Interesting, I like it.

Not a lot of cash left c£200k, but importantly we will be clean and have a couple of large holders who will no doubt want some of their money back. We have one with about 29pc who may wish for a quote or we could find ourselves looking for another recruiter wanting a quote. A very interesting prospect.
Great something might come of this shell with a tad of cash RTO on the cards.
Market didn’t see the RNS yet. Could be millions selling these 4 assets. Mcap only 0.5m do the calculations
Market love shell. Watch this space
What makes you guys think the resent RNS was more positive than negatives. Perhaps Barry Boy should be adding at these lower levels.
Yep, agree.
Or the news is that good they want as many cheap shares as possible. Q1 2021 100% this will be above 1p
Reading between the lines I see this as a positive, no worries.
So the largest holder does not want a fund raise. Perhaps they cannot afford it and or do not want to be diluted. Perhaps they want to see the business collapse for them to pick up the pieces. Or perhaps they would look for an RTO without the need for cash. I have the feeling that recruiters in the coming months will begin to recover and the sector that NAK operates in should do well. So perhaps the largest holder should buy the assets and leave as a shell? Where's the money being placed on the future?
So nothing to report and no doubt they will take advantage of not giving us an update until the end of December. If you are doing well you cannot wait to get an RNS out so perhaps we are not doing that well.
Many thanks baz, very interesting and I too feel something is going on and no doubt all will be reviled shortly.
Some thing is going on.

I am not able to read it but thanks. The buying seems to continue which is interesting.

So where do you think Barry Reynolds fits into this?
Hi it seems the Hong Kong and Singapore officers are doing well as are Highams in the UK.
I get regular job alerts on LinkedIn.
Sheffield Haworth bought in at 1.8p probably with a view to reverse into Nakama, now it depends on weather First Point and Sheffield sort out a deal, a merger with all 3 involved would knock out a company with a 100m turnover.
Could be a hold up as to who gets the majority of the company, at present no one knows but the board.
More cash in the bank recently so Nakama can see of any low ball offers of funding, but could still get one though why would the 2 main holders want to dilute. Have they moved the accounts back so only Nakama can see them and it gives more firepower when negotiating - maybe.
After the recent SP rise it is good to see shares are still in tight supply, the low volume is because of no news.
Quite unusual to have had a day of no trades - yesterday. No interest? No shares available? No sellers? Will we see Barry Boy in the market next week I wonder.
Free Float must be on the dececrease and I wonder how many small investors are buying in. Barry Boy looks as if he is picking up any stock that comes on the market. No doubt MMs are accumulating for his order.
baz, you are far from alone in what you see, been here on the quiet for a long while myself now from the bottom.
All the best.
Barry Boy continues to add. And you don't do that if you want to lose money. Something will break at some stage.
I was invested some time ago but came out as I felt the future looked a bit uncertain and probably continues to be so. However I am now a little bit interested and may dip in again. There are a couple of large corporate holders and some other individual holders above the 3%. The business needs cash but it looks clean and interestingly Barry Reynolds has been building a stake over the past few weeks and now has more than 8%. Why? None of the parties would like to lose their money so I see either a cash injection to assist the on going business, a reverse of one of the corporate holders into it or a sale of assets to one of the corporates to leave a cash shell. And perhaps BR may be interested in taking it forward.
Any thoughts?
My my!
Such defensive cynicism.
I had a few in here and sold today and posted what I see as important in the RNS.
