what load of b - ll - cks
The mining license granted. 10 years to get the good stuff out and sold but a long haul and finance still the issue. See website for details.
Good luck to anyone who held on to their shares. You'll need it with this lot.
Good morning, No doubt you will have come across the recent RNS concerning the delisting of NRRP and the fact that the company has put in place a dealing facility via Asset Match. http://www.northriverresources.com/documents/ResultofGMandCancellation_000.pdf In the first instance, I would suggest registering www.assetmatch.com and adding North River Resources to your 'watchlist'. Here you will have access to dedicated company page which contains a raft of information including auction instructions, how to participate, price history and a live order-book of buyers and sellers. NRRP will also be posting shareholder updates here too and we will ensure that you are kept up to date. If there is anything that you need help with then please do not hesitate to get in contact on Tel: 020 7248 2788 or alternatively Email: ben.weaver@assetmatch.com.
So RNS just out and states delisting on the 27 March. I have a small holding which is down 93%. Ouch! Should we sell or stick with it? I personally feel it's hardly worth sells; not with such a huge loss but what's to happen with NRRP. Any comments or knowledge is most welcome.....
Just heading out to the funeral. Been a long rough road; can only get better now? Will post if any news.
Thought this message from Asset Match might interest some sorry holders. I do understand your concern regarding these shares, however to reassure you, there is no immediate rush to do anything with them. Following the cancellation, your broker will contact you to either issue you with a share certificate or alternatively they will be able to hold the shares on your account and should you wish to sell them going forward, then they may well be able to do that for you via the Asset Match platform. However in the short term, I would suggest holding fire and we can review your options once we have confirmation from your broker what their next steps are. If your broker is unable to hold the stock then you can simply keep the share certificate on file until such a time that you wish to trade. Asset Match are a not a broker pre se, so we are unable to hold these shares for you.
No,but reading the rns I wouldn't hold out much hope, major shareholder has enough, doesn't have to abide by rules regarding News etc
Would the sell price increase, like today?
Has anybody contacted their broker yet to ask if they would be able to act to facilitate deals with Asset Match Centre after the delisting. I tried but did not receive a satisfactory reply from Selftrade. I guess I have to try again.
Is the major shareholder buying on the cheap? Because someone is!
Trust the regulators are investigating all involved dealings. It looks like the Nab gov are making it economically impossible to obtain mining licence. It looks as tho RSA is going the same way!
Told u guys a few weeks ago that this share is dead .... and now we can see its officially dead ...!!!
Only tripled my holding on Friday.Gutted would be an understatement. If this doesn't put people off dealing in AIM shares I don't know what will.If there had been any mention of delisting I would have run a mile.Bl--dy disgrace.
Buys at 3p sell at 4.5p!!
But is all the fault of the BoD, they should have told shareholders that there is a possibility of delisting, not like they did it today, straight away. Shame I really hope those who have invested go to GM and say everything in the face to BoD. I hope anything change here, but I highly doubt that.
What are u talking,..... This is going to be delisted. This should go sub 1p Avoid.
A trading opportunity!
sorry to hear that this is delisting. don't sell your shares cheap. Talk to people on Asset Match, see the link below. They may be able to tell you what to do. http://www.assetmatch.com/
I feel very very sorry. Delisting will happen as soon as GM is held. This was my fear, and I did avoid, because one share holder have 74% of shares. This was good company, but it happens. It is a big shame.
Hopeless muppets
"2shares" will be turning in his grave. I had mentally written off my £42k !!! Big shame.
after the 250-1 consolidation i only have 200 shares, i shall not be selling. not worth the effort cant wait to see what price this will open this morning, another reason not to sell. I bet "2 shares" is looking down with disbelief
A re-enactment of BAO. Wont be selling out and will take my chances with this being a private company - although likely it will be renamed Greenstone who clearly now hold all the cards. Feeling somewhat aggrieved at perceived mismanagement of the company by the likes of JB. Complete lack of updates in regards to the license, what exactly have they been up to for the past few months..... something it not right. One thought being, perhaps they need to move it private so as to allow this to move forward and not be subject to as many regulations as a listed company. All above imo.
I see sells because of the delays, yes it may retest 6.5p ( of few weeks ago), but will it go lower in the absence of news, will it be a delisting, will it be this and that....
