Crazy negative over reaction to what was a reasonable performance. Anyone getting in at these prices will soon be in a happy place. Summer sale now on!
So which Board directors have left without a RNS?
Seems a very heavy fall. Is there something else underlying here which the like of us don’t see ?
There’s been a lot of recent director changes in this company and I wonder if these have been a jump or push. Some don’t seem to get an RNS for some reason - they only seem to announce the appointments and good news...
I had been waiting for an opportunity to buy in and did so this am. The dividend will support the sp and on a discounted free cash flow basis I think they look very cheap at this price.

I wish I had your faith. I have gone from being up 180% to 29%.
I've topped up at 31.40. This is a solid company making good returns, and in my mind have put in a solid strategy for consolidated their fragmented businesses. In the market we're in, to up revenues on loans from small firms, which at this time are likely to be risk adverse, represents good business. I see long term value in this company, and in the short-term, a return of the price to the high 30s.
I've just observed buys of £50k plus.
Given they didn't say the policy was changing, which would be a material factor and so would have to be announced, one can only assume it is still in place.
As long as they stick to their dividend policy... "Thereafter, the board will continue to recommend a 30% annual increase in dividends during the three-year period ending 31 May 2021." the share price should prosper longer term. It seems very cheap at the moment.
Market agrees with you, continues to fall. PE below 6 is a bit much though. Still making a healthy profit after all.
My immediate reaction this morning was that the fall in share price was overdone but on reflection I'm not so sure. the business appears to be ticking over - some organic growth etc but 2% increase in earnings per share is a bit of a red flag. also the last few years the company embarked on a period of acquisitions and consolidation - and as an investor I was expecting to start seeing the rewards of this labour. however, the announcement ends outlining the long term project (another 5 years??) and the inevitable costs (more dilution?) involved. I believe it's this outlook that has battered the share price today. hopefully tomorrow will be better
Anyone seen the investors chronical article? I canceled my subscription but doesn't look positive from the headline.
Now they're out of the way it can gently rise....
hazard: Yes small sells but HUGE buys! Way oversold as usual but once the RNS sinks in peeps will realise it's not as bad as hey originally thought GLA
wow doesn't feel like the RNS merits the fall - no surprise on AIM i suppose. At what price do we average down. If it gets to 30 i will add.
Does anyone know what the expectation on EPS was?
That must be the case but September finals will show revenue up, assets up, EBIT up and dividend up... not sure what more you can ask for in the current climate..
I'm not sie sure, that looks like a big miss to expectations to me
Huge over reaction to the results. Yes the growth rate has slowed but certainly not in the doldrums. Small sells so assume it is PIs wimping out

Earnings per share of 6.6 yet the share price is in the low 40’s. Doesn’t make sense to me
Some big buys today, positions in before trading update at the end of the month.
Achieving the earnout a year early is a huge achievement. SP should be double.
The valuation prices in so much bad news that I can't see bad news dropping the SP further. Big question is, will good news ever convince the market that this is a great company. I suppose that over time the SP will have to grow as otherwise the valuation will become even more ridiculous. I am hoping for a big rerate. A PE of 12 would do nicely.
very good, take a look
sp nice rise. has the market finally seen the light_
