If they consolidate, the only reason for doing so would be to dilute, If they ever do try an consolidate sell as quickly as you can, is my advice. These muppets will just see it as if more money had just miraculously appeared that they could help themselves too. Wressmycase: the only way the bod will see a "fresh start" will be a new lining of their pension funds. Deli was a fresh start, and look at the result, too complex, unable to JV mine lost! Mustk was a fresh start, and look what happened, 1 year no activity, 2 years and a 78% total dilution and still no results. Silverton, was a fresh start, and look what happened, form the outset it was not the mine Birdy promised, in fact it was the opposite from what Birdy promised. Please no more Fresh Starts...... Make it happen now or accept the facts that the BOD are in the wrong business, and lets not continue to fuel their incompetence with more cash!
I would rather have 5 million shares worth and 800 million shares in issue than 7 billion. Puts people off investing
I believe that would be the only reason for the BOD doing so. Ed and Birdy would then have ensured the continuance of their own private gravy train.
If mutsk is as big or bigger than amulsa then a consolidation and a new start would be welcome. Obviously i think that recent new investors would find this beneficial.
I was being sarcastic re the consolidation and my average. As Jib says, if they did consolidate, the sp would look great, until they start diluting again from the new level. Don't forget, consolidation, by whatever ratio, only ever means that you end up with fewer shares, albeit for the same value. It's what happens next that matters. Does the value then become further eroded with an immediate dilution? The answer is often yes. Anyway, let's see what unfolds in the next couple of weeks. I hope the FCA is still watching.
Yes a share consolidation is needed urgently. I would be up for that. Mutsk earn in should be a fresh start.
If they do try to consolidate it will be swiftly followed by more dilution.
Yes. That was engineered buying from one party at an agreed price. In my opinion anyway. The mms made no attempt to raise the Ask to say 0.03p, even though it could have been warranted. Don't get me started on the mms. Lol.
Good that Rod. That's a very reasonable percentage profit. I recommend taking some of it, before it becomes wizened. Lol. Let's face it. With ORE, no way am I seeing 0.89p again, unless Birdy performs a miracle. By that I mean a 1000:1 consolidation. Best wishes Rod. Good to hear from you and that things are on the up.
For once Im in profit by 19.9%. Non doubt I will be on a minus soon. Lol. A Sorry but with over 7 bn shares issue it going to hard to get back to your average.
Is it like the 0.0249 biyer buying constantly with no shift in sp? Loads and loads of buys yet no shift?
You are welcome. It looks ok, the market cap, but the actual problem lies with how much cash we have left and future fundraises. For an example only, if we need to raise a £1 million or so to really advance the project, it doesn't bear thinking about how many more shares would hit the market and at what price. With each large dilution, it also becomes significantly more difficult for the sp to rise on news. Only a gargantuan amount of buys would shift it skyward. Of course, the news would have to be fantastic as well, not your normal offering. Ideally, in my view, we need outstandIng news right now, a JV that isn't going to cripple us, so on favourable terms, and if we JORCed the Mutsk deposit as soon as possible, then we could borrow from a reputable institution, all without recourse to shareholders and the need to issue more shares. We need to see a much better performance before the next fundraise, for things to really happen on the ground over the next month or so, but you know the track record. Hence why I feel if you see any profit, don't simply stare at it. Lol.
Thanks eric. Thats not too bad then if they can get some good oit of mutsk.
At least LSE rounded the fooker up. Lol.
£1,842.6m rounded up to £1,843m.
So, you would times the mid-price by the number of shares in issue. It comes to 1.8426m, which is rounded up to £1.843m. You can see this figure if you scroll down on the sp page, not the chat page.
Easy way is to look at the market cap. Usually based on mid-price. At the moment, the number of shares in issue equates to a worth of £1.843m.
Hi eric, my mathmatics isn't very good. With the so at 0.025p and 7.84 billion shares in issue, how many english pounds are the 7.84 billion shares worth? Many thanks
Lydian must be interested in a jv.
My recent holding wont be worth much if they dont get this ******* company into gear soon. Release some good news that is solid for once please orogen.
Of course, I have no discernible anus. Howl.
My holding isn't worth much at all now. Let's say I'd by stretching it to buy a KFC bargain bucket. Lol. I've still got my physical health though, if not my mental health. The latter severely diminishing over the last six years of watching this. I'm looking to Birdy to bring us a bit of decent news now. We've had enough of floating aimlessly. Time to take it up a notch.
I Hope you are not too far under water on this investment eric. I hate it when people feel fleeced.
Value of my shareholding that is. Same for all long-termers. :-(
Mutsk is make or break. Deli Jovan was great, but deemed to be too complex a vein system, The Company spent about three to four years on that before deciding it wasn't viable. Very disappointing for shareholders. So, the point being, Mutsk is open pit, uncomplicated by comparison, lower grade gold but supposedly more of it. If they can't make this work, then they won't be able to make a go of anything in this sector. We shall soon know. I would be excited, but my shareholding is now the size of a gerbil's gonads.
