shiny , i like that very good
profitbags fair comment
Snowking, i enjoy your messages as much as the next man, but often you make promises and predictions that do not come true. Your guesses on the next moves, news releases, timelines etc are as good as mine.....just assumptions.
I could also post weekly and say "news definitely next week", at some point i'll get it right.
But at least we share the same bullish sentiment on Zulu, I also agree that next year will finally be THE year for PREM.
I am just conscious that a lot of frustrations on this board may be due to assumptions and promises made that hardly come to pass. Aren't GR's past broken promises enough already?
In terms of the value of historical performance: if you don't know where you come from, it is very complicated to know where you are going.
SK, that's the one thing that people make a BIG mistake over.
Paying heed to history, you can learn such a lot by studying it, politicians, economists, military commanders, even, dare I say it, share holders.
You ignore history at your peril, if you ignore it, you are destined to repeat it.
Be as optimistic as you like but...
A psychiatrist has one son who is a total pessimist, and another who is a complete optimist.
He decides on an experiment.
For Christmas he fills the pessimist’s room with hundreds of beautifully wrapped gifts, and dumps a heap of horse manure in the optimist’s room.
On Christmas morning he sees the pessimist boy sitting motionless at the center of his room, eyeing his gifts suspiciously. But over in the optimist’s room he sees his boy filled with joy, digging happily in the odorous pile. He asks the kid what he’s doing and he answers:
"Daddy, with all this horse dung, there’s gotta be a pony in there someplace.”
There seems to groups of investors , the looking in past group , who focus on George failures , many in the past , lack of money , late time scales , only one drill hole , company going no where . Then there are the forward looking more optimistic group focusing on what may be the case towards end of December with
1. 5 hole results with probably every week or two getting 5 more results running for a few months of rns.
2. Multiple talks to get investment in a climate that there are not many lithium mines that are left to invest in
3. Spodumene is $2310 compared to scoping study $800 and compared to $400 beginning of year .
4. Manganese price much better than 4 months ago and Mnh can be bought cheaply
5. Resource upgrade to 40 mts should follow independent results soon and then to 60, 80, and 100 .
At 100 I think that puts prem in the top ten and will attract more interest .
So make sure choice which group you are in and see . If we end up with a final placing at a higher price or give 10% away for £6-10 m , either way I am happy . Ultimately this will be in the pennies next year in my opinion .
Let’s hope the tea lady does well and we get a coo in January as I expect
Hi Alert, How did you find out about this new PR person?
Was it an official announcement or is it the usual PREM rumour?
It's gonna take more than that to move the SP but I guess it is a move in the right direction, surely George isn't starting to make the right moves now? Better late than never.
Wolf - it will be quite depressing if great verified results, albeit only 5, only gave us a raise of 10% notwithstanding the correctly identified issues that could hold it back.
The last time we had the farcical 1 libs result (which feels like years ago now), the SP went down because of a lower than expected number of results and a vastly lower than expected progress made on the drilling. This time everyone is expecting 5 results and is aware than drilling may have slowed because of the rainy season. So I'd hope to see a much larger than 10% end of day rise after the inevitable spike. As you say, Zulu is a monster - if verified great results won't move the SP much, what will before something like a JV to enable PREM to get the best deal? Stuck around $40m MCAP until then will definitely reduce the potential here.
Wouldn't it be great if GR under promised and overdelivered with all 11 currently sent samples back with results. There's a first for everything....
Johnny, if it's any consolation I agree.. it's hard to argue with Bicks last post tho.
Zulu is a monster... the demand in lithium will determine its future and outcome... not GRs history.
Wolf
johnnypc--stand in the corner and wash your mouth out.
Acker
Acker - but we only got 1 actual "result" from libs (ok, 5 isn't many more!) And surely the point of sending them off was for them to be independently verified results - so more reliable?
Bick - agree with all of your points, but just think surely at the end of play it's got to be more than 10% if results are as good as expected. I'm turning into an optimist possibly - need to be careful or I'll have Snowking, Chuggley et al agreeing with me :-)
Johnny
I’d predict a spike followed by a retrace. I can’t see a rise being sustained for three reasons.
1. The results will only be for the first 5 holes, which will be only approx 5% of what’s required overall.
2. MNH uncertainty holding SP back.
3. A placing is required.
Bickmaster
johnnypc--surely the first results to come back will only confirm the libs test results on the first 5 holes.
If this is so i cannot see much SP movement upon getting results we already know.
Acker
Bick - I'm not convinced we will get assay results next week. Hopefully I'm wrong though.
I'm surprised, however, that you think good assay results may only mean a 10% lift in SP. I know a possible placing will have an effect, but PREM moves up/down around 10% quite often on a no news day.
Perhaps I'm being naïve, but good, independently verified assay results surely will give quite a number of investors holding back the confidence to put some money in? I'd be expecting a lot larger increase than 10%.
Bickmaster84
i agree with MNH i don't think RHA is not far behind he's got to focus on Zulu
but the last placing has lasted well but didn't i read that prem had 3,5 million in the bank or was my eyes deceiving me
i rather quality news rather that rushed news mate we know it coming few extra weeks don't matter in the great scheme off things
have a great weekend
Bick, a thorn in PREMs side ;) that rings a bell... I'm starting to question why would a JV commit X amount into Zulu, when any more involvement in MNH would be a drag on the SP!!
Could we be looking at a Zulu spinoff.
Wolf
It would not surprise me one bit if we had an after hours RNS today .
The content could be anything but knowing how George operates i wouldn’t be surprised if it were the begging bowl again !!
I agree, his track record of keeping promises and maintaining timelines is abhorrent. Delays after delays.
Which would be somewhat acceptable if PREM at least kept us in the loop and managed our expectations once in a while.
If this was any other OTC or AIM stock, I'd be out already. What's keeping me here (and probably what is keeping most of you here) is the untapped massive potential of Zulu.
why does everyone seem to just except GR ' late deliveries , how many more times do people want to give him a extension to his own dates ... the GUY is not a leader of a company which needs to move forward quick ..and make promises that dont get delivered , like MNH where the hell is finance details promised and the revenue we were told was being produced ... meanwhile back in GR's shareholder funded game lodge..... the fire is on and the renters are happy
Speel,
He said he was waiting for results to be provided 23-26 November. Allowing them to be a week late they should have arrived this week.
Allow 2-3 days to get them ready for RNSing, all going well there should be an RNS next week.
If the results are positive, SP might do 10% because of the known need for a placing which will follow.
If the results are no so positive, I imagine they will be held back. Hopefully this wont be an issue.
And all of the time there is the MNH risk in the background which will limit SP increases anyway, at least until clarification is provided from GR this is off the table.
Bickmaster
@Bickmaster. I agree GR needs to do a placing soon and is probably waiting for the SP to increase. It wouldn't surprise me if he is selling the lab equipment which he no longer uses and renting out the buildings at Zulu! ;) I can not see the sp rising even with assay results, so what are the chances of a Friday RNS for a placing after close?
Plasmerman,
A placing will be needed to continue to fund the work on the DFS. Even 600m shares at current levels will raise approx £1m to keep the drills turning and the sample verification progressing. That should cover another 2 months at least.
A JV at this stage, when the company has the ability to raise approx £6-7m is not commercially sound. Funding should continue via placings (ideally at higher SP) and, if required, debt.
In response to some other earlier posts, anyone who thinks doing a JV with the Chinese is either (a) possible, or (b) desirable doesn't have much experience of doing business with the Chinese. The truth is any purchaser will want to buy 100% of the asset and get PREM and GR out of the way so they can progress unimpeded.
Also, it appears the general consensus (everyone apart from Snowking) is that the MNH issue continues to be a thorn in PREMs side and GR should provide clarification on it.
Another week without news. Let's hope next week will be better and we get the long overdue assay results through.
Bickmaster
SP don't matter as long as he don't do a placing .i can wait for great news
if he does then i might join the negativity brigade but I'm happily in the confident brigade
Another week passes without any news and Surprise
Surprise the SP is down again .
George is driving the Train ??
I wouldn’t let him loose on an Electric milk float ??
thinking back on the presentation night there was a guy i cant remember his name but he sat with snow king
and said you have to do a placing with the sp a lot higher and not give it away and we understand this is what has to happen and George smiled and agreed and said he is a share holder to
but
we did not ask him if he was going to do a placing and he did not say he needed to do a placing ( we did not ask)
and we have not had one yet have we and another thing he said is zulu is taking 95% of his time which he was excited about
I'm only here for the lithium sod the rest
have a good day every one
