Anyone aware why this doesn’t appear to have got off the ground 16 years ago?

Looks my fellow Norwegians just got awarded a license, in partnership with BP, shell, total.. this is for Track 1!
Looks my
The whole point it isn't market forces. Normally with sustained buying, market forces would cause a rise in sp. Allegedly, that's not being allowed to happen. Atb.
Crooked it is. It's called market forces.
Seems totally crooked to me. Depriving would be sellers of the true market price, just to please an II.
There are two ways to get people to sell, one is to raise the price so they have confidence to say with a profit, the other is to drop the price (tree shake) to get those that are nervous / stop loss set to sell in the fear that it will go lower. Sometime you see the MM drop the price to fill an order, that is they shake the tree a little and use the shares that fall out to fill the order. May be they will shake the tree here in the coming days to see if anyone wants to hand over their shares on the cheap, I'm holding mine, but they might try to get some to sell at 0.19 then fill the order at 0.2p. Every one a winner. Those getting out will have money in their pocket as they wanted, the order is filled at 0.2 and MM have some profit.
Good luck all, but (if) the ii continues the price may go up or down to fill the order.
Typo error: should read 'they couldn't' fund both operations
Callum don't know their current status as when they decided to implement the planning and drillng of 76h they simply dropped of the radar.
I always found this a little unsettling as since the late 50's small but significant quantities of oil.had been recovered continuously from Cambay.
Maybe they just decided the could fund both operations simultaneously and saw tight gas as the priority.
Isn't that called market manipulation as an apparent ii wants to buy at a certain price and the mm are making it happen!!!!
it’s true in my opinion that until the outrageous ramping on twitter stops nobody is going to take the share serious. the ramping is beyond anything i’ve ever seen
Okay Jasper. See what you are saying. What if there no more or only a few willing to sell at that price? One of two things must happen either they raise the price to attract sellers or they leave it the same and can't fill the order.
Gordon....a large II has said we want to buy 250m shares ( as a number say) but only want to pay 0.20p (placing price) no more.
This then will need filling over time and over trading sessions. The primary broker will be working with the MM's to ensure the order gets filled at that price. All controlled.
On the face of it there are 55m buys today against only 13 million sells. That deficit obviously can't continue for too long and they will need more people to sell.
Don't understand why, if there is that much buying pressure, the price would be stagnant. After all, for every buy there is a sell or sells. Normally the only way to persuade people to sell is to raise the price. That's the way it works. If demand is greater than supply the price goes up until they match. Atb.
Are those wells still viable Goud ,I can't remember ?
Not many invest £55k in a decimal penny share just on a whim.
Give it a week or so until we forget that someone bunged £55k in and the reason why they did so may be RNSed
Most will have seen this week larger than normal trades going through and today 2 large trades whilst in this morning's auction.
I have it on good authority that we have an institutional buyer acquiring stock. This bodes very well and will probably go some way to explain why the price is stagnant at present. Order being filled, then hopefully brakes off.
Fortunately for us though.
I expect the institutional investors who wanted in on the recent placing, but unfortunately it was capped.
These are figures from Cambay when I came onboard in 2008
'Oilex commenced production from Miocene Basal Sand (MBS) in the Cambay Field on October 17, 2008 from the Cambay-64 well, which produced 9,374 barrels to the end of December. A second well, Cambay-74, was brought into production on Dec. 5, and produced 7,453 barrels to the end of the quarter'
Have to wonder where we might have been today if they hadn't decided to put all their eggs in the fraccing basket
Think why and then think when……and then think with who? NDA’s and CA’s with perhaps periods of exclusivity.
It won’t be far away. Going to get very interesting soon!
you might get 0.19
Not a chance
