Yippee.
Relax, it was only a joke
You should be on the stage.
Are the 0.0645 trades buys or sells as they look like buys to me.
Dont we get notice of AGM soon?
Really kicking arse now
That would be part of his job, if a company was being run down as you should know. Pires is doing the opposite, so what is the point of your post? I take it you are not female, yet you use the the name of a famous Celtic queen from east Anglia.
Audit man. Wonder why we need one of those....
You thinking "Rame", by any chance?
This is true, 20 months has been a drag though!!
Good things usually do IMO
Still there and patiently waiting!
I assume he's not just there by chance and his assistance with a possible RTO target would certainly sit well with me.
But is the Pires giant finally awakening?
Good news for PIRI with that director appointment. Redmond and Armstrong have restructured numerous companies as a team (primarily through RTOs) before stepping down from the respective boards: IGas Weatherly Artilium Optimisa Bella Media Although Remond has often mentioned his interest in pursuing a pre-IPO incubation strategy, he has also hinted at the continued possibility of a straight out RTO for PIRI. With Armstrong on board, I think that the latter is much more likely now. There is the added protection that any fundraising could only be accomplished at present at a minimum of a 42.9% premium to the current ask price (0.07p).
I also like the fact that Mr Armstrong has over 15 million shares.
Thats not unusual if you check other directors profiles. I like the igas connection.
More positive news with this new appointment.
Agree that amed is a good one.Started with more cash though. Pires will get there one day and has only just begun with its first investment which in my opinion is a good one.
...a successful investment company works, check amed
.
If anyone is invested in mining, then you know how important a good power supply is. Being stuck in outer Mongolia, ontop of huge mineral deposits and a poor power supply is not good business. In steps Rame energy. As a reminder only, Abramovich has also been buying into alternative power supplies for industry. This Rame energy could be a good move and may get some big boy attention.
has not set the world alight but looks interesting - hopefully the IPO will occur in the next few months and we will see what the opening share price will be. If Rame is successfull the loan notes can be converted at a 25% discount to the admission price and there are warrants to be granted also (5.5% of loan value exercisable at IPO initial s/p). So fairly long term investment probably if thr IPO happens. Anyway looks like more investments to be announced in due course as per this in the RNS: "The Board believes the Company has been able to invest on quite favourable terms. We hope this will be the first of a number of such transactions"
