out of question ..................
Why was Eric payed what I understood was a years salary?
Does anybody know if when a company delist off AIM, whether or not they can relist assuming they have secured sufficient funding? In other words, would it be possible for MYSQ to seek a relisting on AIM or another stock market should they secure the funding / backing to do so e.g. from Atlas?
I suspect that Atlas are just as keen as we are to get our money back. They have a wedge of money tied-up in MYSQ, which they definitely won't want to lose.
As for Eric? Surely his career has come to a bitter and abrupt end? A leopard never changes their spots IMO. I trust and hope those that have done wrong here are suitably punished.
That's at good point GruffaI0 - you would think that Atlas's top brass would be furious about what's happened - so wouldn't they enlist investigators etc to go after the wrong doers?
It has been suggested that Atlas are providing working capital to keep the company afloat. If this is true, then I'd have to assume they will have the resources to track down that slimeball eric and bring him to justice. And hopefully some or all of our money back.
what you think ERIC .going to keep any money in the pot ...
Could someone please inform me as to what happened to the 2.2 million qiud put a side for the remittance license if the Company’s cash position remains critically low ?
I can't see him surviving this one in 2019 - he will end up behind bars ....if he's lucky.
WOW 200k up and you didnt sell?? Also you haven’t lost a penny until you sell!!
2019 - will be a good year and recovery time for lots of shares.
50% gone. And another stock is frr. Never mind soon be 2019
Mind me asking what percentage of your overall portfolio that initial £100k investment was Losetherest?
Wow, really? £200k up and first post here? If that's true that's as tough as it gets.
First time on here. Lost 100k on this share. Was 200k up July 17. Sick
Does anyone have any intel on what date Eric is due to appear in the Singapore courts on the other fraud case of HE & SF Properties LP Vs. Rising Dragon Singapore PTE Ltd? - this would be an ideal time to confront Eric about Mysquar, assuming he turns up to court.
£20000 lost here. I'll be honest in that I made around £3000 buying and selling in the early days but the £20k was a long term investment and I watched it getting stolen over a few months. Robbing bast**ds. Not on Facebook and thanks for you guys' efforts here in keeping the spirits up.
You should all go on twitter and tweet at the relevant partys whonrobbed you
I think everyone who has invested in MYSQ should not only keep an eye on this board but also make a note of the facebook page. Just in case this board goes down. I have already voiced my opinion as to why the board went down previously and I stand by it. This whole thing stinks and I have no doubt certain people/organizations will want us to just walk away.
So to all caught in this fraud make a note of this link :

The above is thanks for findahappyplace and should be used incase we mysteriously disappears from LSE
Would like to as strength in numbers but don't use Facebook.
Me too. I invested several grand into MYSQ based on what we were being told and what was being reported to us via the various RNS's. On the face of it, it appeared we were building a credible business, what with the remittance channels opening-up, the joint working with Tencent for the WeChat service and the year-on-year increase in gaming revenue...not to mention Minglarbar Morning, which was ever growing in popularity.
We are all gutted and our combined loss is substantial. As many of you know, when I was temporarily not invested here and then subsequently back in again, I was never a fan of Eric and sort of had his ticket a very long time ago, which was the reason why my brother and I decided to boycott the London Investment Event after having spent 16 quid on tickets. With Chong joining the team, I thought like many there may be half a chance that Eric would clean-up his act and behave ethically. However, it seems that we were all duped, which angers the hell out of me.
Let's please keep in contact with each other and see where this all leads. People have lost 30-40 grand each and in sme cases, a lot, lot more and thus we need answers.
Have an enjoyable Christmas break despite what has happened to us at MYSQ. Let's see what next year brings.
Jez
Same here on the social media front, don't use it, tried to set up facebook to join the page but closed the account again as Facebook ain't for me. You can put me down for £57k... All based on false rns and a web of lies... And the assumption that AIM was some kind of credible market which offered some protection from straight up fraud. Like everyone else... gutted
Hi everyone
I'm not one for social media and never will be but would like to throw my hat in the ring on this board to announce my loss of 40k.
I too believed in this company. I thought that once the cross boarder remittance platform was up and running, this would take off.
Gutted.
I wonder if it would be possible to have a face to face meeting with people at AIM?
