I wouldn't suggest that would be a good idea. I think there is a lot of froth to be blown from the top of this before any buying resumes. From what I can tell it's done over 100% on fresh air and needs cash for working capital. I don't think they can raise funds at these prices as it would look like a professional job of getting the price up before presenting the begging bowl. Things have changed since December and the market at any given day will be marked down as a whole.
(this is re to a post from Dec 21) . Looks like Chris will get his buying opportunity after all.
I have looked over the last published accounts and it looks like they had enough working capital to tide them over the second half of 2015. Does anyone expect a further placing over the next few weeks for further working capital? With a Loss for the first 6 months running at -£0.52m in the last set of accounts and a mention of funds raised at 6.5p last time round, what would be a reasonable price?
Yes that was the spot I was referring to Scargs. Something is definitely brewing and I'll be very surprised if we don't get some news in the next couple of weeks.
freddie01 Did you read my spot yesterday? 603,125 shares costing £88,960. Makes you think that something is brewing. Any thoughts?
Good spot Scargs. Feeling much happier with my investment with all that going on.
Happy New Year Stroker. Are you still recovering from New Years Eve?? I miss your input on this board. Come on, get cracking.
again reported after the close. (I think) 167,758 shares costing £25,000. Very encourasging.
which was made on 30/12/15 but it has only been reported today (I think) 603,125 shares at a cost of £88,960. That is a very sizeable purchase and it gives me a great deal of confidence that things are now beginning to happen at Pinnacle.
Anyone who has read "THE NAKED TRADER" ( my investment bible) will know that quite a few investors set a Stop loss. The Market Makers. That should read Manipulators, know this and now and again have a "Tree Shake" setting the Start price low to activate the stop losses which in turn activates more stop losses until there are no more left. The MMs then have lots of shares to sell and so the price goes up again. Very lucrative for the MMs and nothing we can do about it. Personally l think that patience and confidence are needed for this share. All the "Fundamentals" are in place and the potential is HUGE! I am in for the LONG HAUL - 2 years + . We shall see. I would like to wish all PINN holders a Happy and Prosperous New Year.
Company called Be Heard
Hi Stoker Please can you answer the above? Thank you, Scargs
Thank you, Stoker, I will research this later and appreciate you taking the time to respond. As well as PINN I like SGM and have a lot in CSI which was suspended on Christmas Eve to allow final details of a reverse takeover to be agreed. Hopefully,it will add quite a bit of value. All the best for 2016.
Sorry for the late reply. BHRD is a big play for 2016 along with PINN. That's my two for 2016 which will both multibag several times. PINN has done well and still has a good bit to go and BHRD hasn't got stared yet as it's a newly listed co very cheaply priced atm. Lets keep this strictly PINN though and any thing for BHRD can be discussed on the BHRD thread.
Good morning (or perhaps afternoon!) I hope you are right and would also be interested to know what your other investment is for 2016 just out of interest as will research it over the holidays. Happy Christmas to all PIs, hope 2016 is good to you all.
Merry Xmas eve PINNERS!!!! or should I say WINNERS!!! Had a few small sherrys so bare with me and the typos :) OK, I just wanted to tell that due to being inebriated I might not get up before the market closes tomorrow due to it being a half day. If I don't get out my cott in time I want you all to know that PINN is one of two stocks that will be top performers in 2016....I swear it, you heard it here first and when I say that I mean it...I said it 6 months ago and I'm saying now PINN is a huge growth stock and will be a top performer. I only ever in invest big and in no more than two stocks at any one time, it's a rule for me and there's a good reason for it!!! you want big money you play with big money, you want huge growth you invest in co's with a clear plan to create huge growth. The stocks I'm in for 2016 will give us that...don't worry about that! OK, I hope I can get posting before the market closes tomorrow and if not see you in the new year!!! Have a good one and all the best pinners! winners no time for sinners! .... hic :)
Great day guys, well done to all thus far. what a ride it's been and we aint even had the real news yet!!! We have ina sense as it's been confirmed that we have the A team on board but what I mean is the nitty gritty!! the news that makes you stand up and take note. So...early close tomorrow for the xmas period, so I hope you all have a great xmas for those of you that won't be here tomorrow and for those who will I will see you all bright tailed and bushy eyed tomorrow.
Great day and nice to be back to blue days after a brief period of consolidation. Now up 5% and looking strong once again.
Looks like we are moving up!! I never touched nothing, promise :) Guys, it's all about the quality of the stock and the plans being put in place. Never be in any doubt of that. People on these boards over play the affect that individuals can have on a stock and that's been proven today I think.
I was proving a point and it's been proven. Like you said it's a different beast now and moving on to greater things. Btw for anyone who listens to the trolls go and look back 6 months to see me posting here. I get called a lot but when I find a good stock with potential I like to run with it till I feel it's found a level where it can can grow steadily and at that point I will trade or leave. Right now though, pinn is not there and has miles to go.
good to have you back on the board. I'm one of the few LTHs who has been invested in Pinnacle for a number of years, certainly way before the share consolidation. It's good to see the SP moving upwards, even though I am still sat on paper loss. However, as previously posted, Pinnacle is now a different company which has started a new journey since the arrival of Messrs Scallan, Duckworth and Lyons + the MXC Cap investment. I hope some serious progress will be made in 2016.
Guys, for those of you that are here every day you will remember the attacks I received late last week and into this week. This is what I posted on Monday to prove a point: ------- no no no, I insist. you and your friends want to troll mine and other investors investments then I shall step aside and let you take the floor. Enjoy the thread, I'm sick of the childish insults and attacks because none of you can think for yourself. I have been posting here myself for 6 months, soon as I get my reward it's attack after attack. Where were you 6 months ago when I said this was a buy? you and your mates are TAF enjoy the thread and I hope everyone invested here is happy to have you and your detailed research and valuable insight! I'd rather eat broken glass than take advice or even consider an opinion from you. ---------- Now, since then, none of them wanted to take the floor and none of them wanted to make an attempt to present a case for investing nor did they present a case for not investing. Well my point has been proven..I walked away from posting to show the huge support that PINN has here whether I post or not!! I hope now we can see that, yes!!! I do post a lot and yes!!! I do call it as it is and yes!!! this will be a cracking stock whether I am here or not. So lets put all the nonsense and attacks to one side and think about what this last week has show us. PINN is solid and will be moving on to the next level after this consolidation period. I hope we are all still holding and didn't let the pressure of a few get to you. This one will be special.
The wise idea is to bank the profit on the lack of news, and get back in later. I expect a strong retrace and get in at 10/11p me and chris said 12 would be a good entry but the price is dropping faster than i thought it would
Morning. Chris as usual is refreshingly honest and straight forward. I too am excited by this share. Goodness I wish I had seen the recent spike coming or rather had been confident in getting behind it. But I keep telling myself I'm not in the business of losing money after recent experiences. So stay where I am. Also I would have been in and out again and I'm not sure you would have wanted me. I am also looking for a lower entry on this one. See this though as a CTP in its early days would love to come in when it's foundations are slightly more secure. It would be nice to be in the position of backing several good horses rather than one. Which is what most of us are looking for. I can't see that in the long, long term that money invested here will be money lost considering our knowledge of the track record of 'management'...... It will always be alright in the end one might think. So rest assured there are more backers of this share to come and ultimately if you wake up this time next year you will have made money and investors like me will be behind it too. AND I WILL HAVE TWO HORSES SO ALL IS GREAT FOR ALL OF US!
at 10.00:19. 164,880 shares at a cost of £24,320. I'm surprised that the SP is not blue!!!
