" Though it may be thought otherwise by many in the east, people in the west do not all believe what is circulated. But the differences are that there are far more sources of information in the west and even more importantly that western governments have a greater degree of self control. Obviously things still go wrong, witness Iraq wars, but these tend not to be decrees more gradual moves in my view. "
Jotom
It only takes enough of the public / voters to be influenced , and they are , to give the media and politicians in the west all they need to pursue an agenda , not too different from Russia OR China although you are constantly told that the west is different. NOT SO
Surely it cannot be Himars ?
RT stated that they have been destroyed and captured a stockpile of Himars ammo !?
Evidence

Six to seven explosions being heard, hmmm Himars has six tubes….
Nah just a coincidence
Big Barra Boom (multipass!). Some, for the current state of play, nice sized buys coming in today, not spectacular but not chicken feed either.

"German Metafina GmbH issued a purchase offer for shares of Polymetal International plc.

Mine are available for £25 each. Take it or leave it.
OK, I'll go to £22. But that's it.
You Germans drive a hard bargain, done, £20 each!
"Except that the explosions were not due to any rocket attack.
Margarita Simonyan, the influential editor-in-chief of the RT news channel, tweeted on Tuesday that the explosions were not caused by a Ukrainian airstrike but by sabotage.
"
No suggestion they were from rocket strikes, and would sabotage be any better? Point is, if these were due Ukraine maneuvers, it means the push south is only going to be much difficult for the Russians to resist.
When the Crimea bridge is blown, as it will be soon, and the land corridor becomes almost impassable from precision rockets, Russian forces will be in serious trouble in Crimea. How long before the generals throw in the towel.

Told ya they were going South. All over by October, Russia off all Ukraine soil and POLY completely out of RUSSIA.
https://www.wingsmagazine.com/us-pledges-1-billion-more-rockets-other-arms-for-ukraine/
OUCH!
JAB, I avoided giving the exact date and time as I knew somebody on here would come back on me, "ha ha nar nar you said you would sell 876 on 27th October 15:22 but you actually sold at 15:38, so you were wrong - admit it and leave this board forever with your wild inaccurate predictions",
is what some will, WILL, attack for me for.
Big blue That's a pretty specific prediction, I've screenshot it for October to see how accurate it is, if it is then you're my new guru :D
bb....
I keep saying Russia is going to pay a huge price for this war... and of course I hope it ends up as much as peaceful as possible... However, the Russian people might have claimed some ignorance about it at the start, but by May most Russians knew what was really going on. Almost 100%!!!! of Russian ordinary people interviewed at the moment by numerous vloggers and video diaries say there is nothing they can do about the situation... It's not the Berlin wall case with the air bubbling with change and spirit of the new... There are quite few ancient traits in the Russian people - and one of it is that Mother Russia is untouchable - even the population of Moscow and Petersburg - the cream of modern Russia, still sticks to 'nothing we can do about it"... So yes, change will come some day - but not very soon - not while the war goes on

Over by October, coincidently this maybe the same month POLY WEST pays out a dividend from Kazakhstan profits and cash from the sale of Russian assets and the next day I sell out for 876p. October is going to be a good month.
We were repeatedly told this during the cold war. The moment the door was opened a crack in Berlin, it was pushed wide open all over the USSR. You assume people will be loyal and patriotic to Russia of today? Just over 1 mill Russians used VPN at the start of this year, it is now 23 mill and rising. Why? So they can see what the rest of the world is saying. At the moment Russians just discovering what is happening in their name are in shock and denial. But as the reality sinks in and not every single news outlet globally can be accused of running some mass anti-Russian propaganda, there will be acceptance and retribution. As night follows day Russians will become aware and horrified - as of now it is highly unlikely due to information carried around the military, enough personnel will be loyal enough to mobilise, position, arm, target and fire some rusty old tactical warhead unsure of its stability or the trigger mechanism all in name of those who sent half their colleagues to be slaughtered in Ukraine. Think it through.
jotom750.... I am not sure what I am proposing... I am saying that true or not once fanatical patriotism of Mother Russia being in danger takes over the use of nuclear weapons is almost guaranteed
chippyjo....
"Russian could drop nukes in Ukraine, the better question is what will be the international response?"
That's a problem of the West.... Common sense tells me that once Russia nukes anything - they already know precisely what they are going to do next whatever the West does.
email.
Maybe you just don't understand, but it confirms the opposite of what you are proposing.
Russian could drop nukes in Ukraine, the better question is what will be the international response?
USA has already said the response will be proportionate. Russia has been ramping up the military propaganda for years, most recently with the hilarious graphic of the nuke hitting the US with a multiple warhead. The video looks like it was done as a school project!
jotom750.... well, that's proves my point, A nuclear attack was GIVEN BY RUSSIA!... Whether by a miracle was not carried out it's totally irrelevant the order was meant to be carried out... Our only hope is that a new 'Petrov' is the one with the task to carry it out... However the Russian mechanism could have been changed in such a way that once the order is given there is no possibility of anyone interfering with it being carried out
Chique.

look up this gentleman.
"Stanislav Petrov, the Soviet officer who saved the earth. Stanislav Petrov, who passed away this year at the age of 77, may not be a household name, but he probably should be. After all, he single-handedly saved the world from nuclear armageddon during the hair-trigger height of the Cold War."
