Broker tp currently ... 20p
Slowly creeping north
It's more than doubled since November 2023 thats a decent rise.
Folks appear to be missing this one, with its steady incremental rising.
Could it be the new product PRIMA ?

I’ve got 8k of vislink shares thought this company was gonna 😊
Gla x
With the possibility of news tomorrow (7 days will be up), I think we'll get a rally this afternoon. If you're interested in HE1 then you won't want to be out overnight.
If the news is good (which I expect) then the sp is anyone's guess!

It's profitable and cash generative but due to historical issues with its Vislink Communication Systems divison (which it sold back in February 2017 following a strategic review) it became lumbered with ~£12.1m of bank borrowings and net liabilties of ~£6m as at the end of FY17.
Its been progressively repaying its bank borrowings ever since and its borrowing should now be down to ~£5.5m as at the end of FY23. At the end of FY22 it had net laibilities of ~£750k but should now have net assets at the end of FY23. It took a bit of a knock during Covid and the subsequent chip shortage (like a lot of businesses) but now seems to have fully recovered its mojo.
It's currently prioritising repaying its borrowings and I wouldn't expect a dividend to be paid in FY24 but, subject to working capital requirements and/or business investment opportunities that might arise in the meantime, I would expect a dividend to, at least, be up for consideration in FY25 or FY26 (the payment of a dividend would require court sanctionioned approval to convert its merger reserve and share premium account to distributable reserves).
That said, it did explore a potential equity raise in FY22 to provide it with additional capital to accelerate the development of next generation solutions but, despite good levels of support from existing and new investors, it ended up shelving the plans because of the worsening global economic situation and falling investor sentiment for the equity markets generally. If the markets and the global economic situation continue to improve throughout FY24, it may consider revisiting these plans if expansion opportunities exist (at the moment it's funding this investment from its own cash flows).
It looked great to me. I don't know much about this company but I will follow it from now on.
Positive update this morning. It's not every day that you find Pebble at the top of the share risers list ;-)

Isn't it the high debt at a time of high interest rates which is holding PEB back.
It's chipping away at the debt, but could take some time to get it to lower levels.
I remember this company when it was called Vislink. I just don't know what happened to get us down here at this low mkt cap. It seemed to have the backing of some great entrepreneur in past times. Anyone know of any full year forecasts? Though I don't expect to hear from anyone for many months yet? Just trying to keep the chat alive as it's one share I followed alot when I was much 'younger'!

Interesting buy this morning
May be news ahead !
Has this company gone into a death spiral 😊
Scooby, They are paying down their historic loans at a rate of £1m pa. The £0.1m decline in net debt year on year looks a tad disappointing on first read but I suspect that has something to do with the timing and fulfillment of orders and/or increased inventories (to manage supply issues) and wouldn't be wholly surprised to see inventories and, trade and other receivables circa £1m higher (perhaps more) than at the end of FY21; this ought start to reverse through H1 FY23 if orders and supplies become more normalised.
Sea of blue today. Nice TU. Should be upwards now.
Some peeps may be put off with cash issue but
1 - they got through Covid without dilution - i.e. no placement / issuance of further shares for money
2 - got loads of headroom with existing bank facility (£8mn I believe is max ceiling)
3 - net debt is falling
4 - profits rising (should hopefully translate to higher FCF to pay down the debt)
5 - business booming with tailwinds
6 - dirt cheap valuation (PE c5.5)
From now to the FY results showtime (May '23), if they can demonstrate further progress with reduction in debt + strong sales and pipeline / ARR - will further fly.
Back on track.
BTW - busy board!
Its quite interesting here, as a £1900 buy can move the share price by 2,24% up. The only buy of the day so far. If this company gets going, the share price will fly. as there are not too many in circulation and tightly held. One to tuck away.

buying 50,000 block of shares over the last week.
Good news just around the corner?
In with 30k. Looking for a good EOY update. Hopefully they've managed grow top line, take some more debt off, and if they can show they're still investing in R&D then I'll buy more.

Being a long term holder here and seeing the share price moving up, it's when there is a bit of a leak regarding good news coming. So if you are looking to buy, chest get in soon.
Some decent sized lots being taken at PEB.
Lol the world has moved on? Have you even research this company? Do you know what's in their pipeline?
I was right about the increase in orders, just a bit optimistic about the SP lol 2022 going to be a good year!
Now that the world is easing out of lockdown, I expect a massive backlog of orders coming through for Pebble. My guess is the sp will be around 17p by September 2021 and then 25p by April 2022

PEB can get their message out without selling access. I think it wrong for PEB to take part. Q&A would feel like cash for questions to me, cash for access too. Use Investor Meet Company instead.
It's ridiculous unless PEB release information that is not otherwise available which I think is against the law anyway. Called selective disclosure. Mello gone mad.
I've never heard of a charge for watching a Zoom meeting!!!!!!!!!!

I've bought a decent chunk the past couple of days. I suspect I got them from Polar capital selling down, but hey ho I am patient :)
There's no market? I recommend you do more research if you think that's the case. This last year they've completely restrategise how they go about with their business. More TV channels are moving to IP broadcasting, which Pebble Beach Systems is the market leader in. Plenty of opportunity in the future to make a lot of money.
Patient Pays
Brexit will be good for this company as well, as a lot of their clients are international and I strongly believe Brexit will be in our favour. I can see Pebble taking off this year!
Holding here, and I understand the company is trading well. A normal weeks trading the shares is about 10 trades, so when you see more than that in 3 days, you know that good news is just around the corner. So I you are thinking f investing here, now could be a very good time.

No staff furloughed during the pandemic, a birdie told me some big sales on the horizon and they've nearly cleared the 20mil debt that where in when Vislink purchased them. I honestly think the share price will hit the 30's by 2022. Long time to wait but worth it if you're heavily invested like I am.
2021 will be a big year for Pebble Beach Systems, watch this space!
with possible M&A activity.......

Your name isn't James by any chance is it?
I had a girl friend called Morwena years ago in n Wales. And as you have been holding for a quite a while it does seem as if thing s are on the up here, been in and out for over 20 years, never made much profit,if any.But I do think the beast is stirring.

that there are no posters for this company. I,ve been a holder for many lean years, but this is the most interesting period for this company for MANY years. They are now profitable, shares quite tightly held, not many (comparatively speaking) in issue, so a few buys gets the price moving. A good time to invest around 10p.

We should note that the recent release contained a typo, and the increase in EBITDA was 40% - not 25% (2.5 Mill to 3.5 MIl is a 40% increase).
I reckon that a 40% increase in EBITDA is certainly something to consider. The industry doesn't look to be suddenly booming and their competitors haven't seen a similar increase. Sure, could be a fluke or a one-off, but it's certainly much more interesting than a 0% increase.
Quite agree, let's have some reasoning Bernie.
£90 million indeed.
Any bets on the price of new shares I'll go for 9p.
By how much? Other people have presented actual numbers to support their view. You have not. Do you have any analysis? If not, that's fine - there are lots of loudmouths here who talk big but never actually present anything of value. Is that you, or do you actually have reasoning?
"should/could be £90m "says Bernie.
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Need to increase business a lot more than they have been doing.
A typical mug punter share for those who think price is a guide to quality. They have debt, short of cash and for several years a static level of turnover. Now the price is being nudged up, could that by any chance mean a share placing. Please give generously.

Is that a 2M buy? Great
Is it reaching the end game for this heap of steaming rubbish. This is a dead duck I'm afraid.
Not sure about 10x (hope so) but 3x looks very possible indeed to me.
£30M market cap without stretching my imagination too far, based on results potential.
I like the no nonsense workaday approach .
Still consolidating. Patience needed.
If it can break 6.64p on some volume there is chance of a run.
Management weren't too concerned at buying at 6.9p and 7p recently.
Kestrel on the register is interesting too.

Going back a couple of years, Peb was doing very well so why can't it recover with whar seems
sounder management. ToooT..... Tooot
I hold PEB and hoping for more developments on the customer and product front.
Is there anyone out there who is holding PEB stock ??????
After good results released earlier this week there might well be a case to say the company
can make things even better, allbeit slowly ??
Good luck to any holders of the shares out there thinking of spending on a few of the shares on offer.
