U f#*ked this share up 004p unless we get some great news next week.....I wish
Agreed.
Genuine thanks Lucan. All the best, indeed lets hope I have to retract my statement and Redmond does prove me wrong. GL.
You have every right to say a man is a fool if you think so. If you say he is a liar and a conman, he can sue you, and the onus of proof is on you. Best wishes.
It should have read: The sp has dropped over 100% from the sp WHEN Redmond took over.
How can any share drop "over 100%"? We would have minus share prices!
Thank you for the advise Lucan. I assume you mean being sued for libel? This is not possible if the facts are true. The sp in all his companies have dropped over 100% since he took them over. Piri was 0.11 when he took it over, as you can see it's now 0.04. Have a look what investors think of him at LDP. They have said a lot worse about Redmond than I have. I would be the first to retract what I said and apologise if Redmond finally achieved something (as he always states) that enhances shareholder value. Until then, my opinion, which I am entitled state, of Redmond stands. ATB and good luck to us all. I hope I do have to retract my statement one day.......
Shale gas could be a “new North Sea” for Britain, creating tens of thousands of jobs, according to a report out on Wednesday. The Institute of Directors claimed the fledgling industry could create 74,000 jobs, more than double its previous estimate of the industry’s potential. The business group said the industry, which involves the controversial process of fracking, could also help to support manufacturers and reduce gas imports.
Careful. Your Sun 12.48 is libellous and actionable, i.m.o.
Fund raising time again I think. Maybe further investment in Shale Energy.
As a niche independent power producer, our primary objective is to supply our target market of industrial consumers with cost effective, technically optimised and reliable power solutions. To achieve this, we have access to a substantial portfolio of power development projects (prospective installed capacity in excess of 1.4GW), which build on our proven development, engineering and execution capabilities in multi-technology power plants.Rame intends to install, own and operate in excess of 300MW of power plants by 2017. These projects will combine renewable and conventional power production technology, to create an amalgamation of projects with flexible offtake opportunities, including direct sales to customers, power pool arrangements or energy trading contracts.Additionally, we continue to grow our more traditional project services, from feasibility consultancy to project supply and construction to long term operating and maintenance contracts, both for our own projects and for third parties.Rame’s long standing presence in Chile and the country’s strong energy demands, driven by industrial needs, are key factors in our focus on building a substantial portion of our power plants in Chile. However, the global nature of our target markets, such as the mining industry, allows us to deploy our resources worldwide, in support of opportunities to create a global independent power producer.SHARE PRICE 14.60OUR APPROACHOUR BUSINESSPERFORMANCE EXCELLENCESUSTAINABILITY

Debt free with money to invest.
And what fantastic investments by Redmond, investing in other AIM companies to decimate the sp to half of what it was before Redmond took over. Is this what we pay Redmond for? He bragged he had made good recommendations of investments to the main investors at LDP before he was sacked. It's no wonder they rejected them and sacked him. Redmond is nothing but a compulsive liar and conman and is not to be trusted as his record shows. The sooner he is sacked from here the better as we need a miracle to save us from bankruptcy with Redmond at the helm..
Rame Energy PLC Shale Energy PLC.
Napeleon Solo, if it is true, then we should pressure the CEO in this company to do more for it. They should find a further Business area and the should let the company grow. Otherwise they get more and more mistrust from the market.
3 months ago Kenv had been written off as a company, headed by Peter Redmond, with no investments and very little money, less than 400 grand and a share price of 1.18. Recently the share price has touched 4.50 pence and has settled at around 3.50 pence with new investors and minus Peter Redmond.
Cash and liquid assets of about 900 grand, Rame investment worth 600 grand. Market Cap of less than a mill. The Redmond effect. It's a real anomaly.
Our first major investment Rame is up today I see.
Rame Energy PLC Commences Construction of 15MW Raki Wind Project Print Alert TIDMRAME RNS Number : 1562H Rame Energy PLC 15 May 2014 Rame Energy / Index: AIM / Epic: RAME / ISIN: JE00BBD8GG53 / Sector: Energy 15 May 2014 Rame Energy plc ("Rame" or the "Company") Commences Construction of the 15MW Raki/Huajache Project Rame Energy plc, the international energy consultant, engineer and power generator, is pleased to announce that the mobilisation of site equipment and site clearance at the Company's 15MW Raki/Huajache Project ("the Project") in Chile has commenced. This is an important milestone for the Project, comprised of 9MW at the Raki site and 6MW at Huajache, which is scheduled to become operational in Q4 2014 and is in line with the Company's strategy to become an independent power producer ("IPP") in Chile. Turbine supplier Vestas is undertaking the civil work, which includes the construction of access roads, as part of its Engineering Procurement Construction ("EPC") contract. After construction of the roads has been completed, the five concrete foundations will be built before turbine erection starts in October 2014. The Project's equity was funded under a joint venture with Santander, in which Rame has a 20% equity participation. Following commissioning of the Project, the power will be sold to EKA Chile S.A., a joint venture between AkzoNobel and Celulosa Arauco y Constitución S.A. ("Celulosa"). Under the terms of the Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") signed with EKA Chile S.A., the latter will purchase all the energy produced by the Raki and Huajache projects for a period of 10 years. AkzoNobel is a leading global paints and coatings company and a major producer of specialty chemicals and Celulosa is a Chilean company and a leader in sustainable forest products. Rame CEO Tim Adams said, "Construction of the 15MW Raki/Huajache projects has started ahead of schedule, overseen by Rame as Project Manager, representing an important achievement as we set our sights firmly on achieving an operational capacity of 24MW across three projects in Chile by quarter one of 2015. Having already secured a blue chip purchaser for the power generated at the project which provides a visible revenue stream over the next 10 years, we are on course to become an IPP in Chile later this year, and well placed to build an operational portfolio of 300MW of generating assets in Latin America within the next three years." **ENDS** Enquiries Rame Energy plc Tel: +44 (0) 1752 565638 Tim Adams (Chief Executive) Jan Gawel (Finance Director) Northland Capital Partners Limited Tel: +44 (0) 20 7382 1100 Nominated Adviser and Broker Matthew Johnson/ Lauren Kettles (Corporate Finance) Louis Castro (Corporate Broking) St Brides Media & Finance Ltd Tel: +44
Totally agree with you cashonly. The market and many pi's regard Redmond as a highly incompetent failure who milks his salary from us pi's while doing nothing. No wonder he was sacked from LDP. He needs to realise he will be sacked from here as well unless he pulls his finger out. 'Hopefully' and 'in the near future' are Redmond's favourite statements. Well, hopefully he will be sacked in the very near future. GL all, it can't get any worse here can it?
lol well they are probably in the best shape ever and the share price is the lowest ever that's aim all over I'm afraid and nothing special about PIRI...good news these days is an excuse to get whats left of your hard earned back,.,,,,
God I hate this share!!
it's a matched trade ie someone selling to a buyer for a spread for the market maker .... its not 2 buys...its a buy and a sell if you wanted to buy 105 million PIRI in the market despite the recent sell off and touching of an all time low....you'd be paying a lot more than 0.05 for the size.....
I make that 4.5% - holding RNS time! And of course no rise in the SP.
