Really is good to have you posting again GardenEye! Keep it coming.
Many are holding back waiting for the news to be formally announced. The rise to date is caused by those who are speculating (risking) that it will. In real terms the MCAP should continue to grow and start to reflect the Company assets more accurately, however this is AIM which is neither normal nor rational, both on the way up and the way down, anything can happen.
I think if the EPO is not delivered shortly it's going to look extremely odd.
A few weeks back I saw a article that was supposed to be a minister stating that epo had been granted. If so it would have to be rnsed immediately. So that raised a few eyebrows when the next day GR states that they are working closely on it with no indication of timescales.
What would happen to SP with non delivery probably drip away as the passage of time would indeed indicate a failure.
I very much doubt you would here of any problems if there was any.
I think this at the moment is dangerously poised one way or the other.
Remember it's along way from ever producing a single thing with lots of capital required to take this forward. Jorc . Bfs , offtake , processing plants , infrastructure etc etc. We are talking now if epo goes ahead of a area of 200 sq km. It's going to take some resources to prove that up .
Good luck
dare i ask if the EPO at this stage is not granted then how would the market react surly not disaster for the company just more time
Great to see you post Fats. For those who don't know, here is someone who really knows his stuff, I can assure you all of that. Still a very long way to go.
I personally think that the inability of GR to raise capital via a placing is absolutely fantastic news for investors - the share cap limit being reached (for any significant amount). This rise therefore will not be held back or stopped in its tracks (like almost every positive bit of news in the past, not just in PREM but almost everywhere else on AIM).
Let's just hope we do get the EPO. It has not been granted just yet. If it is, then who knows? It could be sensational.
Acker your arrogance shines through loud and clear as does chips in his response to a poster yesterday.
However rob I will agree about Ackers post !
Mohh--I think you have misunderstood my post.
Mohh--Mining Affairs Board
Really !!!--surely you know how such things work.
Looking back through the trades last trade today was big 0.185, news leaked?
If the RNS lands tomorrow morning, going to be crazy.
Sometimes you actually forget how big Zulu is the lithium deposit is a massive. If it’s the news we all hope for could we see 0.5p?
My persona expectation is that whilst he may have had new JV conversations in advance, the detail can’t be worked through (and thus announced), until the full extent of the EPO is known
0.2p early morning rise I agree with CF73 0.3p in the making, but as I’ve always said Prem is hugely undervalued and our assets do not reflect on the share value.
George probably has held jv talks for Zulu
behind closed doors once EPO is signed
jv could follow straight away.
@CF73 I had bought these at .6p. I just hope I don't have to wait long.
EPO confirmation will see a sustainable SP increase to above 0.30p +. JV will add a good deal more.
Was hoping we would cracking 0.20p and settle mud-0.20p range. But should've expected this kind of volatility in the absence of news. That said, we held up brilliantly to finish up on yesterday's close :-) --- And each day brings us a day closer.
Good luck to all the genuine folks!
fats- IMO the greatest re-rate ,SP gain will occur following a successful DFS and securing finance to fully exploit the asset.
Up until that point ,IMO, the SP will be running on potential and sentiment.
GLA
Forrest, if they announce a JV soon after, or alongside the EPO, and that JV includes provision to complete a drill programme and DFS, then I would imagine we’d be looking at a significant increase. Got to consider somewhere around £50m market cap for that news (0.45p)
If the JV includes any kind of commitment to finance the build of the project, then post-DFS it will be many multiples of that. Pilbara got to ~£1bn on finance. By way of comparison, Zulu’s target resource for the main zone ONLY is about half the size of Pilbara. With the ‘new zone’ in the south east it is about the same size. With the EPO the ‘potential’ is enormous, but lots of drilling / trenching needed to expand that. So... I would hope we could reach between £150m and £350m on finance news, with DFS and drill campaign done (1.35p to 3.2p).
Obviously many would say these are ridiculous numbers given where we are, others will say they are very restrained. My view is somewhere in the middle - I don’t personally think any company with a resource and funding commitment should be worth £1bn... but that’s what happens on AIM sometimes (£1bn is 9p by the way... I’ll probably have sold by then!)
Add something in for Circum, MNH and RHA if you like
.50
Any thoughts of where we might end up if J/V announced?
