I take it you meant 0.07p, just to keep a sense of some slight reality. Lol.
Widened in preperation of a blockbuster rns
Yep, but the mms have widened the spread so the rise looks fantastic. Lol.
Do you mean 0.7p or 0.07p? I thnk 0.7p would only be accomplished if we found and then exploited a premium gold deposit the size of North America. The low sp is because of the dilutions and terrifyingly large amount of shares in issue. First things first Wress. Let's get to 0.1p, with a zillion buys. Lol.
back to 1/2 dozen p i d d l y little trades a day after that farcical placing & subsquent buying....
Wress - howl.... you are so funny sometimes
Thanks for the info Dave. I think that's more to do with when we settle funds though, usually after 3 days, rather than when disclosure of shares bagged by a buyer passing the 3% threshold has to be notified to shareholders. Similarly, if a major shareholder sells and drops down to the 3% threshold line. I guess the buying hasn't finished yet, hence the current non-disclosure by the 0.0249er. If the buying is continuous, I think they can wait until the end. Only my thoughts, but I could be wrong. Cheers Dave.
A hell of a lot of shares in issue. But also a hell of a low sp. Room for a rise to 0.70 plus is very much possible.
Oh yes, long-termers are knackered, due to the share amount in issue, but let's see what the news will be. I'll probably draw a line under it all after that. Cheers Bans.
Upping their holding before the 80% earn in imo. August 31st should see a big anouncement on mutsk. It could be a lot bigger than we are led to believe.
If there is a buyer with a takeover strategy, each time it goes below 0.0249 you can expect buys. The interesting point is what are they waiting for? If there is a good / exceptional news RNS and then they make a play, then it will be clear news was leaked prior to the dilution and buying spree.
Wow what is going on lol
From DTR 5.1.3 "for the sole purpose of clearing and settlement within a settlement cycle not exceeding the period beginning with the transaction and ending at the close of the third trading day following the day of the execution of the transaction (irrespective of whether the transaction is conducted on-exchange);" DD
Something back ....hopefully yes.....no chance if a full recovery for me though. As stated I'd be happy to cut my losses at .5. Snowball & hell spring to mind....the more time passes the more I think the BoD are still scratching their heads on what to do next.....that placing was an absolute disgrace & shambles as far as I'm concerned.
That's one reason many of us long-term holders stayed, because Mutsk is open-pit, less complicated than Deli. It is supposed to be a doddle. And so we wait for real progress on it though. Best of luck to us all.
Yes, once passed 3% holding, an RNS has to be released, regardless of other news in the pipeline. Not sure how long they have before disclosure though, before they get a ticking off. Unfortunately, it won't be ORE that gets the ticking off, if they are conveniently not informed by the buyer. Lol.
Good point. The 0.0249er won't want to be selling at a loss. Let's hope that we are therefore on or around the support level.
Mutsk is the company game changer imo. It is an open ended in most directions and probably a gigantic discovery. Lets hope it turns this company around
Oh well. Hopefully around september 8th all will be revealed. As denty suggested, lets hope they are keeping heir cards closely to their chests until the 80% is signed and sealed. Lth deserve something back imo.
I believe it's 3 days for a UK holder & 5 days for non UK .... but don't quote me on that as I really sent know where it came from !!! Good luck fellow mushrooms....
In the case of companies incorporated outside the EEA, the DTRs include provisions enabling those companies and their shareholders not to comply with the DTRs as long as the local laws of that non-EEA company are considered by the FSA to be equivalent.
Don't think so Wressmycase, if 3% or more has been acquired, then a holdings RNS has to be issued within a specified time (think it's 3 days but not certain). Wonder if the 20million buy at 0.025 is our 0.0249 buyer and trying to be less conspicuous now the FCA my be keeping an eye on things?. DD
Are their any aim rules that allow for a holdings rns to be forfeited temporarily under these circumstances?
One thing is for sure, there must be a fair bit of resistance at 0.0249 now!
