"The Report and Accounts for the twelve months ended 31 December 2017 will be published and announced in advance of the Meeting"
well where the hell are they then ?
and ask. gimme the number and i will phone.
Does anyone have any idea how we find out any info on this company trading again other than phoning them !
Perfectly normal!? Why doesn't every company suspend for months to do their accounts then?
Says someone who does accounts. ;)
i'm with you mate i've got 600000 of them lovely shares and the more i dig deeper the more i can see a nice light at the end of the tunnel
oil prices is our friend and the increase in oil production from opec was great news
hang in there, there are some big players involved here (ie companies) all playing a part . This company not going down but this could be my famous last word but i don't think so
I've not got a large portfolio so this has put a dent in it , scoured the net for any update to no avail , I hope when they open the trade again people stick with it till we know more ....hold tight if not for yourselves .....for me :)
Well if you all rammerber Ramky bought 50% of Nems in November we’ll a company KKR has just bought 60% of ramky part of the company , NGR said more than one company with interest and the project in sohar, oman is just about to start Can not wait till it comes back on line again
Lol
What an excellent addition to the board. Thank you.
Ivial2k, said like an anchor with a pea between it's ears!
Said like someone that's never had to do accounts! Multi million pound company, trying to juggle loans and large payments, not to mention every day business. Seems perfectly normal to me.
How can they still not know how to sort out their accounts!? They hardly do anything complex here to warrant such confusion. It's sounding highly suspicious to me....
Just seen Fairweather have given them a 400k loan to be paid back in 2019 , trading should be up and running again soon ...they've a few avenues of financial support to consider ..let's stick with them and get this company good again
Anyone know what's happening with NGR ..... going into receivership? ..selling assets?
well i found the HD without the suspension on london stock exchange in special conditions just like NGR and thats on the GKN SHARE might be nothing
you can always negotiate the payment of a tax bill - the companys not going to go under just cuz of a tax bill. I suspect theyll pull a sale out of from somewhere.
Same, but if they get the sale, I'd be interesting in holding for a while to see what happens. No idea on the HD Suspension, but my shares no longer show a value within my portfolio - says unable to acquire price, so might have just worked it's way through the system I suppose.
on london stock exchange it said HD suspension all day ( on special ) today its gone back to suspension can any one tell me what hd suspension is it might have been a glitch but i am still interested
Ivlal2k .... Yeah I've found nothing online ..... I'm just hoping we get some kind of offer for our shares in the near future
Sorry mate, nothing. I've been scouring the internet and gotten no where. Patience game I suppose!
Has anyone got any update on here about the situation ...appreciate any info thanks
Good quote about the fat lady Just thinking aloud really the last bit of news was about a tax bill and struggling to pay it as I see it. So if they didnt make money/profit you dont get a tax bill would you but I would buy a company that paid tax wouldnt you because if it didnt pay tax it made no money .so the company had a few bad years and has cash flow problem now I would blame the accountants on that problem plus economy so in my eyes its got to be on the up what I see
Until the fat lady sings. Still a chance that this will come through the other side with a sale, suspension is sensible to prevent panic selling. If you invested in this company, you knew the risks. Nothing to say that a sale wouldn't bring the reward though! P.S - Good post BJ, real informative.
The Group has, however, recently been notified of a one off, immediate tax liability which, combined with the Group's existing cash flow constraints, would have a significant impact on the Group's liquidity. Accordingly, the Board has requested that trading of its shares on AIM be suspended from 12.30pm on 27 March 2018 whilst is seeks to clarify its financial position.
