This is yesterday’s news...read last rns. They know about the money that’s why there in a sale process! What’s today’s news tells us is that there a NUMBER of parties interested...de-risking now the sale of assetsa and now a possible bidding war brewing...these parties will most likely be buying these shares...
ouch, that will soon come around
1mill due by end of april
...going on.
What level of debt and running costs do they have?
In the event that the Proposed Sale is not concluded before late April 2018, and no further waiver is provided by DNB, the Board advises that Nature Group is likely to face serious liquidity constraints and that additional funding would need to be secured to ensure the continuity of the Group.
The issue is if they don't conclude the deals the will need a huge amount of finance to stay afloat..
Sharefish, have you not bought level 2 yet?
This isn’t flying and flying. The mcap is so small and the potential purchase amounts could be many multiples
Should do close to 100% hopefully
Not another but a NUMBER of parties, rns extract: “..The Board advises that, following release of the Trading Update, it has received indications of interest from a number of parties in relation to possible acquisition of certain of the Group's Maritime operations as well as further indications of interest in relation to the possible acquisition of the Group's Oil & Gas operations.”
don't know- not clear from the breakdown on the interims
Morning EyeGuy, does that include what's held in the escrow account?
17.096.486 That's the total asset figure on the interims vs mcap 3 mill. Interesting
Looking like a bidding war here erupting....boom!

This news is massive. I’m surprised no-one’s mentioned bidding war
Will it go back to 4 today on that news? Various interested parties now...bidding war? ;)
Anyone else care to copy my first comment here again today? Bidding war bidding war bidding war bidding war. That should do it...
Should do more than that.
