Piri could have made a killing in this investment. Should have invested more.
meaning the stake value at April end was valued at 51k.
That was half year results up to April end. There was no post period news.
The results said they sold half of their stake in AVP and their remaining stake at that time was valued at £51k.
Did Redmond sell part of Pires holding in AVP to participate in their fundraising @ 0.012.My gut feeling is they did and Pires now hold more of AVP than they did before?
As long as they haven't been selling this week at AVP, it does appear the new backers have got some big plans for the shell, knowing our luck there will be an announcement on Monday saying that PIRI have sold out of AVP
We have the same week next week with the investments then PIRI will be starting to look as cheap as chips, nice to see that at every investment there appears to be a clear strategy to create shareholder value, could this had been said a year ago?
I'm surprised PIRI hasn't benefited yet from the upturn in AVP, LEG, KENV and even RAME. I think its just unloved in summer.
All up today but not Rame yet or ourselves?
Up today.
up today, sooner or later we will see movement in PIRI
Buys reported as sales. As mine was the first buy of the day and it shows as a sale!
Your buy then as the price indicates a sell
this morning is a buy,the price dipped for a while, nice to see AVP going manic again. D
Speaking for myself,I intend to buy more PIRI shares when AVP or 3LEG announce an investment,or the buying price of the shares goes below 0.02p. The other small cap share i am watching is LEG,which should publish good results shortly gla D
Interesting parties loading up at AVP so sp jumped by 18% and KENV up by 2.5% and not one buy at PIRI, surely PIRI's investments worth more today than yesterday?
Anyone expecting an RNS tomorrow before AGM. ? Does anyone know what the Resolution s are.?
Expect a move back to flat later, doesn't feel a genuine drop at all imo TDW offering 218 atm, if RAME does move up then PIRI will also move higher
And yet i have just done a dummy buy and the price is a fraction more then first thing this morning. I see AVP has just gone down a bit. I also took heart from Barack Obama's speech on renewables yesterday. gla D
Should have held off as price has just dropped
of the day i think were buys. the second was me buying. I now like the look of all four of their investments. I think they should have an open offer rights issue now,to get better economies of scale. JMHO gla D
Should see a significant upturn now.
So bought back in this morning ame Energy plc ("Rame" or the "Company") Commencement of Commercial Operations - Raki / Huajache Wind Power Project Rame Energy plc is pleased to announce that it has formally transitioned into an independent power producer ("IPP"), alongside the Company's development business, following the completion of all system certification to permit commencement of dispatch of power from its 15MW Raki / Huajache wind project in Chile. Accordingly the project has now been energised, marking a major milestone in line with the Company's strategy to develop 300MW of generating assets in Latin America within the next three years. As previously announced, a 10 year power purchase agreement is in place with EKA Chile S.A., a joint venture between AkzoNobel, a leading global paints and coatings company and a major producer of specialty chemicals, and Celulosa Arauco y Constitución S.A, a leading Chilean company and a leader in sustainable forest products. Rame holds a 20% equity interest in the project alongside Santander. Rame CEO Tim Adams commented, "I am delighted that the project has now been energised, enabling the asset to begin generating revenue from power sales and facilitating our new formal status as an IPP in Chile. With the final elements of system certification now in place, this crystallises the start of our on-grid generation business in Chile and sets the scene with our partner Santander for the next projects in Rame's active development pipeline. Although this has been a challenging project both from a construction perspective and also latterly in terms of connection procedures, we will carry this experience forward with our partners and apply it to our portfolio of development assets. "The commencement of commercial operations at Raki/Huajache means that Rame will now benefit from the on-going project earnings associated with becoming an asset owner/IPP as well as the fees in consideration of our management contract. This will add to the financial rewards already received by Rame following the sale of an equity stake in the project to Santander and project and construction management fees received during the build."
