"Did anyone even notice that mgc is patenting their side companies IP for them, with graft P in a “name your price” arrangement.
Mxc money will soon flow to graft P on a whole new level and none here are why wiser."
Thanks Mike....
from the patent RNS yesterday
------
MGC Pharma expects the patent for CimetrATM to be issued within the next 12 months.
· This patent sets out a novel pharmaceutical composition and self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery system (SNEDDS).
" CimetrATM encapsulates Graft Polymer's proprietary GraftBio™ SNEDDS technology (Self-Nano Emulsifying Drug Delivery System), a unique platform to deliver active ingredients more effectively in higher concentrations to the cells, improving the bioavailability and synergy of natural active ingredients."

They use the same address in Slovenia as MXC ..may have an office in the same building
They also have the same mailing registrar address in London as MXC
Roby is a Director
Anthony Eastman is a Director (director of MXC UK)
During the last financial year MXC paid Graft Polymer $ AUS 510,859 for a drug delivery technology ..page 63 of the annual report
Graft Polymer d.o.o
(GPO)
(v) Services charges from / (recharges
to) GPO development for MGC
proprietary drug delivery technology 510,859
-------
so....it is somewhat unclear what IP MXC actually own and what IP Graft Polymer do ..seeing as MXC handed over more than $500,000
Don't you just love all these helpful people on here, newcomers especially, who do their very best to help us silly people. I think they should be rewarded for their efforts. Maybe we should all take their financial advice and sell these shares before we lose the lot. Oh, hang on a second, who would the buyer of these worthless shares be? Maybe we should hold onto them, that way we are saving some unfortunate from their folly.
Oh by the way, it is commonplace in pharmas to have the delivery system and the drug provided by different companies is commonplace.
the point is
in the patent it says " Graft Polymer's proprietary GraftBio™ SNEDDS technology (Self-Nano Emulsifying Drug Delivery System"
In the Annual Account in which MXC paid $ AUS 510,859 it says ....
" Mr Roby Zomer is Executive Chairman of Graft Polymer d.o.o, who are developing the proprietary nano-emulsion and
nano-particle drug delivery platform for MGC Pharma medicines."
so..if MXC are paying for it..why does it say " Graft Polymer's proprietary GraftBio™ SNEDDS technology (Self-Nano Emulsifying Drug Delivery System"
and not " MXC proprietary GraftBio™ SNEDDS technology (Self-Nano Emulsifying Drug Delivery System" ???
My intuition with RZ seems to being confirmed. Proactive Interview shifty and unconvincing, actions thereafter sadly consistent with this impression.
So Mike_Hunt, i'm guessing you don't believe their products will ever hit the market? because thats all were here for. my current Av is 4.8p, its all profit from the initial spike, so i'm not concerned, more concerned for the the other investors that are reacting to your words. Maybe you do know this company well. i just believe if only one product hits the market we could see this being a great little share to be invested in.
Something bothers me as to why there are so many positive news and so is going south and no effect to Roby's trumpet..hmm 400k shares at avg 3.75. Holding for Boom and 3p its already on the floor...
Mike_Hunt, thanks for the detailed response dude, I guess the next few months will answer all.
