1. Back in 2010 when the sp was over 50p the same amount of shares were in issue and the company was making around £1.5m profit per year. Half of the shares in issue came from a placing at 50p. 2. NMS here is only 7.5k shares. No wonder they move quick. 3. Oil price recovery means more drilling = more contracts. 4. Looks a good bet for a recovery punt imho as if it ets back to £1.5m profit a year which shouldn't be a big ask considerig they had revenues of £12m last year so only a 15% margin required then this goes back to 30-50p imo. 5. Directors were obviously expecting serious upside when they ploughed in £250k between them arlier this year at 12.5p. Over 200% upside just to get back to there. 6. Historic broker targets in excess of 100p based on same shares in issue. 7. Strategic partner in Ramky who have 450 employees. Potential takeover ? 8. Overhang seems cleared as only 15k shares now on offer past couple of days. 9. NGR seem to have now put in place a plan to turnaround the company juding by the recent RNS releases and if they are successful then all time highs were close to 100p and all time lows are where we are now so 3.75p downside against what upside ? Nai/DYOR
Last December the sp in NGR rose from 4p to 15p. I wonder if history will repeat itself. You can only buy 15k shares and then it goes to NT so with a few buys this will go and then everyone will want in when it is on the leaders board. Nai/DYOR
http://www.lse.co.uk/ShareBrokerTips.asp?shareprice=NGR&share=nature_grp 50p will do me to be fair. Serious upside here. Nai/DYOR
You can currently buy just 15,000 shares and then it goes to NT. Looks like this is the bottom chaps and chapesses. Nai/DYOR
Just been looking at the director buys in NGR in 2017: 18 January 2017 Jan Vesseur, CEO 626,400 12.5p Maarten Smits, CFO 696,000 Berend van Straten, Chairman 100,000 Gert-Jan Davidzon, Head of Oil & Gas 696,000 Rene van der Wolf, Head of Maritime 41,760 24th March Jan Vesseur 80k at 11.5p April Berend van Straten 226k at 9p June Berend van Straten 300k at 3p ----- That's some serious money put in here by them at all rices way above what we can pay today. They bought about £250,000 worth between them in January at 12.5p ! Lots of investors often moan about directors not buying shares or them getting preferential rates in placing a etc but in NGR we can an opportunity to multibag our money just to get back to what the directors were paying for their stock. Nai/DYOR
But you could sell volume for the first time in a while. I think we will have another run upwards before the week is out. Nai/DYOR
This is going to go on another run up soon. First time in a while you can't buy much but you can actually sell quite a few. Last spike was over 8p. Looking for 20p early 2018. Nai/DYOR
Not a big believer in this Code theory when traders say mms put 1 code through for rns etc but there has been two trades that appear unusual to me in here today. A 443 share buy A 344 share buy Probably just coincidence although not sure who buys £15 worth of shares, twice. Nai/DYOR
Actually more like 20-25p as 80m shares in issue. Nai/DYOR
Should be in region of £15-20m imo. That would be around 15-20p. That area looks attainable chart wise also imo. These used to be 100p. Nai/DYOR
Sellers decided to panic and sel but I'm loading up here as the time to buy these types of stocks is when you actually can. Built up a decent little holding over past few days and will keep adding. When news comes it'll open up and it will be NT so best to buy now. Also trying to load up on IME but hard to buy at the moment. Nai/DYOR
What time is it getting to 5.75p ? ...i need that to get into the blue !
5.75p today 10p year end 20p 2018 Nai/DYOR
