases - follow the money!
Also confirms the conversion periods - first being 28/2 to 14/4
Means BMN investment of 1.5 Million US Dollars is now presently worth just under 2 Million US dollars.

RNS RNS Primorus Investments PLC
A pretty good outcome I would say, getting Bushveld shares at .098p. I am also a holder of Bushveld and strongly believe the current sp of Bushveld to be under valued at .12 (current range ) recently been over .14p. Another liquid investment to get Primorus to be valued closer to net asset valuation rather than the undervalued situation we are at. Just hope we don't get tangled up in murky investments again.

Update on the VRFB Holdings Limited Investment by Mustang Energy Plc ("Mustang")
Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM: BMN), the AIM-quoted, integrated primary vanadium producer and energy storage solutions provider, with ownership of high-grade assets in South Africa, hereby provides a further update, following the statement on 18 March 2022.
As previously announced, one of the Mustang convertible loan notes ("CLNs") holders, Primorus Investments Plc ("Primorus") elected to exercise its backstop arrangement in relation to its CLNs (nominal value of US$1.5 million plus accrued interest thereon). Bushveld intends to issue a convertible loan note to Primorus as consideration for Primorus's CLNs, with further details to follow.
Mustang has negotiated terms in principle and subject to contract with the holders of the CLNs, to provide for the extension of the Maturity Date of the CLNs to facilitate the proposed readmission of Mustang's shares to trading on the Standard List of the London Stock Exchange. The terms have been documented and relevant documents are currently in the process of being executed by all parties. To allow time for execution to be completed, Bushveld and Mustang have agreed to extend the notice period for Mustang to issue notice to Bushveld in respect of the backstop (as announced on 19 January 2022) until Monday, 28 March 2022.
The Company will provide further updates in due course.
