Apologies for my apparent rudeness, btw. I had just watched the Netflix show "Don't f**k with cats".
The joke doesn't really work, even if you watch Netflix: I have a big mouth.
In that interview yesterday he didn't incriminate him but he certainly opened the door for someone to sue Trevor Phillips the former CEO of Hvivo and now the new CEO of Open Orphan.
If I were a long term shareholder of Hvivo I'd be rightly p'd off.
don't disagree Wisheye .. however that said, not many of them types had as much skin in the game as Cathal and it is a huge thing to take part in raises as he does to align with PIs. nothing is without risk but this ticks my boxes and has done for months. GLA
Having been in business for a number of years, I got to deal with all sorts of characters and some of them were outright crooks, but they knew what they wanted and they went for it without a thought for the morality of what they were doing. On the other hand some of them were just simply brilliant at what they did and succeeded by being clever and shrewd and you sit back and admire them from afar. I am hoping that Cathal Friel is one of the latter, if so, just enjoy the ride, if not, it won't come as any great shock.
Rather gung-ho transparency than the opaque BS you get from most companies.
Don't F**** with Cat.
No it is today..
Sorry yesterday

Do you have a link to today's interview?
By doing that interview today he opened the door for potential lawsuits against the new CEO...
Yes I would agree with that......just listen to Trevor's overly upbeat interview last year and the article from Imutex......very misleading to Hvivo shareholders imho

The new CEO of Open Orphan was the CEO of Hvivo..
As CEO of Hvivo he was supposed to be working in the best interest of Hvivo shareholders so if he sold Hvivo for £12 million knowing it was worth £60 million he should be in JAIL...
