Mackey, that’s what I’m expecting, the agreement will land in early June. I agree though, they shouldn’t really be giving out dates.
Bragarv you utter mupet, I bet you you have already sold out, hence your 1p 2p predictions, it's not what you think, it's what you hope for, after selling out and now want to get in cheep, every one can read you like a book, end of rant gla, so good we don't even need it.
I'm sure they are working hard to get it over the line. It can't be expected to be hand walked day to day until it's signed. Word on the street is a team there. Still plenty trading days until end of May, hopefully 100pc, drilling started on same day. Be a nice update for holders to receive.
£ not $ for the market cap. £9.35m, according to the London Stock Exchange (which had its initials stolen by London South East).
It is the lowest spread I've seen for a while. It is staggering the mcap is at 9m for Anza plus the other plays. We just need that positive info and we are off. I also think it is possible that we may not know until first two weeks of June. We will see but holding firm now.
I am shocked that this is still at $9m mcap with RNS due any moment and gold hitting high after high. My estimate $500m mcap when Anza is proven up. Ofc we will probably have to JV at least half away but still, $9m is mental. Thank you very much to Mr.Market for letting me accumulate so much at a cheap price. GL all.
Yes he has.Hope theres no problem!
Couldn't resist a final top up at 4.5p before (Hopefully) this takes off. Brad has gone very quiet on Twitter. Hoping this RNS lands before the end of May or else he will lose even more credibility. "End of April at the earliest". Why say that? Better to give a worst case scenario date if you ask me. Just give investors a realistic, achievable timeline! Come on BG, deliver the RNS that we all await.
The spread is tightening up and a large buy takes you outside it. Last opportunity to take shares sub 4.5p, before the herd arrives, usually in the days before news is expected to land. Depends whether (folk think) the RNS will land next week or the following. But not long to go now and POG is also shaping up really well. So everything is lining up perfectly for OMI here if they can get Anza over the line and announce Pepas drilling.
There is market interest in the right gold projects and Anza is definitely in that category.
I
Can anyone buy in big amounts usually when the spread drops like that cant buy much BWTFWIK
Let the sellers sell once news out this will go up quite nicely.
Omi went cold on the tweets, but the question is are they close to a break through or not...can never tell though still confident. How you keeping Bhargav. Hope life is treating you well.
Poor BoD borrowed £500k from the VIP holders who has no interest in Omi except making a quick money on turnaround.
Large sells are often their trades. And it's going to haunt us mug holders for very looooong.
I know who's making the small trades, and it's not BoD.
Atleast no one is blaming me for posting as stupid Akrigas, so that's some relief until muppet will try it again.
That's my green of the day!!
Reason for selling, if someone bought the shares on a T20 they only have 30 days to hold or buy the shares so if you dont buy then you have to sell. Look at it a different way we were lead to believe the deal would be complete by end of may and a drill programme in place and only a few days before results come back. However this has not happened so if you holding then you need to buy or sell. I think this is the reason and have an idea who it maybe.
We all have our own methods have been some on here buy then having to sell in 2s, things dont always pan out sorry for the punt, things drag on longer even though CEO says this that or other its not always done on time. A bit like when Newmont paid the 2m for phase 2 then done nothing after ceo said drill drill drill.
Should be a large group now out at Anza, along with drilling contractors to assess logistics in order to finalise plans and prices. Can't be long now.
I saw them on Bres only this week. They've started to become more frequent it seems. Still wondering about them.
To be fair why would some one trust you seinfreud or your boyfriend johnboneo, both with enormous egos, look in the mirror when critising before posting.
Yes they are very strange indeed. And personally struggle to see why anyone would be selling when we are close to the rns. They can’t be selling for profit surely otherwise they would have done this weeks back. 2 weeks max to go.
I do find these very regular tiny trades very odd, never seen that on any other share
Yes, I agree TJ. Though we’ve had the delay RNS, if we get another then the BOD are totally incompetent and should not be running this company. If he hasn’t overcooked saying the end of May we’re in trouble. I’m expecting the drilling start to come with the Anza return RNS. A raise will come once drilling has started, in theory they can drill into the existing body, just step out slightly, get the share price up and then raise. That would be the logical thing to do.
Thanks for that, I tend to agree.
Absolutely no point in any raise before the drilling begins. They have the funds for an initial drill plan so it would make sense to take some good results (if they are indeed good) to the Mining Select Journal conference at the beginning of July and see what interest there may be from institutional investors.
No idea really what effect it will have on the SP but there is no doubt things are going to get really interesting here over the next couple of months. I'm looking forward to the webinar after the deal is (hopefully) signed. The one thing I believe that is causing a little anxiety here is that with OMI, as many of us know, things are never done till they're done. So there is always a small chance we get an RNS saying "Delay in agreement signing" or "Deal with MMA falls through". You just never know. But I'm staying positive and think we'll have good news by the end of next week, if it drags on after that there will be a few squeaky bums around. We may also get a tweet this week now that there is a large contingent onsite putting drill plans together etc..
Sorry meant to say raise before drilling or after drilling, obviously none needed before the rns lands.
Well guys just wondering when do you think brad will likely do a share placing again, before or after the rns, assuming we get the asset back 100% and sp rises with that, is he likely to do a quick raise then or after some good drilling results when the sp would likely be a lot higher, thoughts?
Yes, BOD are likely to have been in a closed period whilst negotiating the return of Anza ownership. But no restrictions once they announce the deal and that would be an opportune time for them to announce some purchases.
On the topic of buys, some decent buys coming in quietly and under the hood, as we enter the home straight for the Anza deal. We were expecting the 5s last Friday, so hopefully if these buys continue to come in and volume increases, we should be in the 5s this week, and then into the expected period for the RNS to land. All imo and GLA
