Thanks JG. But guess that although SP would certainly decline on no deal, might it not be so bad due to the fact that we have had two sets of interest at those price levels.
Anyway I'm seeing it through as would be gutted if takeover went ahead and I was out after having held these for an eternity. GLA
Yeah it will tank.
But we would have to be very unlucky for neither offer to proceed.
I guess the next date is when the Brookfield deadline arrives, whether at that point there is any counter offer from the consortium, or whether there is an extension there too.
I'm trying to work out unsuccessfully due to the sheer volume of daily disclosures, whether investors are holding or adding for the extra 10% gain up to 400, or not.
Gradually sinking. Should have sold at £4.
What is the feeling if there is no deal will the SP then revert back to previous price levels?
Seems like market isn't convinced a deal will happen.
See todays RNS
Extension of PUSU deadline for CVC Advisers Limited and Francisco Partners Management, L.P until 1st June.
Brookfield 's (possible 400p) deadline is currently 19th May
Hoping it will be a good day for Netw and it’s shareholders
This is the consortium one.
Hopefully, they will see the value in Network and offer a price that exceeds Brookfields.
Believe it is deadline day for a decision on the buy out this Thursday, hopefully we shall see some fireworks early this week.
It'll take me the 3 days to delete all the Institutional day trading Form 8's from my email account.
Because people can't read through 30 RNS all at once. I mean seriously. It is like a sky train in the midnight forest at times these days Arthur me old boyo.
Why no movement this morning, is that it?
Two offers so far in a very short time. The consortium might revise the price up to more than 400 should they be really interested in NETW takeover. I have alway been optimistic about NETW.
Indeed game on.
Will Mastercard feel like enetering the party also.
Sold mine as well at 400 good result considering my holding had fell 30% and finished with nice profit.
Took the 400 on offer this morning for my small holding 2500 @ 245, hadn't held them very long so a decent profit in a short space of time.
Hope all the LTH`s here get a bidding war and good luck to you all
Are flooding in, it’s going to be a big day. Happy Friday!
Game on!
Brookfield explores counterbid for Mideast payments firm Network International - Bloomberg News
Disclosed shorts all less then .5% now just a waiting game and hope the deal goes ahead or even better another party joins in
Should be sat nearer 387p and pending whether Mastercard come forward with a counter offer.
They invested 300 million April 2019, 9% stake at over 500.
Will they be happy with that loss after investing in this strategic partnership?
Can they block the takeover?
Could they swoop?
Okay, its just that if my memory serves me correctly share price went down somewhat after the last TU, but maybe now these are different circumstances with the offer.
Can't see it moving much on TU if they're inclined to accept 387?
Believe we are due a Netw trading update on Wednesday maybe better to see results first before for a top up?
