We all expected a follow up RNS. Who would have thought the board would have left the shareholders hanging on critical information after publishing key risks and decision points for the business. Criminal!
It amazes me how the SP bid is being maintained at .02 when clearly sells of even relatively small numbers of millions are being transacted at below this today & for some time ... Wouldn't be surprised if the .0207's aren't actually buys.... may try a few dummy buy/sells later to see....
My thoughts now is that the .0249ers were just PI's mugged by the infamous broker identified as cold calling... I reckon they had enough large takers ( who probably thought they were onto a good un) under their belt at .0249 already lined up & the first batches of huge buys the day after effectively paid for the placing shares & too quick for anyone to change their minds after they saw the announced placing price the day before.....after that the rest of it was just pure profit. Stinks like the s h i t house door from a Grimsby trawler if you ask me....... immoral yes definitely in my opinion...... illegal probably not ... after all who cares about PI's getting stung eh no-one's ever been bothered before - FCA are next to useless here IMO so no white knights. Still, you spin the wheel & take your chances on AIM the odds of making a fortune are probably about the same as winning at a bent roulette wheel ... but still we try... this one I think is just turning out to be a complete money pit with little direction or chance of success. My opinions obviously....
Well played leaving this I reckon. Although you lost money here, which is unfortunate, perfect timing there. Hopefully anyway. I've never been involved in any t/o situation, so good luck with it. At least it's something different and a chance for a return. Difficult to envisage you not losing more money had you just remained with us in this. Cheers Wress.
Yes, our mistake was staying in after Deli didn't materialise, but we trusted that Mutsk would be much easier and quicker for them to push on with. Well, that hasn't happened, for whatever reason. There has been nothing of note to drive the sp upwards since Deli, particularly at times when we've needed to raise funds. Hence, we are where we are now, and still without timescales for further work. As shareholders, we simply can't plan any strategy of our own, because the Company hasn't given us enough official information over the last couple of years. I mean, just what the BOD has actually been doing, I've no idea. Just before Bird was appointed it appeared Ed had done nothing with ORE for almost a year. On the ground, progress was awful. From memory, almost, if not, non-existent. The sp has only declined further since Bird arrived. The problem is that neither he nor Ed seem to have any sense of urgency. I really have begun to wonder of late, if their focus is simply all to do with them taking a decent wage for minimal effort, until their retirement. I'd love for this to come good, but have just had enough after six years of utter crap. October isn't far away and I'm sticking to my plan. The one I've had to make, in the absence of a timescale from the BOD, and with no JV in sight. As you say, it won't be too long either before another fundraise is necessary. The existing shareholders won't ever be the winners with this BOD at the helm. So it seems and has been proven to date. Cheers Jib.
I got out and went all in on levrett. It rto'd last friday. There is light at the end of the tunnel. This share looked good to me but cost me £1500 ain losses after removing 7200 after the so called good news that did nothing for the sp. Very sad
Eric, after all these years I thought this would come good, but now I think it is time to get out before the next dilution. I expect it will be 50% and at 0.005. I have not got the apatite for this anymore.
Yes indeed. Such volumes should have sparked a real uplift in sp and higher levels of buying, which we didn't see. I smell fish. Really hoping the FCA is still monitoring this. Only my opinion.
A more puzzling question is if there wasn't privileged information given, why did the buying suddenly stop when the new diluted shares were sold? If it was get general market appetite as Gary M tried to convince people on the youtube.com clip then the buying would have continued, especially a mining and gold prices have increase since making it more appetising.
We know that the 0.0249ers haven't been unloaded at a loss yet though, based on recent volume since they were bought. I'm still wondering if there was privileged information given, because it's otherwise hard to believe that anyone was reeled in so readily almost immediately after that terrible placing price. Anyway, and so we wait. October looms, then I'm off. Cheers Bans.
Yep looks like it.... no trades & no pulse....back into hibernation.
Back to normal for us then eh? No timescale for "substantial" further work, probably because of no JV, and it'll soon be snowing. Sweet!
Yaaaaw .... awwww...... aaaaw ....... aaaan (in my very best Bagpuss) Anything happening ... nope ...... back to sleep then -- where's professor Yaffle when you need some wisdom. Yaaaaw ... awwww ..... aaaaw ......annnnn zzzzzzzzzzz
Poor.
and the sells continue!
Goldenballs. Lol.
Eric i sold here and invested in levrett. Booooom lol. Cant believe it mate. I got my gold in the end.
Fair comments. Yes, the problem is that it may not be fishy, but it does all appear so. No holdings RNS further indicates shenanigans. We do know, on current evidence, the 0.0249er(s) won't be too chuffed. Join the club! Lol. Best wishes in your endeavours elsewhere.
As we know a massive qty of shares were traded at 0.0249p just after the recent heavily-discounted placing. They looked like buys because they were usually at or even above the ask. There have been a lot of attempts by many, including me, to explain what this was all about. Has anyone considered that it was a short covering? Perhaps some trader with a large long term short position did a deal with holders of stock from the recent placing? It would be underhand at best but beneficial to both parties. Just a thought (by the way I have no position here nor do I intend to have one)
Perhaps our .0249ers are getting tired of waiting for promised riches already!! But WTFDIK
.....on the evidence to date, it's HARD to imagine.
I'm not suggesting that Birdy isn't capable, only that his performance has been terribly disappointing. Capped off by the lack of mention of a further plan for Mutsk post-earn-in, no timescales for anything, and the signing off of a placing at 0.015p. Maybe he'll pull off something spectacular, then I'll gladly eat my words, but on the evidence to date, it's had to imagine. Why hasn't Birdy, with all his contacts, managed to secure a JV yet, if Mutsk is so promising? Hmmm.
I think the Chairman deserves more criticism that anyone else, he is supposed to lead the board to ensure shareholder value and return on investment. I think between all of them the vision of the next pay packet and that is it. I see zero long term focus, zero planning, more like a blind pup in a hot dog factory, "Everything smells good". Taking on Sliverton and Mutsk with nothing in the bank, financial suicide.
Agreed. Holding a relevant geology qualification doesn't mean you can run a business, as has been seen with Ed. The problem with then bringing Birdy in is that sometimes these people already have their fingers in too many pies. They are greedy in the end and are only then doing their multi-roles for additional money, rather than anything else. We could have done with someone who would be working solely for ORE, with a complete focus on driving us forward. No distractions. Someone who is dogged and passionate, determined to do a great job for shareholders and make a success of it. We haven't got that. The wage outlay isn't justified for the current personnel or for their performance. The clock ticks. Giving it 'til the end of the month for news. Then off. Cheers Jib.
I know there is no use crying about spilt milk, but these guys have toppled more than a herd of cows over the last few years. I really question if they can get anything right. They should be publicly humiliated and banned from holding significant company roles ever again. Just my thoughts!
