is that because there will be no shares to buy
Given, the trades have been mostly of buys, 2,264,249,532 shares have been traded and 2,333,333,333 were the additional shares to the market. So I think the buying will stop in the next day or so.
The buying isn't above premium sp as we view it now, but has been close to it, and was certainly well above the placing price, with the 0.0249er buying right after the placing announcement of the 0.015p placing shares. So that 0.0249p buy price was getting on for double the placing price, which is completely unexpected and quite unheard of. This sustained accumulation kept the sp from dropping on placing day too in my view. Anyway, I haven't worked out exactly how many have been snapped up by our mystery guest since the placing announcement, but it was tens of millions a day, which would easily put them over the 3% threshold. I may work it out later, if I have time to go through the trades. Or you can check back yourself if you really fancy it. Lol. Regards.
Hi eric. How many have been accumulated above premium since the placing from this block buyer?
Regardless of whether one buyer is using numerous nominee accounts to currently remain under the disclosure threshold, if said buyer is going for a takeover of ORE, then they will have to eventually show their hand. We should know before long why the recent and continued buying was and remains to be at an absolute premium to the placing price. Cheers guys.
The only thing keeping me here now is the curiosity about the mass buying at a premium, right after the announcement of the significant dilution at 0.015p. I'm thinking either a takeover is on the cards, or (and this should not be the case), certain information has been made available to the buyer, to which ordinary shareholders like you or I are not yet privy. Holding on, just to see what happens. Regards.
All the holdings below are considerably less than 50% of the current share cap.....
We know the Chinese love this sector, so it could be that they are making a bid, but we don't yet know who is buying up the shares. The Chinese won't want to ever pay anywhere near asking price, so accumulation on the open market is probable, if they've thoroughly investigated and found something of high potential. The problem is, our ORE BOD, and this is only my opinion, may not have the necessary expertise to know just how good the Mutsk deposit can be, or if they do, then certainly not the funds to take it further. The Chinese will bring in their experts and go over it with a fine tooth comb. They can afford to do a smash and grab if the results are promising. Of course, I reckon shareholders will get very little if the Chinese have their way. A low ball special. That's only if it is the Chinese, but more likely to be one of Birdy's preferred companies. Easy peasy for him then. Minimal effort. Maximum wages.
That's quite possible. Yes.
Could be good. Earn-in on Mutsk is due before end of August, so even if there isn't that holdings RNS, it shouldn't be long before the BOD has to divulge something re moving forward. Of course, worse case situation is that Mutsk is shelved and we go back to selling gym equipment, and without a JV partner. We must trust that the 0.0249er is of sound mind, so let's see what happens once the accumulation ceases.
They probably realise that they are up a creek without a paddle and are now working on getting the 80% and selling up. Makes sense.
You had me at "Yes it was a fake dog poo madam, please don't worry!" Lol. Hey, at least something is happening here and it's great to see the buying volume, even though I've got as much chance of breaking even as Stevie Wonder has of successfully completing a Rubik's Cube. Good of Rod to pop in, the company over on SRES must be really rubbish. Lol.
Cheers Rod. Sweet man. Lol. Good luck on Sunrise. At least Patrick is trying for you all over there. Hope he isn't spinning too many plates though matey. Erm, doh! Little Cheets will never forget his pals, Rod and Smalls. Best wishes.
That's a decent strategy with this, in view of it having been a catastrophe for six years. A quick in out trade for newbies. If Mutsk is to be extensively drilled, then it will require mountains of money that ORE doesn't have. The number of shares already in circulation is quite staggering, and we have no JORCed assets, so borrowing from a bank to avoid further dilution is out of the question. You will do right I feel, if you sell when it hits 0.03p. Any profit is a good thing. Jibber is correct though, shareholders here have been extremely patient and were once optimistic, particularly over Deli Jovan. We have only ever been let down with broken promises from the BOD, along with the added ineptitudes of broken drillbits, selective drilling for short periods only, due to the management picking the wrong seasons in which to commence, often waiting until winter was closely upon us before beginning, then being unable to function on the ground and having to stop. Mass dilutions as well, because of the no JORC situation or a more precise asset definition. These factors have kept the sp low, in my view. Then there's the non-disclosure of price-sensitive information, which should have been RNSed. Wow, then nothing of any note happened for the entire year prior to Birdy joining, and there was no explanation as to why. No apologies to shareholders, with newsflow also being restricted for the last two full years, so we don't know what the hell is going on. It has got worse here year upon year, even with an easy to mine asset, but it's only because the same people are at the helm. Birdy being unfortunately of the same ilk it seems, duff and disinterested. I pray for a takeover now, or, failing that, a few resignations and some new blood to drive the business forward. Balls.
What is it with you....?? Keyboard warrior....?? Let's rewind a bit to earlier today..... My post to another poster...Where's this link for the broker rating you quoted from yesterday...??? I had a look for it but I can't see it anywhere......which broker was it...? Is the gold resource economically viable....?? Have we got the funding to exploit it.....?? You do realise it will take many thousands of metres drilling just to define an initial JORC for both Mutsk and Silverton...?? Have we got the funding to do that...?? Yes, there's gold on our permit area, but there's years of work ahead just to define a resource........ You butt in with this....Wouldnt take long for a big company tomget it out of the ground. I replied with this.....Unfortunately ORE is a miniscule company, and IF they merged with GAL then the new entity would be a very small company...... Have you any idea how many drilling campaigns Lydian, our Armenian neighbours, have completed and are still not 'getting it out of the ground'....?? Go have a look at there Amulsar project and see how many tens of thousands of metres of drilling they've completed so far in the approx. 10 years of drilling they've undertaken to date...!! Mutsk is years away from being even close to production, and Silverton is in its infancy........ Come back in 5 years and see how close, if at all, we are to production on either of the projects..... ORE have never hit a deadline yet, and worryingly haven't even managed to set one yet for either project....... I hope, for all of us LTH's. that they do get either project to production asap, but the BOD's performance thus far does not fill any of us here with any kind of hope....... A fair and reasonable summation of the challenges ahead I'm sure you'll agree.....?? Without ANY argument against my previous post (there is none), you came back with this little gem... ..You pathetic moron. Stop being so negative I'M the keyboard warrior.....who's throwing toys out the pram when they can't win....?? Joke poster imo
Yes rodster. Eric shows the characteristics of a true gent. He has kept his dignity intact which is what can not be said for the cobblestone keyboard warrior.
Fine sentiment rodster, but I think eric knows this hasn't got a hope in hell of getting him to breakeven......there are now almost 5 X the shares in issue than when eric first bought in....... I hope something happens so that he can at least get some capital back to give him a chance to apply the lessons learned here to make the loss up and more elsewhere.....God knows he deserves it....... A gentleman and a scholar of the highest order imho.....and yes I've told him that on many occasions....the way he's handled himself throughout this sorry affair is a lesson for all of us....... Eric....I love you mate...... :-))
Wressmycase best of luck it's a good to know at least someone has made a profit as well as the BOD. If you are still here at the end of August, expect another dilution if not August most certainly September. ......you have been warned! Though I suspect they will first deliver a RNS that tell the shareholders how exciting and more confident they are, however rarely do the words match the results.
I really hope you break even as your a decent chap. Sorry but too many shares to invest I'm going in on little cheets fav. No doubt will be on a downer soon. Lol
I believe Birdy is concentrating so very hard now on firming up his thoughts. That should stand us in good stead. Howl.
Yes im out at that price with a 1k profit
Was invested 6 years ago and thought I'd look at this again. Sp plummeted and nearly 8 bn shares now. Regardless of news are you mad with shares in circulation.
Now jibber, that's not fair......CB's delivered us Silverton......oh wait, that was to appease the GLR holders..... Sorry I'll take that back,,,,,he's TAKEN far more than he's delivered.....!!!
No the current management are bad for this company & shareholders like you who clearly have not done your research. If anyone is putting potential investors off it is the BOD. Their ability to keep setting expectations and then failing to deliver, followed by communication blackouts. Non- deliveries on expectations: Mineral Resource Statement Musk ES 3D model Musk ES failure to disclose key information Mutsk ES Jv Deli ES New Base metals project CB 2015 a totally wasted year 2016 Mutsk is seasonal, April is the start of the season. We started work in July. Even CB made a statement that we would be back at Mutsk in April. The biggest cost to this business in the management wages and they are not delivering, they are playing for time and wages. They are too comfortable. CB should resign immediately! He has not delivered anything for this business.
PMSL....... It's not this bb that's done that.....get real sonny...!!! Have a GOOD look, without the rose tinted specs on, at the RNS's since inception on AIM, the epic dilution (that's hit warp speed since your St birdie came on board...!!), the diabolical sp performance in that time.......THEN come back with your conclusions......!!! Honestly, the kids these days.....all **** and vinegar......LMAO
