It's funny, but whenever I am invested in one of Redmond's companies, I feel like I am on the voyage of the damned.
What is the company doing? How is its situation? What is the e-mailaddress of this company? I haven´t seen the e-mailaddress on their website.
Have you got any opinion about DUC I think it might have legs but no news yet.
still a bit to go to just get back to where it was pre-dumpage
An interesting read and looks as if we are in good company in relation to Rame Energy stakeholders......GL S http://academyfinance.ch/gri/companies/Rameenergy.pdf
Well done those who got in under 0.055p yesterday :-) now should we hold for developments or bank an quick 20% profit - might split the difference and top slice lol gla
Thanks for that Strange time to sell up but forced sell explains it.
They are a forced seller due to the administration of city equities.....interesting stuff and simply a buying opportunity...
Looks like Otterswick are out (their departure isn't perceived to be a loss) - and hopefully their holding has been taken up by another major existing/new party. Should see the holding RNSs confirming this shortly.
Some over on Advfn think the 50m & 20m trades are buys as they can come up as red sells if below the ask... about 170 million sold and 120 million acquired so far today - could end up flat by the close... massive volume though and a couple of holding RNSs likely tomorrow gla
I believe it's all falling apart.
Sorry didn't see the two trades confirming sell of holding - very interesting (better add lol)
That's 168 million shares (!) so could take a while to be eaten up .. then it s/b lift off back to 0.07p at least ;-)
Down 25% on 58 million shares on the buy side - large sell order in? I agree with Moreforus, this is a slow burner with decent news flow in the works and an IPO at some point - might take a while to re-rate but this s/b near the low point and a great buy opp for the patient investor gla
Otterswick have sold their entire holding....
you could well be right but PIRI did finally do a deal a month or so ago.... Investment in Rame Energy Plc Mon, 10th Feb 2014 07:00 RNS Number : 6309Z Pires Investments PLC 10 February 2014 ? Pires Investments PLC ("Pires" or the "Company") Investment in Rame Energy Plc ("Rame") The Board announces that it has provided pre-IPO financing of £410,000 to Rame, an international energy consultant, engineer and power project developer, via a 3-year convertible loan note ("CLN"). Rame has developed a strong presence in the Chilean wind power market and has expertise in a number of energy sources such as wind, diesel and solar. Rame has been involved in the development/construction of a significant part of Chile's installed wind capacity, which has enabled it to develop its own portfolio of wind power projects in Chile. The first two of its projects totalling 24MW are ready to build. Rame believes the necessary bank and equity funding for the first project will be in place in the near future, and that funding for the second project will be available from the same sources. The next two projects with a capacity of 84MW should be ready to build within a few months. In total, Rame has a project pipeline of over 1GW with 23 separate projects. Its strategy is to become an independent power producer operating its own power projects with a focus on providing energy directly to large industrial customers. The investment by Pires is part of a pre-IPO fundraising (the "Fundraising") of not less than $3.2m which will facilitate Rame's equity investment in the first two projects. Rame is seeking to admit its shares to trading on AIM during the first half of 2014. Peter Redmond (Chairman) commented "This pre-IPO investment reflects our strategy of taking stakes in value-producing companies which plan to come to the market in the near term and where some initial cash can facilitate their IPO and help their business develop. The Board believes the Company has been able to invest on quite favourable terms. We hope this will be the first of a number of such transactions."
I think it is blatantly obvious that both the market and pi's have no faith or trust in Redmond, hence the decimation of the sp in all his companies which all show a similar trend with continual false promises, then fail to deliver. Redmond has had 3 companies (although he has recently been kicked out of LDP) for 2 years. NONE have achieved anything except huge drops in the sp while he takes a fat salary for his failures. Redmond stated he put forward good deals to the LDP main investors who rejected them. Why did he not use his other companies for these deals? These deals cannot have been that good or indeed, were there every any deals? He has appointed an old chum to the BoD here and made one investment in 2 years. Surely Redmond must realise he is on borrowed time and needs to get off his backside and achieve something or face the sack from here and KENV as well. 2 years is more than enough time, Lets see what the next month or so brings. GL to all.
Should not be at .055 for long thou.
Thanks lets hope we get some more news soon
interest in PIRI?
100% buys this AM lets hope this afternoon is just the same.
I think 2014/5 could be a couple of good years for Shells as they are looking very cheap compared to others places around the world.
