NT to buy again, not many shares in circulation.
Will only take a few more of them to shift the SP.
We’ve had plenty of 250k+ buys go through above 1.4, some people are seeing good value there
Shares was needed for the AGM, once traders get out this could fly.
Was thinking the same given also the very low free float
I think people will want In because of the tr1’s, that may push this nearer to 3p without any news as the mcap is so low
Where can people see this going without solid news?
Hopefully we may know more before year end

Name
Ridgecrest Limited
Changed from Highams Share Scheme Trustee Limited 21 days ago
Was named Highams Share Scheme Trustee Limited since incorporation
I think this endorses Baz's point about it being just a holding name. We shall have to wait and see what Peterhouse bring to the table.
The current freefloat is hilariously low still, even after the big holders sold which will make it very spiky for the meantime.
As per the heading its all about the potential and I am happy being in from the start.
AAA if you look at the history it raised 500k in 2 placings and then 10m ish in the latest fundraise mkt cap now 160m - remarkable
I bought in originally for the tech recruiting business as I think there will be huge upside in that sector next year, but always saw value in the listing and I normally have 2 potential RTO shares in my PF. There was a plea for funding but the major holder did not want to put anymore cash into it or be diluted (he had wanted to do a mandotory offer when he bought in but would have been blocked by the other major holder). So most can understand the relationship was not great and further funding was a no go.
Rob has done a brilliant job to get the company through this crisis afloat and getting a buyer for the subsidiary's would have taken some negotiating.
There has to be a name change and I think there is nothing in the name Ridgecrest assuming it's an intermediate name as it has to change from Nakama due to the sale of the 3 Nakama named subsideries. As per last RNS they have not held any talks with any potential companies.
The company going forward will need a new board maybe Tim will just sit as Chairman until/if the RTO or investment comes to lite.
Will Peterhouse manage to pull another masterstroke who knows, what will be interesting is if long term major Shareholders on the list are still holding and have not sold into the liquidity. Before the 2 sales there was only 15% shares in circulation, hence how it is always hard to buy. I built up alot of my holding when it was NT which many avoid but the trades used to come within the spread.
People saying its being ramped but its just traders taking positions into a shell (not many around) those saying it are probably the ones who either have sold on the rise or missed the recent rise. If it did another rise you would think the company would have to state if they are in any talks.
In summary it has 6 months to reverse or it will delist, now its all about what the board/brokers can produce.
Well they bought about 50% of NAK and I guess it's all in supportive hands including mine. As for AAA, they arranged the Feb placing at 0.1p in which I was pleased to do £10k - sold the last of it at 1.1p in April which I was delighted with. Staggered at how well it's done since and hoping to recreate it here!
Evening nick, good to hear from you. Can you elaborate more on what Peter house did with AAA, how much are peterhouse holding in nak right now?
Evening all. Not sure I can add much. Baz and I have been in for a while, me well below 3%. Peterhouse bought out the two large holders in quick succession and distributed their stake. I bought a chunk which, with my existing holding, took me to 5%. Contrary to what Eurasianite says I don't "know the plan" here but it's a shell with a low market cap and clearly an interesting situation. There are lots of great opportunities as the wider economy recovers in 2021 and I trust Peterhouse to work their magic as they did with AAA and so many others this year. Baz has researched this more than me and will hopefully share some insight.
Baz doesn’t like me much but I can have a word with Nick if you want.
Looking forward to the news flow as Ridge Crest begins life.
The name Nakama will be changed to ridgecrest
Is that the company or area that will reverse.
I wonder what ridgecrest may entail. This can do 200% and still only be £4.5m mcap. Obviously the bigger stakeholders know the plan here
News coming up
AGM
Name change
RTO
We’re in a news rich period with the meeting on Tuesday and the disposal set to go ahead on 4th January. You’d think they have a plan for the shell as it’s been known for a few months now. Things could move pretty quick from here.
Yes 1% is not much, I’m holding 1% but 10% is a big stake, maybe Nicholas and baz might post on this board soon??
Nicholas posts on here (as does Baz). Peterhouse, it seems, took 50% of the company to distribute. Could be a bunch of smaller players (you don’t need to stake much to own 1% of nak after all) or a Tr1 to follow. Noticed plenty of round number buyers open market also.
Looking forward to the future here.
33% of shares have been accumulated over the last 3-4 months.
Barry Reynolds - 9.5% - 1st October
Richard Edwards - 9.76% - 15th December
Sipp of Nicholas Clark - 5.13% - 17th December
P4 Capital - 5.09% - 22nd December
Flare Capital - 3.4% - 22nd December
Also from December 2018 Ken Ford still owns 4.24% and Peter Keller 3.4% from September 2019. So we’re looking at 40% owned by directors, institutions, big players etc.
Flare and P4 are linked to Peterhouse Capital. Same office, same directors. Looks like they a holding company for smaller investment for personnel. These people would be well in the know of what’s going on behind the scenes. Just like AAA.
I personally think we’ll see some more Tr1’s over the next week or so with another 5-10% of shares taken up. Meeting at 10am Tuesday. Hoping all resolutions get passed and some information on future plans for the new shell Ridgecrest.
Exciting few days/weeks ahead.
Yes and I believe the sipp of Nicholas clark has some too but not 50%, we may see some more tr1’s shortly
