Can't be far away from an acquisition now. The 15p that the Directors have spoken about might seem a little too low
The chap being a former world bowls champion...
TR1 announced, no surprise there...
The directors are of the opinion the company will achieve a share price of 15p by 31 December 2020, and therefore the Options will vest by this date. The successful acquisition of a target company is anticipated by 31 December 2020 following the expansion of searches for target companies into increased industries and areas, and the share price is expected to increase following acquisition.
Up to a 12p bid on fresh air.
Somethings brewing....
This is a definite buy... huge news soon
If it was same person that’s just shy of 5% of the company.
Free floating shares will be very limited.
Looking at those rounded buys today, I wouldn’t be surprised if we see an imminent TR1
Best two shells on the market right now. MMM and MUST , MMM have advised major shareholder taking a 30% stake. Multi bag coming over there. MUST more attractive based on cash at bank in Hand to market Cap Ratio. Market cap £840k , cash £500k. Buy
Not sure many have to be honest.......
I didn’t spot that, looks like things are lining up.
Brent at $51 so above the target price they mentioned too.
Not sure if you have seen this within the half year report statement:
“The directors are of the opinion the company will achieve a share price of 15p by 31 December 2020, and therefore the Options will vest by this date. The successful acquisition of a target company is anticipated by 31 December 2020 following the expansion of searches for target companies into increased industries and areas, and the share price is expected to increase following acquisition.”
Darn, I was about to buy a few of the 8.2p stock earlier, but a lucky person beat me to it, good luck whomever you are.
Small values but 3% / ~250k shares have been purchased today.
Not insignificant when you consider that only 1.6m of the 8.4m shares are floating about freely and not listed on the significant holder page.
MMM - also a shell up 148% currently (with a huge spread)
another US SPAC / SPAV in the news, aiming to raise $280m, shows anything can happen.

In the results they mentioned likelhood of doing a deal when the oil price recovered closer to the $50 per barrel mark
Price today $48, $10 higher then when they put the news out...
One of the very few very attractive cash shells on the market imo.
Seems to have gd resistance at 9p
Give it til end of week to form a good base and I'm sure I can find a few k for a speculative. I hold another shell but its nice to see a 2-50M mcap expectation range.
I like it....looks very clean
Cheap shell with a bit of cash to the side, If you do Its a buy and wait for news as It’s fairly illiquid.
I sent an email and got a response from Daniel @ investing.com saying it had been passed on and today it was there as you say.
not invested yet - trying to get a sense for the bottom - but its sitting in my investing.com watchers.
good potential though
I asked a couple weeks ago and had email confirmation that the MUST Listing has now been added to investing.com
You have MUST down as having 84 million shares... I do believe they have 8.4m shares.
Makes quite the difference to the investment potential here.
It's got me.
I started chomping today... Let keep it on the low profile until such a time comes aye team... let the market do the work.
Can’t see any rep rush to buy & as seems maybe the case, volumes been so low seed investors have been unable to exit since listing... since volumes increased its dipped.
One for the diary & oil price baring.
...but surely a megadeal will lead to a placing which will mean anyone buying now will regret it? Alternatively, the megadeal is so wonderful punters are fighting to buy shares? I can think of several AIM companies worth taking over but I'm sure MUST won't be interested. Much better to do a deal with an unknown quantity or three where the hype trumps the hope which trumps the reality. Cynical? Yes.
BOD
have no choice but to get this done as no numeration for them until deals done
fantastic opportunity here
