The way I’m reading the price though is that anyone that already held has seen their value increase approx 20% today (yesterday close 32.5pps, we’ve had our shares doubled so price equivalent 16.25p, now trading around 20p). That said I’m still way down but will hold & see what happens ????Gla
Falafel TRASH!!!! what else!?
There has been a share split announce for the last month or so. I dont find this stock trading patterns follow any logic, even comparing to industry peers...

You didn't look very hard then! lol
A cursory glance shows there has been a share split and sub-division.
Can’t see any catalyst for this… Anyone else who has more info?

this compny is just an example of a bad management and poor development and go to market activities.
why does this company exist on the market!???
Quite comical. The RNS says "SFN and Mr Falih Nahab are...providers of finance to the Company". Until the recent waiving of conversion rights the actual providers of finance have been the retail punters every time Nahab sells you his 2p-5p shares for 40p-80p. He then lent that profit back to PPS for more interest and more shares. Rinse and repeat.
Without that scheme where is the future finance going to come from? Is Nahab going to put in money without a high interest rate or is PPS heading for the rights issue route?
The company makes £1m revenue each year and is expected to pay back its debt pile of £80m+ due on 31 Dec 2025 (4 years away). How do you suppose they expect to make that happen?
25% of current market cap in debt. If they did a rights issue to pay off the debt they'd need to market about 200m new shares. Total number of shares in circulation would be 975m. It's hard to imagine the market cap being worth any more than today, maybe less. So the share price would reflect about 33p. That means the reality would be more like a rights issue of 350m shares at a price of 30p and would make the company debt free but with only £25m in working capital. That's if you base it on assuming that today's market cap bears any sense of reality. I think a fair value based on the current situation is a lot closer to £100m.
And those figures are all before the proposed stock split. Why on earth do they think a stock split down to 15p-20p suddenly makes the shares attractive?
Bottom line is I still don't see any reason to get back into this share.
I’m confused aswel- if that is the case of twice as many shares why up 10%??
they double the number of shares, if that proposal will be approved, resp. the SP will be cut in half, right?
Get ya head around that... I need to read it a few more times lol.
