Happy now?!
Looks like 50p is a bit of a sticking point atm, good support just below that though. Hopefully it can push through the barrier and move on up.
No problem. They often tip a few good ones. Not just UK but overseas too. Tips in past couple of years include TAP, BUR, WAND, GLEE,ZOO. Some decent tips among those.
Thanks, again.
It used to be called Penny Shares Newsletter. Now known as Technology Profits Confidential.
Who has tipped this and where? Thanks
nice of him to tip 2 of mine recently, ptro the other one :)
Thought this would have been higher today after being tipped up at the weekend.
because the mms have already seen it coming and marked it up beforehand and with each buy accordingly, onyl to pull the rug slowly after the event ? wouldn't surprise me, but it doesn't mean it wont go up in time
Also Bango and Bilby, there could be more
Here we go again. Why is it lately that every time Simon Thompson (IC) puts out another update with a 'buy - undervalued' rating for one of his value stocks which have gone down the toilet, the share price bombs - it has done this with most of his recent updates on 1pm, Miton and Avingtrans to name but a few.
Just seen it, thanks for pointing it out. I did wonder why there was so much buying. There have been a few larger buys over the last couple of days which I would say aren't just punts which is promising as well. Lets see some continued buying over the next few weeks and see if the sp actually reflects the value of the company for a change.
ST tip in IC. A glowing buy tip once again, hence all the excitement today!
That has been my hypothesis but the selling has been going on for a long time now. Can't be much more left in the tank.
I fear it is because the market predicts a debt blow up and high default levels. Financial stocks have been hammered and a company this size doesn't have the firepower to survive a big mess.
However, I think it will be alright and so continue to hold.
You have to ask the question, why is this sp not rising despite apparent good newsflow past few months?! Can't blame everything on brexit. Could be retiring director selling as he did hold large position.
Results tomorrow
Hope the ride ahead with your 'worthless shares' brings you joy, BB! Regarding tips - nothing specific. Holding some cash as the weeks and months ahead wil be volatile and opportunities will arise. Did buy BUR, AV. and VOD during the recent dip. Good luck. WWW
Thank feck for that i may hold my worthless shares just for fun now.
Any more Blinding tips www ?

Since the board doesn't really talk much via RNS, and in my view some of these developments could easily have been separate confidence-building RNS's, I have been trying to find out what is ACTUALLY going on here!. All the links I have posted are very recent news articles, all since the full year results announced in September.
Overall, I must say I like what I see. One can see a strategy being developed and steadily implemented here - To become multi-modal they have completed acquisitions into different sectors, to improve productivity/reduce costs they are enhancing digitisation, for a bespoke approach they intend to keep the human element in the mix and not go completely digital and to reduce risks they are both - lenders and brokers.
As such the new 1pm is still in it's infancy and hence putting all these building blocks in place will cost money and the figures in the near term may not be very sexy but, in my opinion, for someone willing to be patient, this will be hugely rewarding once the platform has been assembled. It should then grow very strongly or become a very attractive takeover target. At current measly valuation, in my opinion, this remains a strong buy. DYOR
Interesting about the ownership, wonder why no holding RNS to accompany the changes.

Some recent deals at 1pm subsidiaries.
Also, seems to be some major changes in the institutional investors - the top 3 are now different from the past and hold much bigger stakes so all the big buying and selling seems to be between several parties and not just selling by one retiring director. Some interesting developments for everyone to ponder! Good luck for next week
With the results due out next week this should naturally rise in the approach to them as all of the signals suggest that the results are at least in line with expectations, I'm just wondering what the reaction will be to yet another decent set of results.
Took a few weeks but good to finally see decent rises in 1PM sp. The price was allowed to drop on any slight sell, even though (on some days) there had been more buys. Then suddenly any buy pushed the price up quickly. Well done to those who bought at the lows. Not sure how long the rise will continue once results are out but I still think this is a great (but boring) share!
Whilte the price paid continued to increase was an interesting move. Wonder what drove that.
Back in profit which is nice. Onwards and upwards.
