Purring ! Buy when others are fearful ! Nai/DYOR
Well Ramky gone up over 30 points in the last 3 days whats holding NGR back 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
wonder if ramky and ngr can get over to China to clean up the mess
It will be interesting to see if this benefits NGR in the days ahead?, where there is liquidity, Cantors never seem to be too far away,.....GL S Early section of podcast. https://soundcloud.com/doc-h-4
Sorry 31/12 I’m losing days lol
Well accounts due are 30/12 just be good to see some news before but I can wait for good news looking at history around every 8 years they like hitting a £1 but quickly Hope everyone had a safe xmas
Loads more to come imho Nai/DYOR
On the move now. Nai/DYOR
You still can't buy any shares. Why don't they just increase the offer to 4p and let you buy ? Not going to take much buying to get this back over 5p and 10p imho judging by the limits along with the news due and the chart. NMS is 7,500 shares so they have to sell you that amount or move the price. Nai/DYOR
Are they actually letting you buy any shares today at 3.75p ? Nai/DYOR
Yes more news to come it seems. Couldn't buy on Friday at 3.75p. Fill or kill orders only. They were bidding for a lot of stock well above the bid price. Nai/DYOR
Ramky has expressed a firm interest in working alongside Nature Group to develop port reception facilities in Indian ports.
Looks like whichever mm on 3.75p has clocked off early for Christmas so some are thinking they might as well take advantage with FOK orders lol. Nai:DYOR
Not me I bought 100000 2 days ago do me till after xmas as I said last months nice and slow
Someone is filling or killing here. Been 100k in buys. I haven't put mine in yet. Nai/DYOR
Thanks for that, interesting. Going to try and buy some more by putting in a fill or kill order. Nai/DYOR
One thing I do know about is Texas favourite place in the world and the saying is true GO BIG OR GO HOME and this is why I think last years contract had to be put back to 2018 now going in with a bigger company THEY HAVE GONE BIGGER AND THEY WONT BE GOING HOME I hope this makes sense I’m only a mechanic that can’t write books ,shares I do for stress relief lol
Ah good to know I'm not alone : )) I wonder if the mms have naked shorted this down (selling shares to buyers without having cover). Seems to me that there is no stock around these levels and it shot up to 8p a few weeks ago. The directors bought £250,000 worth of shares between them at 12.5p earlier this year and it's now under 4p to buy despite all the positive news. Have you seen the current limits ? Can sell all of my holding yet buy zero. Nai/DYOR
Your not talking to your self mate I’m reading what your putting and this is what’s going thro my mind too and I have a fair few shares in here with oil as it is and things moving this can go up 30p in a day as well as go down, I remmber buying these back in the day at 50 p 6months later selling them @ 98p and they paid me a there only dividend ,was I lucky yes I was then but not this time (NGR got me in shares)
Can sell my entire holding on one go and can't buy any shares. Embarrassing from mms. Can't see it below 4p for much longer. Nai/DYOR
Furthermore, the net proceeds will allow the Board to implement a number of initiatives identified as part of a detailed strategic review over recent months and to implement a turnaround plan to achieve a significant reduction in overhead costs and improve the performance of the company both in terms of profitability and operational efficiency. In addition, with the combination of Ramky's knowledge and experience in managing large projects in hazardous waste and bio-medical waste and Nature's experience in the field of port maritime waste, the Board of Nature Group believes that the Divestment and the ongoing relationship with Ramky represent a significant opportunity to expand Nature Group's operations in the US and internationally. https://investegate.co.uk/nature-group-plc--ngr-/rns/strategic-partner---sale-of-interest-in-us/201711171056248246W/ --- Remember these were 50p when they were doing £1.5m profit a year. I'll talk to myself but good to look back on my notes. One question I'm asking myself is why is there no interest appliable to the loan up to 14th Feb 2018 ? Are they confident of receiving funds from some deal before then ? 20-30p target for me here. Nai/DYOR
Looks like mm's have no more stock, nice. Nai/DYOR
