yes agreed, but Illumina have no patents in the territories Prem are now in other than Europe, so where next does not apply.
I would have thought contingent liabilities, any potential further costs and the unpredictable nature of Illumina (ie where next) weight heavily on the stock rather than likely loss of U.K. revenue. The picture to date of management misjudging patent infringement hardly inspires confidence in spite of all the positive developments. I think that Illumina has to be out of the picture categorically and without doubt before this will really pick up and to my mind that has to be some form of unequivocal settlement agreement rather than some wishy washy withdrawal that leaves us thinking what will Illumina do next!
not sure anything will happen by the end of the week.End of the year will do me.Not sure anything other than the illumina is sorted RNS will suffice here.Don't know why as it only affects less than 5% now. For all the talking going on with our new legal people it does not look like Illumina are interested in any sort of agreement. What are the odds of another writ in Europe once the UK debacle is over?
I don't think the timing of his latest article was pure coincidence and I suspect he was made aware there's more material news coming. Next few days will be interesting. Today is annoying but let's hope it will be worth it by end of week. Good luck all and stay strong.
Oh wow, I just worked out what I'd make if she did... 7 figures profit... lol Fat chance
I *really* hope she breaks even soon! :-)
You'll feel even better when I mention my wife's investment - she invested a few thousand in Vialogy many years ago but unlike me, chose never to average down. She would need to see a SP of £5.60 just to recoup...
Way too many ... that's very familiar and the only way I got my average down - although at least I'm not fighting from the Vialogy days ... My suffering is purely NIPT!
Where have all the buyers gone ? Must be my top up yesterday put the kiss of death on us. Managed to get my average down to just over 13p but way to many of these to be honest!
Yikes, now I feel lucky with a B/E SP of 10.4p
Me too... I'd only be halfway to breakeven but 25p would be very welcome.
Given TW has been wrong every step of the way that almost certainly means it will be much closer to current price or below by Xmas!! Don’t really believe that - surely TW will be right this time (give or, more likely, take a few pence)?
25p by Christmas sounds reasonable and will do for me ..
We are getting increasingly used to Premaitha (NIPT) announcing more and more large non-UK distribution agreements. And fear not there will be much more on that front in the weeks and months that lie ahead. It will be a hot summer for Premaitha and for we loyal shareholders. But, for now, there is something a bit different. The company has signed an agreement with Coastal Genomics, a biotechnology engineering firm based in Vancouver, Canada, to develop advanced technologies for clinical DNA sequencing tests. Coastal will work to enhance Premaitha’s, already market-leading, product giving it an even clearer technological edge which, we would hope, would add to the sales momentum. It has been an awfully long time since we first tipped these shares and it has been a bumpy ride - for which we apologise. But now the company is profitable, generating cash and with a high margin enjoying a real top and bottom line ramp up. That is reflected in how the shares have rallied to 8.5p-8.8p. The original tip was at 17p with a limit buy price of 19p although we did move that higher before the Illumina "episode". Our new Limit buy price is 12p, the target is 25p to sell and we expect to be there by Christmas. This really is one to average down on at this level. STRONG BUY.
