Appreciate Groups' acquisition was 6.2xEBIDTA of 2022. How was that overpaid? May be not a tenner but 7-8 should be on the cards. The 7-8 percent divi will be attractive when interest rates start to fall.
I concur LTI. What a tool. Still cant figure why the drop though?

you have posting form on other boards- all of the disaster nature - another poster to be completely ignored (waste of screen space)
The share price will never get back to a tenner - literally never, because they massively overpaid on their acquisitions. Competition and an ever changing payments world where competitors with deeper pockets and the fundamental ground shifting under their feet will be enough to keep them very busy to barely grow or even just and still over the next few years. After that, who knows : the world of payments will be very different in 5-10 years time. The management are not dynamic - they just panic and go on over-priced buying sprees.
Back the shares that I sold at about 552p near the start of the month
Ex divi today but been a steady fall since last update. Could do with a boost this share was around a tenner before pandemic but stuck at these low levels.
Pretty safe results, unlikely to move the share price until the acquisition of Love2Shop plays out as good or bad. Its a risk taking on more debt in the current environment so will hold us back for a while.
Still think they are priced fairly for the performance.

For me these are a long term hold, top up on pull backs
Have a look on research tree for "LIBERUM: PayPoint: Strategically important expanded partnership with Yodel and Vinted"...very encourgaging
Why do we think the share price is faltering towards half-year results? Do you think results will be good or bad?
St
''But im still holding''
I only sold about 6% of my holding
Gratz, well done. But im still holding, mid year results soon which will hopefully provide a catalyst for further share price rises hopefully back to over 600.
With the Divi still paying 6.6% and well covered by cash flows, a possible bid in the wings (but i wont hold my breath) and the company growing revenue in all divisions i would like to see PAY get back to 800+
At over 552p ,some of those bought on 25th May at 395p
Well in my opinion market doesnt believe further addition to their 29%... having said that I think its comming! Wont use that word :)) not yet. Gla and dyor.

Divi in my Hargreaves SIPP - 1st September.
Thanks, I'm with Hargreaves and still no sign of payment, no answer to email and no call back! Not impressed.
Yes, mine cam in on Friday (ISA with AJ Bell).
They pushed the 3rd divi back - iirc it was declared the same day as the final and explained away as to do with accounting delays due to the recent acquisition.
Has anybody received their 3rd interim dividend due to be paid on the 1st September? Seems rather late in the day for the 3rd as the final due to be paid on the 22nd September. Perhaps they are lumping them together?
Partnerships appearing as the now notifiable owners. A change in company structure I seem to have missed
