You holding out for a certain price? I was tempted to sell at the recent peak (16) for decent profit but thought heck I'll stick with it!
Well Dan, all is not lost. At least not yet. And it may all turn out well. The license is not lost, though I wouldn't put it past this Board to lose it in the sense of leaving it on the train, or letting it slip down the back of the sofa, or the dog eats it giving the classic excuse of "Miss, the dog ate my homework/license/off take agreement/work permit". I highly recommend that you, as an investor, read the last few RNSs very carefully. Very carefully. May I also recommend that you buy a copy of 'The Naked Trader' (search it on t'internet) which may, your God willing, help your investing be profitable. I sense you are new to this game. Please read well - please consider ALL your options and know the difference between investing and gambling. Gambling is ok as long as you know when you're doing it. We are doing it here now at NRRP. Have a punt here, have a punt in PFP or ZZZ or REM. Invest where capital is being utilized efficiently, in a growing market, in a well regulated environment, with a company with a great Board and great governance/compliance. And with income. Keep NRRP and the likes as a small % of your p/f as they could make you a million but they are more likely to go tits up. That's a fact. Subscribe to the Weekend FT and read it cover to cover - the most valuable articles are the ones that don't interest you. Force yourself, every word, cover to cover every week. Only then can you ask questions like you just did below .... Good luck my friend. JO
I'm a fairly new investor to this stock, and I just wonder if anyone has any idea about the situation? Have they missed their license now?
Previously disadvantaged Namibians. Ministers maybe? Local ownership. Ministers maybe?
RNS. Notice of prep accepted.
Having been in here a while i would be surprised if they bothered releasing an RNS in the morning. Not particularly enamored with the BOD and the way they have been doing things. The license has been dragging on far too long and whilst I appreciate that this is in Africa and is a timely process would have hoped that more progress could have been made. Regretfully i supported the company and over subscribed for the share placing @ 0.20p which clearly was just a waste of money. My feeling is this will drift back to the 0.05p levels, even on license approval (when it eventually comes) and only real progress will be made on share prices once we start mining and selling. My be level is 0.50p and have time to wait for things to get better but cheesed-off at how long this is all taking.
Ditto. Sold at loss.
Tomorrow will tell you the true . Just wait to see.time is everthing
Fully agree.
tried giving the company a call?
To let people out before the bad news emerges ?! Don't trust anyone on AIM anymore.
Me too. I reckon we're either going to look like great buyers getting in early, or end up with egg on face in case this doesn't pan out the way we're expecting. Either way, right now, it looks like a stonking buy from what I can see.
The Namibian Minerals (Prospecting and Mining) Act No.33 of 1992 requires that the Company submit a written acceptance of the Notice within 30 days (being 27 February 2016). Realistically, that means written acceptance confirmation must come today or tomorrow (outside chance of Monday). Unless the drop was because there's a leak that it might not go through!
some good volume today. News must be due today/tomorrow. Looks like this is not on many people's radar.
Licence more or less in the bag after completion of formalities rns also states update on funding and drilling program to follow.great news and much more to come short term Bit of a drp to fill that buy at the end.expecting 0.40 easy aftr news
Dip at the end of the day unfortunately, not sure why it fell from 20 odd percent blue to a red!.. Hopefully start blue again in the morning and continue this rise. Only a matter of time before 0.20 IMO
Directors have that big stake at that level. They own with greenstone over 40% equity. So they will try to make it work
Your money so just make the choise
Good news as expected they will accept a written request of notice for the licence. Ambiguous bit: North River has sought written clarification from the Ministry on certain aspects of the Supplementary Conditions and its interpretation of them.
almost there. The price considering has held up well. Looks to me like ex dir fully out.
Beginning to build up. 5 mill sell taken on the chin.
follow up from yesterday. Hopefully the management will have some news for shareholders. Something was expected before month end.
Good buying today already - Dirs and greenstone have over 40% here. So interests are aligned.
