What gives me some comfort here is number of institutions still adding at these levels, although i didn’t assume it would take tosca this long

The strange thing is about the share is that when the volume picks up this usually means something is going to be announced

I read some article saying they had support of mediclinic so presumably this is a go-er although I guess 10 plus percent difference to offer is absence of firm
