It’s not going to break out when there is no sign of consistency, delivery and also the fear of dillution, which is essential as previously stated straight if the bat. Court case settlement will be immediate.
Bobbing around playing pass the parcel in the 22-24 region for a week now so gut says this may well break out of this region and back to high 20’s at least . All to play for here usual PREM dramas but at this level it’s underrated and undervalued whichever way you look. Once it starts to break out PREM lovers will panic as they always do in their love hate relationship here and will be happy to buy higher to be in! IMHO DYOR
Dazed, this is his way for saying "Sorry, yet another promise and deadline broken, no shipment March. However, because I need your votes, I will do a Q&A trying to appease as many of you as possible."
It's a fairly useless exercise mate, nothing new from GR.
If the vote passes, which I am pretty sure it will unless Canmax pull the rug, GR will have enough cash until end of summer. If no production by then he will have nowhere to hide.
Roll on the vote, AGM and then Q2 as this Q1 was a waste of time.
So what is the point of this mascarade if no RNS today? GR would not answer any further questions related to Finance ( bank loan, how many weeks before the next EGM?) What have been produced (a bucket, a bag, 250g, a tonne)? No question about shipment ( we are hopeful, imminently, in days/weeks or weeks/months). And don't tell me that questions have been prepared by Snowking. What a circus it was, asking question about the future but not the present. Just my thoughts but what are you thinking guys?
Lol what is everyone on today. At this point everyone needs some therapy, prem’s made everyone delulu
Tbh, im voting no, sick of GR lying through his teeth. Get this sold and lets move on!! Gla
Exactly Wullie, and that's why they've carefully worded "Those Directors who hold Ordinary Shares intend to vote their Ordinary Shares in favour of the Resolutions to be proposed"
Looks to me like Canmax won't be supporting the headroom increase and hence why GR is on the PR trail to try and get this through
Same as... Why in that first paragraph of the RNS did Dr Luo Wei not insist that it was stated, the Board with the exception of himself, recommend...
We can only go with what's posted.
Anyway good times coming soon.
Good luck everyone!!
The only fact I've quoted is:
"Those Directors who hold Ordinary Shares intend to vote their Ordinary Shares in favour of the Resolutions to be proposed" and Luo Wei holds no Shares.
Why make such a carefully phrased statement if they had the backing of Canmax? Surely something akin to "The board and major shareholder intend to vote in favour of the resolutions" would be much better
Unanimously.... Is my guess, just as majority will be yours.... All just a guess so don't try and propagate fear based on an assumption you're trying to pass as fact.
Good luck everyone!!
Wullie yes the board to recommend, do they recommend unanimously or by majority? I'll refer you again to the very carefully worded sentence
"Those Directors who hold Ordinary Shares intend to vote their Ordinary Shares in favour of the Resolutions to be proposed" and I'll point out again that Luo Wei holds no shares in PREM
Raaydaar, read the first paragraph, it says the Board recommend. Nothing mentioned there about individual shareholdings.
Good luck everyone!!
Raaydaar just go back ramping ALGW the placing is coming there too
Wullie, you might want to read that very carefully phrased sentence again.
"Those Directors WHO HOLD ORDINARY SHARES intend to vote their Ordinary Shares in favour of the Resolutions to be proposed ...."
Dr Luo Wei doesn't hold any shares in PREM,he's merely a representative.
With reference to the Canmax position regards vote, isn't Dr Luo Wei their representative on the BOD?
If so, as posted in RNS of 20th March advising of the AGM and resolution 2, it states that the Board unanimously recommends that shareholders vote in favour of the resolutions.
Think that clarifies the Canmax position.
Good luck everyone!!
I stated over a year ago that George would walk away from this with a big golden handshake from canmex ,let's say $10m to make it worth his while ,shareholders at a guess 0.15 and canmex take the lot for peanuts ,starting to look like that could happen very soon George would be happy Canmex would be happy ,shareholders get shafted that's how it works on the AIM exchange
Well if you think a lot of small shareholders are fed up with George's behaviour, how do you think anyone who invested a big chunk of change feel at this time
Lloydy they have previously voted against an increased headroom, who's to say they're not going to vote against it this time around. GR has had enough chances, maybe its time to let PREM fail and get Zulu and the epo for peanuts, if not for payment of the debt owed. They can then bring in their own people or engage a competent company to get the plant producing.
They will not vote against it
If Canmax votes against the 4.5b resolution then GR and Prem will be in big trouble unless Canmax t/o Prem for peanuts…
Without Canmax we can’t pass this resolution…
Let’s see if GR is able to produce SC6 to Canmax in the quantities they accept and very very soon!
Canmax* - their*....keyboard warriors should go to bed earlier
No shares, obtuse advice and dreaming - before their smoke....
( ´;゚;∀;゚;)
Canmex will have George by the b-lls in a week's time ,probably there plan all along
Furthermore ld say George has got wind that canmex will vote no and he's now trying to get as many small shareholders as he can to vote yes ,all to late George you messed it up
El-Gel, of course he's going to cherry pick the questions and certainly won't address any of the more difficult ones that shareholders want answers to. Just another PR stunt to try and push the SP up.
Hasiba, you're assuming that Canmax will be supportive of the possible future dilution.
As for the brokers voting "uninstructed votes" I favour of resolutions, well that's a new one on me under UK legislation. I've heard of it, maybe in the US but certainly not here. As a beneficial holder of a share only I have the right to cast or withhold a vote at an AGM or EGM be that in person or by instructing a proxy, nobody else can legally use my voting rights.
