I've no position in OKYO, sadly, but have been reading the RNS and annual reports. Any of you fellas worried about the outstanding warrants that get issued with last few capital raises--it seems like the substantial discounts that Panetta Partners enjoy in each placing are augmented by huge discounts to 5-year warrants? Further, according to OKYO themselves, Panetta is owned 'by a trust in which Gabriele Cerrone has a life interest'.
In any case.. my reading continues.
So, the price was very obviously artificially brought down to facilitate the large buys, 410,000, 100,000, 50,000 x2 and no doubt more will pop up tomorrow.
It is unbelievable that some Investors don't believe that the MM's do not manipulate the share price.

OKYO raised £500k in September by issuing Convertible Loan Notes to "a single private investor".
I wonder who that could have been........
200% shares currently traded above the daily average.

A lot have not realised how big this is going to be.
Look back at the rns ,some big hitters on board .
This time next year Rodney
Can't help but ask the question why would Tils Bods and their known business accumem in the Pharma market be interested in associating with OKYO, albiet Okyo have given us a taster with todays RNS.
My gut tells me to follow the trending of the bods into OKYO, that something very big is in the pipeline. Hmmmmm.
It is all too coincidental.

Hi Oldapache
Thought you would most likely be following this one!

Morning Rokerpark68,
Yep, with common bods to Tils, expecting good times ahead.

Good to see a patent application going in - and not just in relation to COVID-19. An important building block.
Nice rns this morning. Let's hope to see a rise as any kind of covid treatment is excellent news.
Hi again,
I have been in TILS since March as well and have thoroughly enjoyed contributing regularly to that BB. It has been a fascinating investment - I think the quality of the TILS pipeline makes it very promising and we may well get some real excitement over the coming weeks.
Also, I can't wait to see how the market values Accustem when its Admission finally takes place.
In my view it doesn't matter how long you invest (and I did it professionally for many years) it is always difficult to take the emotion out of it. It's still a fight for me every day!
Very best of luck for the next few weeks.
Thanks Rokerpark I have been in Tiziana from March last year at about 55p but also bought many more before spin out and It has been the management of Tils and the calibre of people they manage to attract to their company that has made me invest here. Hoping to get in early but also have my fingers crossed for the Brazil data but also feel that even if Forumulab doesnt work out for covid it will have plenty other applications for a company like them a substantial pipeline of drugs with some seriously experienced scientists looks like muliple shots on goal. Thanks for your advice I have only been investing from March last year and do find it difficult still to emotionally detach myself from shares and I will take what you say on board. I can see how this could give you the best of both worlds.
Hi Mac4eye,
In the short-term I think OKYO's share price could be driven by news at Tiziana (TILS), which is obviously GC's main vehicle at the moment. TILS is on the verge of announcing data from a COVID-19 therapeutic product trial in Brazil and is moving up to the Main Market from AIM on 21 January. If these are good for the TILS share price then GC's association with OKYO will attract more attention - it's a mini price catalyst for OKYO.
In terms of investing in OKYO, my personal strategy for stocks like this usually has two elements. First, if I really want a bottom drawer holding for the long-term, I buy a certain number of shares and hold them. Second, however, I recognise that stocks like this often come in and out of fashion as they are developing, and I am quite willing to trade in and out completely separately to my long-term holding (which I might add to with trading profits over time).
Think your absolutely right about the board. GC joining is a massive positive. I feel i have learned something about myself with this share, jumped in at 11 thinking short term watched it decline thinking I had blown it with my selection watching it shoot back up in last few days thinking its all good again. Then left asking myself what kind of a stupid emotional response was that thinking in such short timescales instead of more logical don't worry for the next 3 years then come back and have a look. (but never mind that another 8% up today woo hoo LOL )
This is one for the bottom drawer in my opinion. Yes the pipeline is early-stage, but how often to you get the opportunity to get in on the ground floor with this calibre of management team?
Building up nicely here reputation of management is superb
Given how well the TILS story is unfolding at the moment I think OKYO could well attract a lot more support during 2021 - Gabriele Cerrone's stock is riding high. I've bought OKYO stock on the strength of what is an already proven management team.
Betaville have released a new article on Okyo
Okyo have made the Share Talk 2021 top 20 stocks list, number 13. It might generate a bit of interest.

would RTO into OKYO, due to the StemEr demerger which has now taken place, due to common directors or something? It certainly has sold off now.
Any danger of some good news heading our way soon?
