Trek, thanks for sharing, it makes perfect to combine/incorporate AI within Immunoinsights! Perhaps no surprise the new CEO bring that experience with him!
The (lung cancer) testing business is getting slightly crowded, so I presume it was not such a bad idea that it was sold off, so ONC can focus on the more unique, high margin Immunoinsights business?!
A few people selling today; appears random as things have stabilised with a decent amount of cash in the bank and we can look forward to the future with hope.
Just been reading on LLAI, I don’t hold but the market seems to like the AI buzz. I me it here before as ONC’s databank lends itself perfectly!
Oh the irony though!…….
“ LungLife AI is a developer of clinical diagnostic solutions designed to make a significant impact in the early detection of lung cancer, the deadliest cancer globally. Using a minimally invasive blood draw, the Company's LungLB® test is designed to deliver additional information to clinicians who are evaluating indeterminate lung nodules. For more information visit www.lunglifeai.com”
Not sure investors know just how congested that market really is!

Agreed. This is an upper from now. And honestly it can drop only 22 pence. But there is no limit to how high it can go. It was already at 12x its current price when their finances were a mich bigger mess than they would appear in the next report. Let's see what this new board is made of. Got to give them at least 1 fiscal year. So let's start the clock from......now
Nice R00st3R...I have done the same recently. It's kind of stuck, try putting in a £5-10k order and see how the price jumps. In reality most ltsh are holding on to what they have, I think. Small chunks can be picked up though at the current price.
Simple story: either they don't make it (no upturn in biz and will run out of cash in a couple of years) or business picks up and it will be worth a great deal more than current sp. Good risk/reward profile in my books, but time will tell.
Topped up to see if I can trigger an avalanche. Anyway - news should be round the corner
Hey Dr. P.
No idea. We have two more weeks to the end of the quarter and year. I would imagine a TU to be around the corner to indicate generic updates ahead of the Annual report which I could imagine will be available sometime end of September, early October. But I don't think anyone really knows. I am seeing some more traction in the overall Biotech / Biopharma space. With earnings season in full swing and continuous focus on new drug development and vaccines etc. I like most of us are probably itching for some news.
Either way, the hurdles are out of the way. Let us see how the business seeks to maximise operational efficiency, sales and balance with lab capacity. At this point is feel like the numbers need to do the talking
Trek, good luck, the sp seems stuck though with hardly any trades...I guess only news will really shift things (up or down...)
Does anybody know when next trading update is due?
Took some profits today along with others it seems. Will feed back in if it goes lower.
Trek
Fast movement confirmed by separating Bollinger bands, sp, target is 35, is higher bottom of 29/3/23. There is a price pivot low, at 36, dated 13/2/20, which if overcome, could imply further upside.
Aside from the profit target, above of 35, if the lower Bollinger band, which is currently falling , begins to turn up, expect a retracement, and take profit, by selling. Subsequent re-entry into the equity, can be considered on a close above preceding high, or if RSI, crosses above 50.
Trek
I agree
As usual… I too am tied up. I’d love to be wealthy. So much to make
50p post results
So much upside!!!!
I need a guitar and a hat!!!
As soon as stock comes up it’s bought.
I wish I could add here but holding elsewhere for news. Cost me DEST as well where I was going to buy back!
I really don’t see this going any other way than up. The sht news is in the price. It’s just going to be documented in the interims the market will then see the debt payments. Then it’s all about high margin sales and the outlook from the new BoD and TF we have a new CFO!
Usual caveats
Trek
Honestly it is a combination of thing in my view.
o Salaries coming in
o New CEO joining in matter of days
o Fed Reserve meetings yesterday and today
-pot. last 1-2 rate hikes ahead
o Q2 earnings season
o Upcoming end of financial year for ONC (Aug 31st)
-balance sheet will 100% be better than last
o Investors reshuffling portfolios now
o director buys
Etc.
But who knows what is really driving the trades. If it is director buys we should get RNS soon on that.
Trek, same here. Could be director buys being built up or clusters of investors or just lemmings :-)
Clearly there is no fresh news yet, unless people have insider info.
I am hoping it wall fall back again, so I can top it up, too (waiting for cash to come in also!!)
Patience will pay off in my view!
Theboyg, I am wondering what you mean by "But the value has been zapped!!!"? Perhaps you could elaborate, please?
People trawl the boards and follow posts/posters. Then when the see a move they jump on. Especially if it’s a quiet un like ONC.
Just my view….
And yes 17-19 was a huge buy zone but peeps like to see it break up first. Esp if they haven’t done the research. But then even knowing a stock inside and out is no guarantee. You need luck and patience as well!
But yes like I posted below. 50p will come, those that know the company know what it will take and it’s happening. Just need them to get the numbers to market which imo will be the results for the 2nd half.
I will v likely add here when I close some other trades.
Good luck,

Trek
How do so many people instinctively start buying on same day!
I am somewhat sick at missing the boat! No funds until September. This was a buy at 17-18-19
Long term 50p in two maybe more
But the value has been zapped!!!

It depends. In some cases a new CEO means that change is on the horizon. New strategy, goals, reorganisation, and drive to improve top and bottom line and bring innovation etc.. depending on where the business is at in the given time. I feel like ONC has gone through the reorg and strategy definition already so my expectation would be the new CEO to bring business contacts, drives innovation (AI) and looks at scalable growth to improve the top line (first priority) - increase revenue. The company has been through rough seas over the last years. I think they need to build out the sales teams and partner networks and then focus at capacity to provide the services at scale i.e. new lab facility. Although given our current revenue it looks like the current facility in Dortmund should have plenty of unused capacity for right now.
Bad news is good to let out when the sp is already down imho so that then when momentum builds there won't be any more surprises (hopefully).
Isn't it the norm as new people come in to let out all the bad news ?
@Trek, it was wishful thinking. I didn't check the chart tbh. You are most likely right that our next stop is at 30 the 40 etc. 50 would be a big leap from here. I think that the new CEO joining next week will give a little confidence boost and hopefully a TU soon as well. Seem to just remember a lengthy linger around 50s....
@Dr. P. - 100% even if I had more to give right now. Nothing is guaranteed and I cannot pump more into this stock. I gave it a 5k boost too a few weeks back at what seemed to be rock bottom. My average is now decent enough for me to most likely break even if the business was acquired today.... still a ways to go on regular course though.
Rooster, that may be, but always tricky to find the bottom. I am not really buying, as I have a big enough holding, but I did add 5k's worth yesterday to lower my average!
Not sure of 50p in a few days but the TU is overdue that is if we are getting one as they are not mandatory. I do think we could then see a pop back into the 30’s then settling in the 40’s as bad news should be out the way!
40p is where the SP was before the asset sale. So as they have the cash in place of the assets and have moved off debt then it stands to reason that the SP should return to the 30’s and then the 40’s.
An update on transaction volumes will be needed to push through the 50’s. Then the market will want to see the FCF data on the balance sheet to take us higher rather than just hear of volumes and 80% margins.
A line of sight from ops to SP return is not far off here and for those that know the company they should be pretty confident of delivery.
I only have a ‘small’ position here due to other commitments but I see this as a straightforward doubling of my cash from my 19p ish average in the not to distant future.
Usual caveats
Trek
Missed the boat there Dr. ;) jk.... SP is still super attractive. I can imagine too that we will be heading toward 50p in a matter of just a few days
Trek, buys picking up again. I couldn't even get a quote for a 5k pounds buy just now! Let's see if you are right :-)
Trek, you may well be right. Hardly any volume actually, apart from a few which may fit your thesis!
I personally wouldn't sell anything at this level and I think many long term holders feel the same.
May have started. Can’t buy loads here so broker would accumulate over time and then move to director.
I’m pretty sure we will see the new guys buy.
