Always a good sign - Andrea didn't last very long. Was she pushed?
Heavy buying coming in on the back of the new results yesterday.
The new CEO, appointed in Mar 2018, has quickly swung the company away from loss, back to profit.
So no one interested in this stock so I will sell my modest 3.1m over the next week or so as I lack any long term interest/ confidence in the BOD. Good luck to all who stay with it.
I have is that I was well into KLN controlled by a few major holders just like NAK, and decided to delist to save costs whilst also identifying low levels of trade. Here we have a couple of large holders who are in the sector and may well decide the same fate.
Update in January told us that there was only a break even at the end of the third qtr against a £186k profit at the end of the first half. This meant that the third qtr had lost money and of course this could have carried into the final qtr suggesting a possible loss for the year. The "going concern" in last years report said if trading deteriorates more cash may be needed. Bit of a worry.
Skier the sp has fallen heavily and now flatlined. More falls to come.
New management with new broom and good track record. Good news for NAK.
On three trades worth a couple of thousand quid? And a spread of 26%. No explanation necessary.
I assume Avocet will be here tonight to explain why the price is up today.
I see Skier1 has not been back to explain himself after his outrageous claims that investors are gobbling up these shares. He is a ramper and a deramper depending on what suits him. A disgrace.
Looks as if we could be heading to 0.75 - 0.90p again - there will be a further loss for the year I guess.
Skier1 recommended buying this, now it's in free fall.
Yet another fall today for this looser. Hope skier isn't loosing a packet but fear he might be.
Nasty fall today. To be expected with a dead duck though.
Lol.. you are funny.. keep them coming with your comments..
Zero interest in nak. No trades today. No one is buying into this company.
Share price up +100% in 2 months.
Highest monthly volume in NAK's entire 7-year history.
Just 6 firms have hoovered up 75-80% of all NAK shares.
Biggest single purchase in NAK's entire history a few weeks ago (First Point 29%).
Profits rising faster than expected ;-)
One pathetic trade today, even though the shares are allegedly being sucked up. The dump is coming.
Around ~30 million shares traded in the past 2 months. Share price is up +100% ;-)
'Industry insiders and company insiders are sucking up NAK shares'
No trades today. Only sells yesterday. No one is sucking up anything. This share is dead in the water.
A timeline of recent changes at NAK, why the shares have doubled, and have more huge upside potential...
* Nov 06th, 2018 = First Point (a big recruiter) pounces from zero and buys 24% of NAK...
* Nov 20th, 2018 = NAK results deliver first profit in years...
* Nov 26th, 2018 = First Point increases its stake again to 29%...
* Dec 13th, 2018 = Ken Ford, a NAK Board advisor, ups his stake in NAK from 3% to 4%...
Industry insiders and company insiders are sucking up NAK shares.
NAK shares today are valued at 3-5 times fullyear operating profit. Rival recruiters, like Hays, sit at 10-15 x operating profit.
And, of course, First Point owns 29% of the firm, and Sheffield Haworth (a rival recruiter) owns 24% of the firm.
Rising profits + potential takeover + potential bidding war = excellent share price ;-)
Down day today. Probably that's it. Been pumped by tiny trades, but there is zero interest. Back down to where it came from from here. The problems are piling ng up here. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole
Another day, another tickup ;-)
As predicted last week, this today has spiked through the year-high of 1.7p.
NAK has soared +170% in 8 months, up +100% in 2 months, and up another +6% today.
This is one of the best performing shares in the entire UK stockmarket.
There is a big background buyer at the moment, and profits are returning and regrowing.
More upside for NAK to come.
Still no trades today, such is the interest in this stock.
