Trisor,
The situation with resolve is definitely a conflict of interest, and depending on the outcome, yet another reason for the FCA to be involved.
Have they even tried to get funding?
There's lots of it about.
https://www.innovationbanking.cibc.com/our-approach
Will never happen cave and duffers know it.
AIM is full of crooks who can get away with anything
Looking forward to shareholders victory day here.. tic toc duffin.
Phone them up and they should be able to tell you. Don't leave it to late..
Anyone tell me how to vote via Lloyds share dealing account please? holding 13 million shares and would like to vote reject!
Everyone has been had here by the lies churned out by cave and duffers. He’s spot on with that comment.
Crooked as fook this lot have turned out to be.
When TB left that was the beginning of the end for crooked cave.
Time to jump onto that bigger boat.
Resolve won't answer any questions on the company NNN,?? only voting.
The if the bod had a detailed execution plan; I think it could look something like this.
Step 1: Tie the company cash up in illiquid assets.
Step 2: Spend money taking the products to the point where they could be sold but do not actively try to sell them.
Step 3: Claim the company does not have the 'liquid' funds to pay creditors 'IN A REQUIRED PERIOD OF TIME'.
Step 4: Liquidate the company without even trying to save it.
Step 5: Valuable assets sold cheap in the fire sale go to new homes(including IP), shareholders get nothing .
This is a cash-flow crisis that has been caused by the BOD themselves. Where is the financial oversight? Where is the CFO? Pile money into getting multiple products ready to sell but never sell any and then move on to the next product to sink money into till they can switch the lights off.
Rooky.
Can't find Nanosynth on the FCA register, so don't rely on them me thinks.
Press may be a better option. ??
Thanks Argyll-I have added a paragraph
All,
In order to truly understand the current financial position here we all as shareholders have a right to see the current balance sheet that was used to conclude that the proposal to liquidate was necessary.
I would urge you all to right to Resolve as i have done to ask to see a copy of this.
Without this information - i would suggest that nobody really knows the financial facts that they would be voting for or against on the 15th June.
How was the decision made to put this into liquidation rather than administration say ? Are you in full possession of the facts? What efforts have been made to negotiate with the creditors and what is the full amount of debt? This company could potentially be saved without an insolvency process.

you are an absolute idiot .
if people want to try and get something out of this **** show let them try. also no one has wished death on any body they invested like me on the so called products they was apparently selling.
why are you even on the board stating nonsense is to anyone's guess . go and find your so called mutibaggers somewhere else as you have nothing constructive to say on here.
you are a proper idiot.
It isn’t rocket science , they have failed with no moneys coming in and lots of expenses going out , the company is no more and that is why they are liquidating the company. You have all been drawn to the Barn and fed EU fibre pellets whilst the super pumps have been milking you dry via your nipples . If I was you I would put your T-shirts back on and take this one on the chin and accept your losses , also remember for the future not to wish death upon humanity for financial gain, adios un noble ones
Emaild HL NO vote and to proxy Resolve group.
Im one of you many averaged down from 4....held 1.4 million shares :(
Thank you for your email. Resolve emailed us replying to the completed proxy form confirming receipt and that the proxy will be actioned.
Good call Rooky.
What do you think about this potential conflict situation with resolve ….it’s concerning .
Trisor,
Although I have already submitted a report to the FCA, I am not going to approach the media till I see what is the final decision taken by the board re the winding up or not of the company, as it might just prejudice any investigation by the appropriate authorities.
Like you, I have little faith in the FCA, due to several reports I have read, regarding no action taken against other companies that have gone down the same route as NNN, and also not receiving a case number or even acknowledgement of my report.
Years ago, when you could contact the FCA by e-mail (they now make that very difficult) you always received a case number, plus of course proof of e-mail sent.
The complaint form that they now tend to direct you to, is not really appropriate as you have to categorize yourself under reporting sections, which tends to bring up the response' We might not be able to help in this matter'.
"Something smells and it ain't me"
🤣🤣
Trendy - phone up iweb there is no other option. And make sure you check Trisor's comments and make sure they know the registrar has resigned and is now Resolve - yes that's right - the same folks the vote is meant to vote in.
Something smells and it ain't me
How to vote?
Got 7 m shares.
I'm on IWEB
Please urgently check with your brokers that they have sent requests for letters of representation and the tallied up votes to resolve group rather than share registrars limited. Share registrars resigned on 16 May and resolve group are administering . Referencing back to Usman’s complaint around potential conflict I wonder Whether this is a potential conflict
There is no innovation, what has been progressed in the last 3 years with regard to innovation?
It has confirmed to me that resolve group are dealing with the vote .
Surely there is government help for innovative firms like this?
