When exploration stopped at Deli and the focus became Mutsk that was the time to make a 30% dilution. If the management had given any consideration to the long term plans and the work ahead for Mutsk or any other asset then they would have sought a cash reserves then. The year of no activity proved they didn't have a clue about shareholder value, but were happy to take a wage. There lack of planning, strategic mindset and poor performance have allowed this company, the great potential and finances to be wasted. The need to make rash decisions and impose massive illogical discounts prove they are either incompetent or calculated, both of which but result show a total lack of respect for existing shareholders.
Yes, so someone must have made a killing at our expense. If the shares have been sold easily at 0.0249p, regardless of to whom, then we know the placing price of 0.015p was outrageous. No justification for it, other than for someone to make money off it. You are right to be out. Best wishes Castaway.
Hi Eric - I did try to explain at the time of the placing (though my view was KB'd) the way the company handling the recent placing works is that they take the placing and sell on the shs at a higher price to their (many) clients - which is good in a way as the s/p does not drop on the placing. You wont get a holding RNS as it is many individual PI 's. However ORE has to add value to justify the dilution, as longer term that will obviously govern the share price. I hope that the BoD manage this - not wanting to be negative but you did warn me on mass - so good luck with that.
Nope, just me.
We did have many bulk buys coming in at 0.0249p a few weeks back, after a recent placing announcement at an sp of 0.015p, which kind of defied logic. No holdings RNS yet either, so it could have been many different buyers. Very unusual buying activity though, so far unexplained, particularly after a dire placing price. Hence, better to be cautious with this. Regards.
Ok. Be careful with this one though. We can't be guaranteed of news shortly, or what it will be. Best of luck.
No, not noticed. The buying has slowed right down over the last couple of weeks, in spite of us building up to this additional Mutsk earn-in. We need supporting news really soon or the sp may well drift back down. Best wishes.
Not by choice matey. You know the score.
Oh Eric - you're such a cynic....LoL
I take your point, but I also think it's important that potential investors aren't pulled in on false statements of how good this is, when clearly the Company's performance for many years has been poor. I've been involved for over six years now Denty, so if you can manage another three, see if your view then remains the same as the one you hold now. Best of luck.
Best of luck DENTY
I've been in this share now for a tad over 3 years, ploughed in £20k to get my average down, so of course I want them to do well. But aim is a patience game. And a gamble, but I wouldn't dream of dissing my own investment.. Good luck to all whoe sales on the ore ship.
I'm not having a go at anyone, after all evryone is in titled to their opinion. For those that keep putting this company down and saying it's no good for potential investors, then you and we who u are invested will have no hope of getting any money back let alone anyone's average. If you have been dealing in aim for any t length of time then you shoul now that these small companies take time, sometimes they make it sometimes they don't but for those that keep putting the company down and are invested then you are not helping yourself or anyone else.
They very rarely commit to anything, and when they do, they fail. There is nothing for a potential investor to grab hold of, or anything to keep a current shareholders on board. More questions than answers, an absolutely hopeless company.
The bit from the last RNS I wasn't too pleased about was that Birdy just says the program has been completed "for now". As in, they've done the bare minimum to achieve the earn-in then that's it for this season: "Diamond drilling at the Mutsk gold property recommenced in early July 2016 with the twin aim of extending the footprint of the gold deposit and achieving the 80% project earn-in target by end August 2016. The programme has been completed for now, with the drilling of a total of 1,015 metres in seven holes directed towards the east. As announced on 31 August 2016 the earn-in target was achieved on schedule." It doesn't tell us when the drilling will recommence. I know they are modelling again, but they have given us no idea of a timeline for anything.
I also said that could be the case Jib. November to April, usually snowing. Can't see we have much time left for further activity on the ground. Even so, nothing to stop us securing a JV ready for next year, if Mutsk is supposedly viable. If it wasn't, then there would be no reason for the BOD to have paid for the extra earn-in. Unless the members are just fleecing us, a smokescreen to stay in a job. Anyway, I'm not putting up with waiting without news now, then witnessing another mass dilution. End of September, without a JV, I'm off. Cheers Jib.
Could be years away! No indication of a deadline for the Geiord partners to respond regarding the 20% share, no commitment on other JV, no commitment on further exploration or any other activities. Looks like early hibernation time to me.
I haven't checked PREM, but I can fully understand why some tried to recoup their losses elsewhere. Pity it hasn't yet worked, but they had the bottle to try. Cheers Troaj.
or redordead.
Oh no matey. I won't be touching anything with Birdy in it. Thanks all the same.
Cheers Troaj. Waiting on BEM and BMR to stop shafting me before I have funds to spare. The shaft continues. Might have a look at those two potential goodies though. Will register 'em in my brain. Lol.
the latter also have gold n copper, although early stage.
we've all been there m8y,except we went there 6 years ago.lol.at 1.3p? anyway,if you like gold, like i said last week, kefi will be huge, two mines on the cusp of becoming mines, but one needs funding. and take a look at wres, theres a few pro active videos on that one aswell(kefi to),wres will have an ultra low debt, around £10 million ish,but the revenues will be £90mill,less debt and tax etc. so with a mcap of under 20 mill, its cheap az chips compared to its wlfe rival. the bod also have £4/5 mill invested in there. ramp over,gl.
.......HAVE killed........ Sleep deprived. :-(
Pmsl. I get the picture. Lol. Some of us are still dragging our chins on the floor with this, but only because we are so far underwater we may as well wait for either a marginally better sp, in order to claw back a bit more, or, the sp will continue to fall until we are left with absolutely bugger all. We are only seeing what happens now, nothing more. The number of shares in issue and the horrific lack of information or a solid plan from the BOD has killed the investment for long-termers. So, for me the waiting about could soon be over. I'm out in two weeks if no news. I suggest you move on with good grace now and leave us to sit in our own kebab 5hit. Howl.
