Got this one on my radar as well. Came up on the ii filter options.
Been sat on my hands for now though as I think 200p could be on. Chart is really bearish with support at 194p.
If funds are available I will look to average in starting below 200.
Such is the madness the divi actually looks pretty safe and I think this could be a bargain to tuck away.
I live the levels of staff ownership!
Usual caveats

Lucky you. The Halifax are still mucking about with them. Apparently they've been received but they have no timescale as to when they'll land in my account as of today!
My Fidelity ISA showed my new holding today courtesy of my Investec holding. Oweme nothing sowill gladly hold.
Must be that one sentence "- Business conditions worsened in the final quarter of the reporting period." Nevertheless I've added at this price, hopefully bottomed out today!
Tomorrow dawn double-down.

Looks good so bound to go down then!

the steady decline, have they run out of sellers ?
Good news on more director buying and other holdings. A bit of a bounce back from 211p. Feel this should be at 230p plus. Market seems to be against the smaller caps at the moment with bouncebacks for the big stocks on the vaccine news.
Dunno. It's quite a drop on no news. Are we being told everything or could this be a buying opportunity? Will do some digging this evening.
Anyone have any thoughts or insight into what is going on with share price. The results were pretty positive, and I believe the move up to mid 220s is fair representation. Surprised to see it retrace by 5% or so when we haven't gone ex-dividend yet.

Are they taking over the company these Directors seem be buying every share they can!
Yet another purchase by employment trust of 35,000 shares @2.10.
after quite a chunky sell this morning the employers trust bought 135,000 at an average 45.5 rd, equivalent to about £2.10. Just about to top up and the buy jumped to 2.14. I swear they hear me coming. Will see how the Dow behaves and maybe get a few more tomorrow. does look like value here and they obviously know it.
It looks as though this may have been trading well bellow cash value, .not unusual for this sort of vehicle . That may have narrowed a bit. Just been looking through their rather unusual web page which does have a true dreadful amount of waffle, but underneath that there are some reasonable figures. If that can be sustained this still looks a very decent investment. So have dipped in and prepared to add more.
They are new directors, this company was spun off from Investec, so it is the first opportunity for them to buy. Maybe they are taking advantage of what they see as a good price. They were already working in this business when it was within INVP so maybe should know! Has been showing signs of movement today, so beginning to justify their risk!
Why so many director deals in here ?
