£1.17m Market Cap
8,400,000 X £0.14 = £1.17m
Hold for gold!

There Website states 8,400,000
As of 11 Dec 2020 41.07% not in public hand. so 3449880 not in public hands
8,400,000 - 3449880 = 4950120 public hands
Currently traded shares today 1531626
1531626 / 4950120 = 30.9% of shares traded Today already that are in public hands.
Will be another TR-1 soon.
That is correct 8,400,000 shares in issue.
as confimred by the last RNS 'Holding in Comany'
350,000 / 8,400,000 = 4.16%
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/MUST/holdings-in-company-5a3q6wzufygtgml.html
They made a mistake in that RNS writing 8,4000,000, they've added an extra 0, by mistake.
There half Yearly report confirmed it is only 8,400,000
So £1.1m is correct
and it is on the Standard Listing.
14.86, a nats hair away.
That’s why you read the official information before making an investment decision ;)
If you Look on their website only 1.9m shares (minus the new TR1) are not accounted for by Significant holders.
Thank you. That is really bad as it may lead people to make investment decisions under false pretense.
25p this week for sure
8.4m shares in issue. LSE and many other sites are wrong.
Is the mcap here wrong. The company says 8.4m shares in issue giving an mcap of £1.2m and LSE above says 84m with an mcap of £12m. Which is correct please guys?
15 on ask, go on pop that cherry.
Very standard. With nearly the whole year written due to coronavirus any talks/negotiations will have been impacted. Speak to the company, they are actively carrying out DD on a few options.
To be honest The easy upside is a lot more limited compared to last week, I expect 15p will be hit and maybe a couple of 17p (with a 2p spread) trades after option excise rns.
But now it’s around fair value, so it’s a buy if you think they will come up with something, not a buy because it’s very underpriced and due an inevitable bounce.
Obviously any news on acquisition will change the fair value price.
The AGM report in May states 'If an acquisition is not successfully completed by January 2021 and the shareholders voted to wind the company up, the remaining assets and liabilities would be settled in the normal course of business and any
excess funds returned to shareholders. This is considered to be a material uncertainty as the company would
be wound up and not continue to trade on a going concern basis. These events may cast significant doubt
on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. '
I'm asking myself if this is worth a punt?????
Couple more buys and they hit the 15p option price.
Strong love this morning, people waking up to how cheap this is and clean a shell/SPAC it is.
Investment case:
Clean shell/SPAC
£920k Mcap
£400k Cash (will last 1+ years)
Directors holding 29.2%
Cornerstone Investor
No remuneration from directors until deal done
Target asset or co between £2-50M!
Jacqueline Yee added to BoD in May to assess fintech
New TR1 holder
That was a huge volume day for here.
Mmm will be the first cash shell to perform and probably next week. Read last weeks RNS on MMM.
really? ok i stand corrected. LSE need to fix it.
MUST mcap = £900k..the data is wrong.
i am looking at two cash shell company looking for assets
MUST = 9m mcap
ORM = 5m mcap
not sure when MUST to announce new asset, but ORM has stated will be on 17 Dec, potentially with oil asset in Tunisia.
ORM cash rich at 5m though mcap only at 5m, compare to Must with lower cash and mcap is much higher
plus point is MUST has strong directors.
which one will rerate from here?
