Insider, pathetic, stooge... Clearly you don't want the Dutch to interfere :-))
Pharma- quite a pathetic attempt to garner support for the resolutions, should have tried being a little less subtle in your cheerleading. You're clearly a company stooge and fooling no one here.
Well I think you are an insider at NOVACYT, AIl Imo...
I am not expecting any change at the helm, DA wouldn't leave this job because he doesn't get a pay rise, as with current performance it would a stain on his CV and show everyone he is not CEO material.
Share price was around £2.70 when he started, its now 45% lower so I am sure he wouldn't be expecting a pay rise with kind of performance.
And if he did leave over that then clearly he wasn't the right man for the job in the first place and just there to milk the company for his own gains.
I think you are still upset with what happened in the past, and there DA is not to blame, but GM with his last 'tricks'. All imo. DA is really starting to perform, and sooner than I did expect. Disputes get settled with the best possible result when there is consistency at the helm. Understanding your feelings of frustration about the past, I recommend to look ahead and don't be penny-wise pound-foolish (recommendation only applies to people that actually own the shares :-)
It's a matter of when and not if.
Cleary, the DHSC dragging this out to save 25% on what they owe if they can (paying ABDX 6.3m of the 8.9m owed). We have cash in bank so not playing ball.
For opportunists investors, this is a no-brainer. Buy at 150p sell at 250p on news of resolution - or keep hold for much larger longer term gains - either way, there is little downside risk when we're still valued at near to cash in bank.
Always a negative to be introduced , all vote the way you want to re pay rises. Not connected with todays news of a monkeypox assay being launched , nor imo with the brilliant news the DHSC have settled with ABDX.
Odd posts from new holder , conflating other positive news with being deserving of a pay rise. Imo a pay rise is deserved when shareholders get a good return on their investment and that right now is not what any of us are experiencing 'yet'
...and now you voted it's too late to change your vote anyway.
So the message is must try harder with comms DA, (and JW).
Yup - I voted against the pay rises. Low SP = no justification for bonuses/pay rises. I will only change my mind if they manage to settle the dispute in our favour before the AGM.
DA was happy enough with his salary when he joined, and this job was a big step up where he has failed to prove himself so far. So a pay rise for what exactly?
Trust me he wont be going anywhere or it will be the last CEO role he ever has. This isn't football management where you fail at one club and the offers start rolling in the next day.
In case you hadn't noticed, shareholders want to pay directors on merit.
Directors are out to fleece the shareholders, because it is so easy with this type of thinking amongst shareholders..
I'm not interested in how long he lasts. I just want someone to increase shareholder value, which DA isn't interested in.
Covid...etc: We can't go on together, with suspicious minds...
FYI, I am a Dutch (small) PI. Having worked many years in larger listed companies, such as Disney and Young & Rubicam, I strongly believe in paying people that you need at the helm for the mid/longterm good balanced salaries. At one side, good enough to be fully committed, at the other side not enough to be able to quit after a few years. And imo that's exactly what's happening here.
SP will have to be North of £6 before they get my votes.
PI a resounding NO.
" To solve the DHSC dispute quickly". Give me a break please. Suspicious of this account as well.
PharmaPI -
Are there any specific to DHSC dispute resolutions, no.
Are there any resolutions likely to assist in championing our cause in the DHSC dispute, no.
There is a resolution that provides the board with an undeserved pay rise.
No and thrice no will I be voting YES to their payrise.
Pharma PI, the fake account setup by someone at Novacyt!
Please explain the reasons for voting for a payrise?
Great news for them and hopefully us!
Although a 50% rise from next to nothing for Abingdon still leaves it 70% down ytd and that is only taking into consideration a high of 60p and not the highs of £1.05 from early 2021
To solve DHSC dispute quickly, we clearly need to give DA our support. I recommend all PI's to vote for all items, but as always imo dyor.
Thrilled for ABDX holders and sad for those who had to crystallize losses . The DHSC were obviously 'trying it on large' and don't we all know that feeling. This should improve sentiment and imo portrays the DHSC in a poor light AGAIN ! Also a positive for an aim share after the terrible losses that holders of DDDD are having to endure after Friday nights bombshell RNS.
Certainly very positive news. Us next please !
Well done to Abingdon, also gives us a very positive steer.
just seen that, absolutely flying....hopefully NCYT one day!
Abingdon news could have some bearing on Novacyt.
