I’m sorry Mel but Napster’s lawyers would have been involved at all stages. I’m not entirely sure what is tantamount to ‘misrepresentation’ here. What ‘facts’ do you say have been misrepresented?
Mel,
He you go… fill you boots

‘Should there be’…lol hugh speculative deramp statement!
Should there be proven misrepresentation of facts, I believe there could be a suspension of certain business activities, it just needs someone with the time and inclination to report the company for investigation. IMO
Don't forget we have over a month in-between the result of the vote to except the offer or not,and the actual delisting if it goes thru
Plenty of time for fun and games :)
I would imagine they want everyone here to sell up (they just don't need us anymore, but they want this low sp and our shares). That MAY explain why they are giving us nothing pre de-listing. They want the nervy shareholders to stay that way and move on. The negative posts are just helping their cause IMO
At these fraction-of-a-penny prices it's well and truly in day trader territory. Wouldn't be surprised to see some sort of pump & dump attempt before it delists.
Nda or other privacy document is not unusual. Rest sounds like a rubbish Ponzi scheme
I have also been spouting off that the new app could be a killer app. I am inclined to believe it does not exist and all they have done is updated the current one to make some minor changes. I also believe all the developer have had to sign and NDA. There has been no pre-marketing/presentations of what's to come, which seems strange because these would entice new users to a product prior to launch.
IMO what AM has done is been months or even years in the making; create a business promise the world to investors, blow the money, sell for peanuts and get rid of public investors. Apparently totally legal, but may get a slap on the hands for not telling shareholders the truth.
mel, for god sake I have been saying this for months and you have just come to the same conclusion?. If we can prove it at lease we can get them struck off has directors, never to hold office again. That would wipe the smug smile of AM's face.
Yes you’ve said your piece, over and over and over again. You have no financial interest in this share (so you say) so your long rants are just desperate and creepy.
Mentioned consolidation many times, prior to it happening. Probably the only one that did? And I did it as a warning, not an opportunity! So I'm well aware of what it achieves. You need to ask yourself, as they're probably close to the maximum number of shares they can issue, why consolidation? For me, this merely gives them the space to start diluting again. Of course, you can say it's to satisfy NASDAQ requirements... you have to ask yourself why they couldn't do that this year and why, when you will now need this to be a 14bagger (regardless of consolidation) why they didn't delist immediately they bought Napster? More to the point, why this is now such an excellent choice as an investment? Just look at what other music companies have sought from the markets to launch/buy assets? Considering the value of Napster atm, they'll be looking for another £150million if they want a serious future. And you think they'll be getting that money at the conolidated sp? Expect another 50% drop(?) to satisfy new money as it now has a miserable reputation.
I noted that even McNulty has now bailed (though quietly, and also deleting all his tweets with #NAPS in the content. What does that tell you?).
If folk make money from this point then I'm happy for them... but the only good thing I can see from this delisting is the chat will be restricted to telegram.
As for the name calling, I understand. It's hard to accept your own responsibility for loss and it's so much easier to blame everyone else, even when we're all looking at the same info.
Consolidation Albert? 3 years 9 months to go from 18p to almost a quarter of a penny, how the f**k is that consolidation
Thanks for correcting my spelling…low life shyster.
"That was a maniacal rant."
Lol, maniacal!! Comical Albert, you never fail to amuse me.
Strangler
That was a maniacal rant. Your only excuse is that last night's juice might still be in your system.
I've asked you before what you are doing on this board. You've never come up with a straight answer.
Just to take one point in isolation. Do you know what consolidation is? And what purpose it is being used for?
The duty states a director must act in a way that they consider, in good faith, would be most likely to promote the success of the company for the bene?t of its members (shareholders) as a whole. When making decisions, directors must also consider the likely consequences for various stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, customers and communities. They should also consider the impact on the environment, the reputation of the company, company success in the longer term and all of the shareholders (including minority shareholders).
Well you're right about one thing Mel, this clown car management team is among the worst I've ever seen. Even by AIM standards, they've been spectacularly successful at destroying value.
For all shareholders, ask yourself the question
Has AM and SH
Directors' Duties
1) Act within their powers. ...
2) Promote the success of the company. ...
3) Exercise independent judgement. ...
4) Exercise reasonable care, skill and diligence. ...
5) Avoid conflicts of interest. ...
6) Not accept bene?ts from third parties. ...
7) Declare interests in transactions or arrangements.
It’s a good time to ask! IMO
It’s a mystery to be why people who are not invested bother to post on this board, they must be either addicted to their own voice or masking the fact they have lost considerable amounts of cash.
Having been introduced to this company through a knowledgeable person in the industry, in my view the management have taken a viable idea and made a complete disaster, VR was a fledgling technology when I invested, since then it has prospered in both gaming, industry and the medical field, it has still in my view the potential to be viable in the music industry. However, since investing this management has refused to share knowledge or update shareholders, they have always treated shareholders with contempt, and since being locked to the share during the acquisition of Napster the directors have not provided sufficient information to the shareholders, the question for me is, has there been a dereliction of duty by the directors, this is what the long term shareholders should be asking before anymore devaluation of the company. IMOV
There are several people here who would be much better off just buying a tracker fund and keeping their money safe. Anyone posting here also in the Telegram echo chamber? I assume they've taken all of this well?
first, you can't spell shyster... next, i'm been outraged by the incompetent predictions for this share by supposed investors. Frankly, if I've put anyone off from investing in this scandal, in spite of the trolling of the message, then I'm just fine with my postings. There's no smugness involved just genuine outrage at the bs 'research' that gets promoted by supposed investors.
If you're still angry at the messenger, as opposed to the message then you really shouldn't be investing.
low life shister.
Kat's, Your schadenfreude on here is repulsive. You should be ashamed of yourself.
You appear to care more about this share than anyone else on this BB though. Not invested and won’t be investing again. Go figure. Relax and enjoy your Sunday watching Disney+
