RNS at 13.19. UK Court sanctions consensual restructuring.
Could be very interesting sometime after 10:30 am tomorrow. Either :) or :(.
Just released...
Order was set just incase some cheapies go on offer,it could turn into a decent recovery situation though so worth keeping an eye on.
Sound very all or nothing. 3.275 Is about 50% of the current price. That would be a lot of shorting.
Maybe the takeover talks have resurfaced?
I think this is being heavily shorted at moment and they could tank it right down during next few days,i have set a buy order at 3.275p,possible that an existing major shareholder is doing it and could be balancing their position. It looks like they have shaken loads of folks out last few days while the "re-structure" is worked out.
Wow. BIG Bounce from morning. What just happened
an interesting rebound here today off 7p...could easily close at 9p...let's see what happens.
Not sure what this means, but I don't think it's good!! New World Resources Plc and New World Resources N.V. (the 'Company') announce that the Company did not receive consent from the requisite majority of locked-up noteholders to make the 15 July coupon payment on the senior unsecured notes at the end of the grace period that expires today. As such, and in order not to jeopardise the strongly supported restructuring transactions, the Company will not make this payment.
Separately, analysts at Jefferies Group reiterated a hold rating on shares of New World Resources PLC in a research note on Monday, May 12th. They now have a GBX 36 ($0.61) price target on the stock. Three research analysts have rated the stock with a sell rating and four have issued a hold rating to the company’s stock. The stock currently has an average rating of Hold and an average target price of GBX 22.45 ($0.38). New World Resources Plc (LON:NWR) is a hard coal and coke producers.
Citigroup Inc. upgraded shares of New World Resources PLC (LON:NWR) to a neutral rating in a research report released on Monday morning.
Ah yes, sorry. I wasn't aware you were using this site as reference. 07-Jul-14 Citigroup Sell 32.00 32.00 Reiteration Wasn't there some news that NWR was rated as neutral by citigroup though recently? I assume that hasn't been added to the list.
Just click on the broker ratings above and you will see all the latest ones.
Which broker? Just a question really on something as you seem to be an avid follower of NWR... If there is going to be a 25 times increase in the number of shares, would that decrease the value of currents shares (in pence) by 25 times? This could mean an sp of 0.5p (!?!!). I am not a share expert and this is my interpretation of what's gone on. regardless of my possibly poor interpretation of events and what the debt restricting means, being as current shareholders will only hold 4-5% of the company, anyone would be better to cut their losses now and buy in again (if they still believe the company can make money) when the SP is massively lower and it's all been diluted.
Broker target is 32p.
What's your reasoning behind this? Looks like today it's going down again. I suppose news of a death in the mine will hit it a bit.
Short term price prediction of 18p
TipTv1 - 08 Aug 2014 - 12:51 After Zak Mir, on TipTV, said the time is right to BUY in Solo Oil as there are "good signs", is it time to BUY in NWR?. See more here: http://www.***********/archives/tip-tv-show-replay-07-08-2014-2/
Nothing
what does this mean for the sp
Another big buy of 21k .... Not punt money Hmmmm
Out of the last 30+ trades only one has been a sell so with this sort of buying pressure it's going shift.
No.4 on the top risers board now. Not sure if it was just oversold, or the takeover rumours have some truth. Hope this is a good recovery play. Wish I'd bought at 7p.
No.8 on the top risers board
