Yes, though Hextall last purchased at 18p. He's not been a very good or savvy investor so far with his own money. Expect this time he may do better
Options for Jeffrey’s and CFO Hextal buys 100k shares at 10p ... ... accountants don’t like risk so putting his own money in (not just options) is a very good sign and shows his confidence in the numbers going forward!!
To be fair it's been a traumatic last two weeks. This version of irony is like vinny jones hitting you in the nuts and saying to you "irony" afterwards. Expecting more product launches this year and in coming years. As such it's a bit unfair to compare a 1 product company in 2014 to a (up to) 4 product company in 2018 on share dilution (development costs) basis. More news before 25th not after I'm sure but let us see. I expect 25th will be relaunch of company and it "officially" to be traded and called as Yourgene Health outside EU and Taiwan afterwards. All the best to LTHs
that's what small start ups do isn't it? They come to the AIM market because they need to raise funds, so why are people all of a sudden shocked when they do?
Let's face it over 3.5 of these last 4 years have been with a massive cloud over the company and in my book we start again from now with a new CEO who knows what he is doing, well more so than SL anyway.
what`s your point kezz? , few stocks reduce the shares in issue over time from memory
they've raised roughly £5 million quid a year for the last 4 years
and the share price is exactly the same as it was in July 2014 lol
Normal dilution ... blimey. 4 years ...no worries.
...and dont sling negatives in to help the short movement. Ps i dont think you answered the question ...you can fwd sell unissued shares... seen it many tines before. Further raises might be positive ...could well be in fact. Crackin big buy ... great news.
14 July 2014
FIRST DAY OF DEALINGS ON AIM
The issued share capital of the Company on Admission comprises 188,163,709 ordinary shares of 10 pence each.
4 Oct 2018
387,000,000 ordinary shares 10p £39 million mcap
Some dilution!!!! doubled the shares in issue and mcap in just over 4 years
Florida ... I.ve bn here since viy days..
Twix - sorry to say but yes. I'm going by what I've seen over a long period and possibly hundreds of placings in various forms. As I said yesterday "This is by no means a given", the odds of this moving in any meaningful way are slim but not impossible. Three factors have to work together in order to break us out of this. Volume, buying power and share shortage. All other factors are put on the back burner until shares are submitted. Imv volume at the moment is pretty good but not overly swaying either way, so you will see a lot more negative thoughts thrown into the pit over the next week or so to slow down the buying (obvious to see some already here). Most of the shorts are already closed off at 10p, so if shares are in short supply you could see a price rise but I doubt it. Any news from now to the 25th will have insignificant impact unless of course a takeover is announced, in which case I would deem them all to be psychopathic loonies. On the bright side, I am really looking forward to the 25th, and with successive high impact news bulletins over the next 3 months I can see a substantial rise toward Adam Reynaulds option point.
Interesting to see those large after hours trades over the last few days. Presumably MM's moving stock around, usually to show they still have plenty of stock. The reality could be that's all they've got.
2,990,000 trade reported after hours
42 million... Jeez
Gold could well be the future. But for the meantime we have lost some 42 Mill over the last 5 years and only made 12 Mill in sales and half of that was last year! Add in a market cap of 40 Mill (6 times last years sales) and you can see the reluctance to buy.
I've been here since VIY and by averaging down need 12p to break even. Sales should now increase anyway and boost the short term revenue. This new collaboration revenue stream has a huge long term potential.
The March 19 revenue figures will be the litmus test. New contracts are good but we now need substantial revenue and cashflow increases to be viable and boost the SP. The BoD will now earn their corn - or they won't!
Twix ...placing shares can be fwd sold before being admitted. Not sure Florida is aware of that pt. I.m sure he.ll answer ...naked shorts etc ...cest la vie.
Florida, Do you really think news has absolutely no impact until the shares are fully submitted?
There's a certain irony in the fact that we waited 3.5 years to be released from litigation to allow news like this to have an impact. Now we are stuck in the placing phase where news has absolutely no impact until the shares are fully submitted. I suppose we can fill our boots and rejoice in the fact that another £1m added to the revenue with an open door to additional contracts with a new product. All looking very good.
Appears to have put an end to trading here for the time being!
I assume the large trade is a buy. Showing here as a sell
Get it from the Stock Exchange instead. Much more reliable.
3.665 mil just gone through thars a wopper
GRRR... Why?? On a day when we get GOOD news, why is LSE's RNS feed broken?!?
<insert conspiracy theory here>
It’s great that we are now getting this level of transparency around potential revenue, and I would imagine this is now the new norm with the litigation out of the way. Great news and no doubt there will be more over the coming months.
hopefully there should be some further announcements in the coming few weeks before a revised comprehensive Hardman report with revised forecasts before AGM which will refocus strategic direction.
6% share dilution has seen an incredible drop in sp in last 2 weeks. some could say slightly overdone but let's see what other news brings. might potentially see a Holding RNS later today.
Mkt will be thinking how much of this will drop to the bottom line ... or more importantly ... cash. Further raises acknowledges cash bottlenecks ... with all of our deals, more will be dropping to the bottom line. Very pleased with the recent rns. I reckon there.s deals lined up NOW.
