As per RNS looks like Fraser will have to buy shares on the open market to push the deal over the line. Big spike coming here
1.1 million buy at 2.4p
It will soon shoot up once any profits has been skimmed from Mike Ashley's involvement
Probably one of each, but it is hard to tell with this share!
Possibly one of each it seems
Late trades showing. !!
Buys or sells anyone

Yeah could be, it opened in Auction and was rising into close yesterday. Some of the price actions on this share have been out of the ordinary. It was in the middle of the 8.07 and 8.13 trades so could honestly be either. I only assumed a sell as every trade afterwards was at a lower rate. My buy from lunchtime
(about 1pm) still hasn't shown up, so there may be more trades from around that time yet to appear.
This maybe a buy ! Just been looking through the trades
Looks like a late reported sell from 8.10, over 600k shares. As the ask almost immediately fell below 3.80 someone in London (or Sydney) either sold on for a loss or is still sat on a lot of shares they need to sell back to the market at over 4p. Hopefully it will be the latter and we will bounce back up soon now the BoE have finished kitchen sinking the economy today.
Snap. Big moves on small deals suggest we are in for some volatility in the meanwhile, but the spread makes it impossible to trade. Deffo an accumulate and watch it play out.
Yes they were happy to take all my holding throughout the whole day. I’m holding as I’m 100% sure they’re filling a large order. I’m happy to see this one out for the next week or two

The spread for larger amounts was awful - but then volume did die off a bit lunchtime and beyond which might explain some of it - but usually when volume dries up larger sales go to NT. Partnership with Frasers Group in terms of stock, expertise and new markets could be a major game changer. This is a hold - unless it really, really spikes!
Yes I agree, all day they would take my whole holding, the spread was up and down all day. Definitely filling a large order in the background
The immediate buy volume has fallen away a bit, but all day they have been prepared to take volume at a discount to the bid - which suggests background demand is there. We seem to leap forward in the morning and fall slightly back in the afternoon. Still likely to end in positive territory again! Roll on tomorrow.
Some sizeable moves on trickles, I suspect there will be more delayed trades. It feels like a background buyer(s) as they will always take all my holding no matter what the price has been all morning. Probably going to try and hold it in a range now that buy volume has fallen a bit.
Any reasonable sized buys are being reported late and the spread is now around 25%.....

Up
Any idea where the sp is headed?
Well, well. This board lite up like firework. For past year dead as parrot. Now with this Ashley guy coming in its all manning pumps. Wasn't Mysl thinking of leaving Aims going to the Australian stock market by buying back shares? I hope they do better then Asos!
What’s the best scenario for us as share holders? If more TR1s pop up and there is a take over where does this send the share price.
I suspect we will rise a bit more on Monday, let's see if there are more TR1s in the pipeline! The potential takeover dynamics make this one extremely interesting.
Let’s hope she keeps going Monday and through the week, if it’s good enough for Mike Ashley to buy a large amount of the shares then it’s a hold for me
It all depends what he pays for the last few shares to take him over 30% - and if there is a response from Green. Ashley may want to sit just below 30% for a while - but Green may want to get to 30% himself now. Interesting to watch this play out and see if all goes hostile. Hopefully another rise on Monday, although probably nowhere near Friday's blockbuster. Zak Mir reckons we are heading for 6p - although that is usually the kiss of death!

As long as he doesn't appoint a joint management team of Alan Pardew, Dennis Wise and Joe Kinnear and MySale don't need a decent transfer budget....there is definitely short term opportunity here.
This is an interesting development. Surely there's a bit of head room in this now that Mike Ashley is involved.
Been in and out of auction all day. Lets see where it emerges this time
I think this will move quickly now Ashley has declared his hand.
Nearly FOMO time ?

@hereshopin sorry after reading up on it just now it appears you are correct. My apologies, I heard rampers spouting it so much over the COVID crash i'd wrongly presumed it was the case. But you are right, it's the highest paid by the offerer
It’s the highest price paid by any shareholder over the last 12 months
Would the offer not have to be a minimum of 1.25p Which was the Highest amount paid by Fraser group in the past 12 months?
In accordance with Rule 2.4 (c)(iii) of the Code, They are required to offer a price of not less than the maximum price paid per share in cash in accordance with Rule 11.1 of the Code, being the highest price paid in the 12 month period prior to being named as a potential offeror.
I very much doubt they will offer anything like 1.25p and it probably will be 6/7p +
Yes about 9p !

This company is worth much more than the current Mcap.
"Two very wealthy, heavy hitters are interested in it.......
Sir Philip Green (estimated worth £910 million).
Mike Ashley (estimated worth £2.99 billion).
Could be a bidding war ????
Looks very interesting here >>>> ££££
STRATEGIC INVESTMENT MYSALE PLC
Frasers Group announces that it has acquired a 28.7% holding in the Australian-based fashion marketplace, MySale plc. MySale connects global buyers and sellers to Australian and New Zealand ecommerce sites.
The Group believes this creates an opportunity for a strategic partnership whereby end of line Group products can be cleared via an established clearance channel. This pipeline will be further enhanced by the benefits of counter seasonality between the European and Australian climates.
It is a stock market minnow. An Aim-listed Australian online retailer worth little more than £10 million after a tumultuous eight years as a public company during which the value of its shares has fallen 99 per cent
But Mysale, a rarely traded penny stock that trades out-of-season fashion, homeware and beauty products from European and Australian retailers, now appears to be at the centre of an extraordinary battle between two of Britain’s retail tycoons. In one corner Sir Philip Green (estimated worth £910 million) in the other Mike Ashley (estimated worth £2.99 billion).

Interesting the strength of the rebound here. Probably Mike Ashley or someone else taking a strategic stake. Joules by comparison also took an initial 40% hit last week then a further fall. Slight rebound then pull. Both have presented great opportunity for a recovery.
Half year trading update
MYSALE (AIM: MYSL), a leading international online retailer, today provides a trading update for the six-month period to 31 December 2021 ("H1 FY22").
Gross Merchandise Value ("GMV"), increased 36% to A$86.7m (A$63.8 H1 FY21), reflecting progress in scaling the Group's off-price marketplace platform, which is expected to become the Group's largest sales channel, underpinned by the higher margin own-stock channel. As a result of the changing sales mix and growth of the marketplace channel total revenues declined by 6% to $59.7m (A$63.8m H1 FY21).
Gross profit was A$24.9m (A$24.1m H1 FY21), with gross margins improving to 41.8%, an increase of 370 basis points (38.1% H1 FY21). However, supply chain volatility in Q2 impacted on broader profitability, with Underlying EBITDA* of A$1.0m ($2.5m H1 FY21).
